Georgia Teen Filmed Students Having Sex in School Bathroom

A 17-year-old named Kyle Steven Bahner has been arrested for filming two of his fellow students having sex in a school bathroom. What was probably an impulsive decision could cost him big time and reshape his future for the worst. If convicted, he could spend years behind bars, as the video below will explain. Kyle Bahner is a Georgia teen who attends Harrison High School. It was at school, during lunch hours, during which he allegedly entered the men's restroom and overheard the tell-tale signs of sexual activity. What should have been an amusing anecdote to share with his friends became something else, as she held his phone above the stall in which the sex was taking place. There, he recorded two fellow students, a 15-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy, having sex within the stall. He reportedly recorded all of this without their permission. To make things worse, he then distributed that video to a number of friends via social media. That, folks, is a crime.   On a scripted teen drama, something like this might happen  When the assistant principal learned that this video was being spread, Cobb County police were notified. According to the warrant, Bahner told administrators: “I took a video of a guy and a girl in a stall because I don't see how they should let that happen and I was showing it to my friends.” He is charged with eavesdropping surveillance, and has been released on $5,000 bail. If convicted, he could face 1-5 years in prison. A number of people are blaming the victims for this. To be clear, though having sex on campus is almost certainly against school rules, they were clearly trying to avoid being seen and did not in any way invite being recorded. (While not everyone engages in it, sex in bathrooms is a pretty normal occurrence in high school) Additionally, a lot of people are asking why he has not been charged with child pornography. After all, a number of teens have been charged with that hefty, life-ruining label for taking photos of themselves . The answer, quite frankly, is that the video did not show anyone's genitals. At least there's that. As you can see, Twitter was full of misinformed outrage among other responses. While it is totally normal for someone to have the impulse to share what they are seeing, it is not appropriate to film people having sex and distribute it without their consent. Especially when the students are minors. For that matter, if you're alone in a bathroom, a mirror selfie is fine. Beyond that … nobody needs to be photographing or recording anything in bathrooms. Bahner has also gotten into trouble with the school for this incident. “This incident has been thoroughly investigated by school administrators and school district police. In addition to the criminal charge, appropriate action has been taken in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct.” Well … that was vague, but that's appropriate. Bahner, like his alleged victims, is a minor.

Jeremy Roloff Birthday Tribute: Audrey Sure Loves Him A Lot!

THIS JUST IN: Audrey Roloff is a very big fan of Jeremy Roloff. This is stating the obvious, of course, mostly because Audrey and Jeremy are married with an adorable baby girl. But let’s be honest: There are plenty of couples in this situation who don’t exact exude affection for one another, right? Jeremy and Audrey got married in September of 2014, though, and have basically spent the past four and a half years gushing over each other in one sense or another. What’s their secret? Reciting their marriage vows during sex , of course! (We’re not kidding. Click on that link to see what we mean.) But also just being open and honest and turning their lives over to a higher power. This sums up the basic themes of nearly every Jeremy or Audrey social media post, such as the  #3sentencelovestory Audrey wrote about Jeremy in February. It went as follows: We were freshman in college when our good friends set up on a blind date before church, and from that day forward he was patiently persistent, I was stubborn and guarded. After a two year friendship. he said “will you be mine” up on the railroad tracks, and that’s when we began 3-years of writing each other letters on our type writers while we endured a long distance relationship. Our long-distance relationship ended in an unbreakable covenant on September 20th 2014, and since then we have continued to grow in oneness, Godliness, and more in love… always more. So anyway: This is all a long preamble to say that Jeremy Roloff turns 28 years old today. And, as you might expect, Audrey had some very nice things to say in honor of this occasion. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you babe (and happy 8 months to this cute little girlsie!),” wrote Audrey to open her birthday message, adding early in her caption: “You are far more than I could have ever imagined a husband to be Jeremy. You are the love of my life, my best friend, my adventure partner, my confidant, my tech support, my comedic relief and so much more! “From the beginning you’ve had such a strong connection with our daughter that makes my eyes water.” Audrey continued to focus on Jeremy as a father, which is the most important role he’ll ever have, of course: “I love seeing how engaged and content you are just playing with her, talking to her, and making her laugh. “You are a steadfast and faithful man of God and you challenge me to be the best version of who God has called me to be.” Audrey and Jeremy actually met on a blind date, an occasion Jeremy wrote about back in January . “It’s been a wild and unexpected eight years,” Jeremy said at the time, adding a few months ago: “We never get to choose where we end up, our daily choices choose for us. When we are old and grey I imagine the greatest thing will be looking back at the love story we have written.” And this is how Audrey wrapped up her birthday tribute to the man she has known for well over a decade: I am constantly amazed at your wisdom, and continually grateful for your humility and strength in leading our family. Thank you for loving us so well babe. ‘If it’s half as good as the half we’ve known, here’s Hail! to the rest of the road.” I love you Farmer. Pretty sweet stuff, huh? Kendra Wilkinson: I’m Single, I’m Sad, and I Need My Ass Kicked!

It’s been more than a month since  Kendra Wilkinson’s last day of marriage to Hank Baskett . A split like this is difficult for anyone, but especially for parents. Along with a series of gorgeous selfies, Kendra is honest with her fans and followers: she feels demotivated and down in the dumps. She needs fun. She also says that she needs a swift kick in the pants. In the captions behind the series of photos of the newly brunette Kendra ,  “Just posting random selfies and saying hello to u all.” They’re good selfies, too! “Been trying to take care of myself lately.” Self-care is so, so important. And she spells out what parts of herself she needs to help. “My mental, emotional, and physical well being.” That’s … pretty thorough. Kendra clarifies that she does, of course, have the correct priorities as a parent. “Kids come first at all time.” Kendra loves her children and very correctly puts them first because that is her responsibility. But she knows that she’s no good to them, anyone, or herself if she does not take care of herself. “But mama needs some fun right now.” We’re guessing that she needs to do more than hit the slopes . “I need a little kick in the ass.” She finishes her caption by sending out a classic distress call. “SOS” In the comments, Kendra admitted that her hair “needs a touch up.” Speaking of her newly darkened hair, she wrote: “I’ll keep it for a little bit. Maybe even try darker. [I don’t know].” Hey, hair upkeep is important — and ties into all of that health stuff that Kendra was just talking about. Kendra’s fans flooded the comments with affirmations that yes, self-care matters. “If momma ain’t happy ain’t nobody happy.” That is succinct and true. Kendra needs to take care of herself if she wants to be able to be the best for her children. “You are so beautiful inside and out! I have loved keeping up with you through all of the years! You are such a great mom and a great person! … You got this girl!” That fan is basically cheerleading Kendra. That’s sweet. Kendra’s fans, a number of whom have a lot of wisdom to share, advise her to enjoy herself but to be careful with her impulses during this time of transition. “Girl you are beautiful! Go have you some fun! The simplest thing to remember … give yourself time. Don’t jump into anything too soon and don’t think something is wrong with YOU for what has transpired.” Kendra has a lot of fans who have known breakups and heartbreak. “Feelings change and so do people. You are a queen! Now straighten your crown and get back on your throne!” That’s a very nice analogy. “I don’t know you personally but what I do know is that you’ve got this! Just like I tell my gfs, you’re not alone. time heals all.” Kendra is also getting reassurance that going solo isn’t destroying her brand. “As much as I loved you and Hank together, I love the new you you’ve become. And y’all made some beautiful kids!” Kendra received even further assurances that self-care is a vital part of being a good parent. “Yes kids will always come first, but mama needs to take care of herself too. I’m a mom of 7 and am just learning this. If mama wants happy kids, mama needs to be happy too. Have a blessed day.” A mother of seven . I need to take a nap just reading that. Yes, we hope that she is fully embracing self-care. Unfortunately, some trolls decided to tell Kendra that they don’t like what she’s doing with her own hair on her own body. “Better blonde.” Rude. Also, terse. “Wow she looks a lot older looking now.” Mega rude. We hope that Kendra gets the fun and relaxation that she clearly needs! But maybe not a literal kick. Ronnie Ortiz-Magro: Demanding Paternity Test from Jen Harley?

Did someone dare Ronnie Ortiz-Magro to get as messy as possible this month? Because that's what it's starting to feel like. If you keep up with all the latest comings and goings of the Jersey Shore crew, then you know that Ronnie has had quite a few issues with his girlfriend and the mother of his daughter, Jen Harley. And if you weren't aware — or even if you just want a nice little recap along with all the latest information — then let's get right into it. 1. A Love Story This is Ronnie with Jen Harley, a girl he dated for a few weeks before she got pregnant last year. We didn’t hear too much about their relationship for a long time, but now it feels safe to say that their relationship has probably never been a fairy tale. 2. Cutting It Close Seriously, Ronnie dated Malika Haqq until last July, and he got Jen pregnant about a month after that. It’s wild out there. 3. Awww? When we heard that they were expecting a child together, no one really thought much of it, besides “look, those crazy Jersey Shore kids are growing up!” But then Jersey Shore started airing again, and all the drama came to light. 4. Bad, Bad Ronnie Even though Jen was defintely pregnant when they filmed the show, Ronnie went back to his old cheating ways. He took some girl to the bathroom, they did some stuff, then he kept drinking and started running his mouth to his roommates about Jen. 5. Trust “I don’t trust her for shit. I don’t,” he admitted. “So all I can do is act happy and be the best father I can be, and at the end of the day, I’m still f-cking miserable. If Jen was not pregnant, I don’t know if I’d be with her.” 6. Not a Great Move It was dumb to talk about all of that on television, but he did, and soon after, his relationship with Jen exploded. Amber Baltierra: Tyler Baltierra’s Sister Enters Rehab for 3 Months

Teen Mom OG viewers will recognize Amber Baltierra, the sister of Tyler Baltierra. While Tyler has recently discussed the fact that he is bipolar , Amber has her own troubles. Hers, it seems, have been getting worse. And now it is revealed that she will be checking herself in to a 90-day stint in rehab. But why ? Amber tells fans that she is going away by sharing a couple of (filtered) photos of her children, writing on Instagram: “These two. They are my rock. My motivation. My inspiration.” That’s exactly what we want to hear from any parent. “The reason I breathe and wake up every day.” At times, her message slips from being about her children to being directed at her children. “Mommy loves you [two] more than you guys may know right now.” She says that she is doing this for them. “You both deserve nothing but the best and I will give that to you.” In talking about how much she will miss her kids, she reveals how long she will be away. “I’m gonna miss you these 90 days.” That’s a very long time. But she knows that they will be okay. “I know dad and everyone else will keep you busy this summer.” Her thoughts will always be with her children. “Just know I love you both with every fiber in me.” This step, which she is taking for herself, will also help her to be their parent. “When mom gets home she’s gonna be the best woman I can be and an even better mom.” Teen Mom fans already understand that  Catelynn Lowell’s mental illness does not make her a bad mom. So surely they can understand that Amber’s troubles don’t meant hat she loves her kids any less. She does not explain why she is entering rehab, but she does write: “I’ll pray for your comfort and happiness everyday I’m not with you.” That is so sweet. “Show the world [you’re] my babies and you guys are strong and can get through anything.” And she shares some words of inspiration with them: “Because well, you got Baltierra blood and it don’t get stronger than that” Her estranged husband, Billy Wade Elkins Jr., tells RadarOnline that Amber Baltierra will undergo treatment at a Texas rehab facility. And she’s leaving very soon. “She’s going to Texas. She leaves Friday.” Her father, Butch Baltierra, had already confirmed that she would be doing a stint in rehab. Though Amber did not specify why she is entering rehab, it is reported that this may be for relationship issues as well as alleged drug use. We hope that this experience helps her. (Also, check out this throwback that she shared of her and Tyler) One insider claims to RadarOnline that, in their opinion, Amber is going to rehab as a sort of … vacation? “I think it’s an excuse to ditch her responsibility as an adult.” They say that she is no genuinely trying to change. “Not to really get any help.” This source does not expect to be overwhelmed by the results of Amber’s 90 days away. “I’d be very surprised if she came out changed for the better.” This insider also thinks that it may be some sort of stunt. “Amber in my opinion is only going to therapy for attention and what it does for the show.” Overall, this person clearly does not think highly of Amber. “She’s just irresponsible, immature, so maybe it’ll get her act together.” Yikes. We wish Amber Baltierra the best of luck during her rehab stint. We can only imagine how much she will miss her children. She’s planning to be gone until August , folks. And while we’re sure that Tyler understands, Catelynn Lowell only returned from rehab last February. Now, his sister is entering a facility. Amber Portwood: I’m in the Early Stages of Labor! I’m Ready!!

Did you get a lot of well-deserved rest this weekend? Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood did not. It looks like Amber’s baby shower a few weeks ago was just in time. She’s revealed on Twitter that she is dilated. How long until she gives birth? In the wee hours of Sunday morning, Amber Portwood tweeted: “Another nocturnal night with my uncomfortable preggy belly but it’s all worth it!” We know that it’s tempting to laugh at a phrase like nocturnal night , but she just means that she can’t sleep. She’s super pregnant, you guys. This is when she shares the big news. “I’m 3 cm dilated and home waiting for labor!” Wow! That’s a huge deal! She then shares a rhetorical question with her followers. “Wonder if I’ll make it to my due date?” Amber is due on May 13, which is next Sunday and just so happens to be Mother’s Day. Amber herself was born on Mother’s Day in 1990. The reality star hopes to remain in the thoughts of her fans and followers. “Wish me luck loves! Goodnight.” She follows that with a “hugging face” emoji. Now, hold your horses and don’t cut that Congratulations Amber cake yet, folks. We know that “she’s dilated!” sounds exciting, but this is just one early sign of labor. As she says, she is waiting to actually go into labor. This is just an early labor sign, like a tremor before an earthquake. Or the water receding before a tsunami. Or hairs standing up on your arm before a lightning strike. (Childbirth is amazing but it’s also terrifying) Amber’s May 13 due date is looming, but she still might not make it to that day. Her due date is significant because, as Amber reminds fans, it is right before  her  birthday on the 14. Obviously, it’s neat when you share a birthday with someone. But for practical reasons, nobody wants to share a birthday with their parent. You’re supposed to get to pick where you go out for dinner on your birthday (bare minimum), and nobody wants to have to share that honor with someone else. And then there are the logistics of Amber hosting her child’s birthday party on the day of her own party. it’s no fun. Even one day of separation would make that easier. Better if it’s several days. Since this tweet, Amber has continued to be moderately active on social media. She threw a little shade over some recent Kailyn Lowry drama , she complimented a lot of photos of her fans as new mothers holding their babies, and she reminded people about multiple food recalls. (Seriously, if you think that there’s even a realistic chance that any food in your fridge might contain e. coli, please dump it. That deadly bacteria is no joke) Hopefully, she (or someone acting on her behalf) will tweet when her water breaks and at other stages of labor and delivery. In the mean time, her fans and followers and of course her family and loved ones continue to wait with anticipation for her to give birth to her child with Andrew Glennon. Wendy Williams to Khloe Kardashian: God, You’re Pathetic!

You won’t believe this, but Wendy Williams has something negative to say about the Kardashians. We know, right? Who would have seen this coming from a talk show host who just slammed Kim Kardashin for standing by Kanye West and Kylie Jenner for having a baby at age 20 ?!? In her latest example of being an awful person who just goes around insulting celebrities left and right, Williams set her sights on Khloe Kardashian. She specifically responded to reports that Khloe was willing to give cheating boyfriend Tristan Thompson a second chance, a rumor evidenced by the fact that Khloe showed up at Thompson’s basketball game on Saturday. Williams has some strong feelings about this decision. “They were spotted having a miserable lunch Friday with friends,” Williams said on air Monday, referring to a date Thompson and Kardashian went on last week . (We have no idea why she has labeled it as “miserable.”) “If you’re really trying to repair – because they’re at a critical point with the new baby, the cheatations, him making out with girls and being disrespectful – they’re at a critical point if they’re trying to make this work,” she added. Williams went on to then analyze the outing as only she can. “Why’d you bring a friend? That’s number one,” she said of Kardashian and Thompson daring to dine alongside someone else, continuing: “Your lunch should have been the two of you alone. “So, what was this? To me, this is Khloe trying to save face and get out there… I think this is a Khloe thing, this is a Kardashian move right here and it’s really quite pathetic.” Ah yes, the old Kardashian move of… … my baby daddy cheated on me in public while I was pregnant and I’m gonna stay with him to prove that I’m very weak and afraid to be alone. Classic Kardashian all the way, right? For the record, we would kick Thompson’s ass to the curb if we were Khloe. But if really does decide to stay with him? Who the heck are we to judge?!? Maybe this is better for her daughter in the long run. “The wedding special will be coming up,” Wendy then predicted, continuing to mock Khloeand her family: “Will they really be getting married or will that be a fake wedding? You know what I mean? Just something to keep Khloe out there and Khloe likes the attention as well. Concluded Williams in her overly cruel rant: “Will they have a reality show where the two of them, these parents with crazy careers. I don’t care about Tristan and Khloe.” Hmmm… you could fool us then, Wendy. It sounds like you care a great deal about these two, enough to ramble and rant and be really mean for no reason aside from gaining your own attention. Dannielynn Birkhead: Anna Nicole Smith’s Daughter Makes Rare Public Appearance

The Kentucky Derby was held at Churchill Downs over the weekend, and as usual, many of Hollywood’s best and brightest made the trip to Louisville. For most of the celebrity attendees, the Derby was just one of many high-profile red carpet events on their calendar for 2018, but for one famous name, this is the social highlight of the year: The family of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn Birkhead, generally tries to keep the 11-year-old out of the spotlight as much as possible. But on the first Saturday of every May, equestrian enthusiast Dannielynn dresses to the nines and steps out with her father, Larry Birkhead. Larry tweeted the above photo on Saturday along with the following caption: “Celebrating the Kentucky Derby with Dannielynn,” he wrote. “Rain won’t spoil our awesome Derby day! #halfwaycooldad.” Birkhead also shared the above photo from a Derby after-party, noting that there’s a special poignancy to the event: “Dannielynn before she raided the dessert room at the Barnstable-Brown Party where I met her Mom in 2003,” Larry captioned the pic, adding the hashtags: “#lifefullcircle #BarnstableBrownParty.” Though her mother died of a drug overdose when Dannielynn was just 5 months, she and her father often pay tribute to Anna Nicole , so as to ensure that the young girl always feels a connection to the late model. In February of 2016, Larry memorably shared a letter that Dannielynn had written him during a candid 20/20 interview: “Ever since my mother’s death, a friend of hers said she would send me pretty butterflies,” Dannielynn wrote. “So, butterflies chase me everywhere and I let the butterfly come out of my pencil and fly on my paper with its wings of love.” In the past, Larry has been accused of exploiting Anna Nicole’s death to boost his public profile, but these days, it seems he’s devoting most of his time and attention to his daughter. Despite her often tumultuous upbringing, Dannielynn seems remarkable well-adjusted, and those who know the girl say she shares her mother’s ability to light up a room. Stormy Daniels Feuds with Roseanne Barr Over Anal Sex Accusation

If the headline above does not perfectly sum up the world in which we live at the moment, we don’t know what else would. 2018, huh, people? Earlier this week, adult film actress and former Donald Trump sex partner Stormy Daniels got into a heated Twitter debate with revived sitcom star Roseanne Barr. The topic at hand was the act of anal intercourse. The nauseating back-and-forth started when Daniels Tweeted the following: Have you seen my tits? (Of course, you have) I don’t jog anywhere. So I’ll just sit here, sipping my coffee and talking shit. Xoxo. Aside from detailing her affair with President Trump , Daniels has become known for this sort of forthright talk on social media. She certainly isn’t ashamed of her profession. From here, am Internet user named Sassy Southern Diva (who has since deleted her tweet) replied as follows: “You’re disgusting and do not represent classy women AT ALL. Your fifteen minutes of fame will be up soon and we will all be thrilled when that day comes!” Sassy Southern Diva also tagged in Roseanne Barr in this message, because… why not, we guess? Roseanne is having a moment . For whatever reason, actress Patricia Arquette then got involved, chiming in with this reply: Following this logic -If she doesn’t represent “classy women” I guess that means the President represents classless men? Hmm. Interesting. .. This is where Barr leaped into the very random fray, Tweeting as only she can: she’s known for anal porn scenes. But this is incorrect. Farrah Abraham is known for anal sex scenes. Daniels is just known for having vaginal sex, a point she made in response to Roseanne. I don’t even do anal movies, you ignorant twat ,” shot back Stormy. T hat’s like saying you are known for your beautiful rendition of The Star Spangled Banner. This, of course, is a reference to Roseanne’s infamously disrespectful national anthem prior to a San Diego Padres game in 1990. The comedian grabbed her crotch and spat on the field and was booed at the time by those in attendance. See for yourself: Roseanne Barr National Anthem Fail Fast forward 25 years and Roseanne is a passionate Donald Trump supporter while Daniels was a one-time semi-passionate Donald Trump mistress. And now these two are feuding. Over anal sex accusations. Like we said above: 2018, huh?!?

Sometimes in life, we’re forced to watch friends and loved ones make mistakes that we know will only cause them pain and heartache. We might want to hogtie them, throw them in our trunk, and head for the nearest international border, but generally, the best thing we can do is hold our tongues and hope they learn a lesson that will help them in the future. Of course, there are exceptions to every rule … And if the latest rumors about Khloe Kardashian are true, her family might do well to consider the strong rope and Mexico option. As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Tristan Thompson was caught cheating on Khloe will she was pregnant with his child. Shortly thereafter, Khloe welcomed her first child – and that wasn’t the week’s only miraculous development. Khloe also made the truly boss decision to throw Tristan out of his own house and take up residence there herself. For a while, family, friends, and fans were confident she would be able to extricate herself from a truly horrendous situation. There were even rumors that Khloe had already dumped Tristan and was simply waiting until the conclusion of the NBA playoffs to announce her decision. Sadly, it now appears as though she’s had a change of heart. Insiders say Khloe revealed to her family this week that despite all the tumult of the past month, she still plans to marry Tristan in the near future. “Friends can’t believe she would consider giving him a second chance, let alone marry him,” a source close to the situation tells  In Touch Weekly . “Khloe never learns from her mistakes,” the insider explains. “She forgave Lamar [Odom] for cheating, and now she’s doing the same thing with Tristan. She thinks marriage will be the answer to their problems, even though it’s clear she can never trust him again.” Yes, anyone who’s ever been married can tell you that marriage is easy, uncomplicated, and automatically fixes every problem in your relationship. And marrying a guy who’s already a known cheater? Why, that’s never created problems for anyone, ever! We sympathize with Khloe’s plight, as she’s been open about her desire for marriage and a family over the years, but this is clearly not the way to go about it.
