Seriously, what is it with airlines and their employees losing their damn minds on flights lately? Earlier this month, we heard the sad, bizarre story of a United Airlines flight that had gotten overbooked: five passengers were selected at random to leave the plane, and when one man refused, he was brutally beaten. A few days after that, we heard about a bride and groom who were allegedly removed from a flight to their honeymoon destination. Even Jenelle Evans jumped on the new trend, claiming that an American Airlines employee assaulted her in an airport . But right now, American Airlines is under fire again — and there's a pretty damning video to go along with the allegations. On a flight yesterday, a mother was boarding a plane with her twin babies and a stroller. A passenger on the flight explains that a flight attendant “violently” took the stroller from her, hitting her and “just missing the baby.” After that, several passengers began taking video — you can see the aftermath of the incident below. The mother in question stands at the front of the plane, sobbing, and you can hear a man say that he's “not going to sit here and watch this.” He makes his way to the front as well, and asks for the flight attendant's name. It's a little hard to hear what's being said, as the woman is crying so loudly. Which, fair — it must be hard enough to fly with two babies, and some guy has to hit her with a stroller? The flight attendant who did the deed returns to the plane to talk to the pilot, and the man who'd been asking for his name confronts him. “Hey bud,” he tells him. “You do that to me and I'll knock you flat.” The attendant first tells him to stay out of it, but then he charges towards him, saying “try it, hit me, hit me,” over and over. The pilot and another employee diffuse the situation, and as they're leading the flight attendant away again, he tells the man “you don't know the whole story,” which doesn't exactly make a ton of sense. The man, rightfully so, says “I don't need to know the whole story, you almost hurt a baby.” American Airlines has already released a statement about the incident, and they say that they've started an investigation. The flight attendant has been removed from duty for the time being, and the woman and her family were upgraded to first class for the rest of their trip. Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Stevie J, a.k.a. Steven Jordan, is suing ex-partner Joseline Hernandez for defamation, a new report indicates. At issue? Her repeated, ridiculous accusations about his personal life and (allegedly) sordid behavior re: Satan, gay porn and child molestation. If you missed it, the (allegedly) pregnant Joseline and Stevie split up earlier this year, at which point she said he molested his daughter . Stevie, who has been taken to court multiple times for unpaid child support, has a child with co-star Mimi Faust – the child in question. Joseline also says Stevie is a deadbeat, and a devil-worshipper, and that she passed a lie detector test proving he watches gay porn . Suffice it to say, there’s no love lost between them, regardless of whether he’s the father of her unborn child, which remains up in the air. Or if the alleged child inside her is real, for that matter. More on the aforementioned baby bump in a sec. According to Stevie J, Joseline has been on a non-stop smear campaign against him, and has even enlisted a former nanny for reinforcements. Stevie J claims that the nanny is posting similar, outrageous and defamatory allegations about him social media, at Joseline’s direction. These aren’t run-of-the-mill claims, either. To hear Stevie tell it, Joseline went so far as to call the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services, accusing him of sexual abuse. She frequently makes incendiary claims about him to her 1.9 million followers on Twitter, but she’s also an unhinged pathological liar. Is Stevie J an upstanding citizen? That’s up for debate, but we can certainly say we do not trust what Josie says at face value … ever. When she gets the DFCS involved, however, that’s taking it to another level; Stevie J says that’s what prompted his defamation lawsuit. Her repeated slander and harassment has damaged his reputation and exposed him to public hatred and ridicule, the producer states. Stevie’s suing Joseline in search of damages … and more immediately, in hopes that a judge will force her to shut her damn yap ASAP. Now, as for that baby … There’s been talk of Joseline faking her pregnancy from the get-go, and if there’s any celebrity we can see attempting that, she’d be it. Seriously, with her track record, it’s almost believable. In fairness, though, talk of Joseline Hernandez’s fake baby bump seems to be just that – talk. Entertaining talk, for sure, but likely bogus. Last month, we reported that Selena Gomez had checked into rehab , reportedly to seek help for the emotional issues that she’s opened up about in the past. But while her team insisted that Selena was being treated for “anxiety, panic attacks and depression,” rumors that Selena had been struggling with substance abuse issues began to circulate online. Whatever the case, the singer has apparently completed her course of treatment, as she was spotted by several fans during an afternoon on the town in Tennessee yesterday. Selena and friends reportedly hit up an arcade and had dinner at a Texas Roadhouse not far from her treatment site. The dressed-down singer happily posed for photos with fans and appeared to be in good spirits, onlookers say. While it’s possible that Selena returned for further treatment after her evening out, sources who are familiar with the facility where she stayed say it’s unusual for patients to leave and return. Which means that even though she stayed around the area after her release, she most likely headed home the following day. One witness tells Radar Online that while some fans leapt at the opportunity to take a selfie with the pop star, Selena’s presence went mostly unnoticed . “You could tell she was hoping to be recognized by someone at the arcade,” the source says. “But not even the worker getting her ice cream knew who she was.” It’s been a tough year for Selena who – in addition to the usual endless tabloid scrutiny of her love life – was forced to publicly cope with a debilitating illness. Selena suffers from lupus and in October of last year, she revealed that she had been forced to take time off due to chemotherapy treatments. Insiders say the illness prompted Selena to slow down and pay more attention to her overall well-being – mental health included. The rumors about why Selena decided to undergo in-patient treatment are sure to persist, but the pop star seems unperturbed by the rumor mill.
