This is as troubling as it is baffling. Despite the extensive history of substance use and abuse by both Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, the custody settlement between this former couple does NOT require either side submit to periodic drug testing. Sadly, due to the habits of their parents, two young kids are LOSING these days. The issue has been raised this week after Mueller was spotted with what appeared to be a crack pipe in her hand . She’s the primary caregiver for young twins Bob and Max and has attempted to get clean via rehab on over a dozen occasions. What do you think? Should Sheen and Mueller be forced to submit to occasional drug tests?
