So apparently Jagermeister decided to pull some publicity stunt in the form of a Pool party in mexico, where they dumped liquid nitrogen in the pool, to create this weird smoke affect, that happened to be toxic, after the liquid nitrogen and the chlorine came in contact…sending 9 people to the hospital, one of them still in coma…in what is probably not the worst way to die, you know surrounded by half naked pussy, free booze and dance music, I mean shit’s better than cancer… Either way, this is the pool party fail of the day. Fucking Mexicans.

Pool Party Fail of the Day
James Gandolfini died of a heart attack earlier this week, and the doctor in charge of the ER where he was taken says there are no suspicious factors. That statement is unofficial however, with respect to drugs or alcohol. Claudio Modini, the ER chief at the Italian hospital, says it looks like a heart attack, adding it was ” probably a natural cause of death, myocardial infarction.” James Gandolfini had acknowledged he’d been addicted to cocaine and alcohol, and that substance abuse played a part in his 2002 divorce. It’s premature to say if drugs or alcohol were a factor, here, and it has not been established what, if any, toxicology tests will be performed on the actor. Gandolfini’s death, which shocked the Hollywood community , took place Wednesday while on vacation in Italy with his teenage son from his first marriage. He is also survived by his current wife and baby daughter. James dined at an Italian restaurant – Ciampini in Rome – and was photographed during his meal shortly before he died, according to TMZ. After his cardiac event, doctors tried in vain for 40 minutes to resuscitate the actor, using heart massage and other methods, but it was no use. There was no electric activity from the heart, meaning he was probably deceased before he got to the hospital. There will be an autopsy performed. While nothing has been confirmed, doctors at the hospital seem fairly certain that he died of natural causes – a heart attack – at age 51. RIP.

Jesus Took The Wheel of the designer baby stroller! Kim and Kanye’s little girl’s birth didn’t come without a bit of drama. Via RadarOnline reports : Kim Kardashian and her baby daughter are both in great shape now but there was drama and tension leading up to the birth, and RadarOnline has all the new details. As we exclusively revealed, Kim cried tears of pain and joy in the delivery room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on June 15 when the baby arrived several weeks early. The events leading up to the birth were scary for the new mom and Baby Daddy Kanye West, who skipped his own listening party at MILK in Los Angeles as Kim rushed to the hospital. Kim had “medical complications” several sources and outlets have confirmed. She previously had an infection that doctors were monitoring closely. Her doctor made the decision the baby needed to be delivered,” one source told People, which added the birth was natural and not by C-section. But the baby weighed less than five pounds and that was also a cause for concern, even amidst the celebration in the delivery room. The baby was placed in an incubator and carefully monitored, according to multiple sources. The infant’s name has not yet been revealed. Kanye was with Kim the entire time and is thrilled. “Yeah he was there [at the hospital]. He’s so cute. He doesn’t leave the room. He’s, like, in love with the baby. It’s so cute,” Larsa Pippen told E!. She also added that Kim is doing great. Kim’s fast recovery is evident as she has had several friends visit already, and her mom Kris Jenner hinted, as Radar reported, that more information about the baby would be revealed on her upcoming talk show. And despite Kanye’s protest to the New York Times that this isn’t “America’s baby,” it looks like everyone else disagrees with him! The baby’s birth has attracted international headlines with speculation rampant about what name her parents have chosen. Reports indicate the little girl is still unnamed! Meanwhile as Kim is making a fast recovery, doctors would like to see the baby’s weight increase and are monitoring her closely. We’re glad everything turned out okay but… we’re guessing it wasn’t so serious as to keep the E! cameras out of the delivery room riiiiiiight? We’re hearing murmurs that Kim and Kanye are naming the baby Kai or Kaidence with Georgia and Donda as middle names (in tribute to her late dad’s middle name George and his late mom’s first name Donda). Dorothy Baker told the man who carjacked her that he “messed with the wrong witch.” If he’s even conscious in the hospital right now, he’d likely agree with that comment. With her two kids in the car, Baker daringly fought off the carjacker, punching him in the face and crashing into a pole in an attempt to throw him out. Mom Fights Off Carjacker The Texas mother engaged in terrifying fight behind the wheel of her car that ended with Ismael Martinez, 54, being thrown out, run over and hospitalized. “I told him he messed with the wrong witch,” Baker told ABC after he sneaked into the back of her parked, unlocked minivan while she was at CVS. Allegedly holding a knife to her oldest son, she says he demanded that she drive him to the nearest ATM. Little did Martinez know what he was in for. “He popped up out of the backseat and said that if I didn’t want my kids to get hurt, that I would do exactly what he said,” Baker emotionally recalled. “I took my fist and I hit him in the face. I told him to get out of my car.” Then she drove her vehicle into a pole, hoping to send him through the windshield and/or injure him. Failing that, she tried to throw him out – while calling 911. When Martinez finally jumped out of her car, hoping to escape on foot, he had yet to see the end of her rage – she took him down WITH THE VAN. “I didn’t mean to run him over,” Dorothy Baker says misty eyed. “I was just trying to stop him so he didn’t hurt anybody else.” Martinez was airlifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston with serious injuries. He’s expected to face felony charges, adding to prior rape and burglary convictions.

Doctor Served With Sexual Assault Lawsuit According to The NY Daily News A former New York-Presbyterian/Columbia Hospital doctor sexually assaulted two former patients in his gynecology office in 2012, claims a lawsuit filed Monday in Manhattan Supreme Court. The two female plaintiffs were identified only by their initials — L.K. and A.Y. Their attorney, Anthony Donofrio, said Dr. Robert Hadden of Tenafly, N.J., performed oral sex on both young women, and one reported the incident to police last June. Police sources confirmed that they had a report about a June 29 sexual assault involving Hadden, and that he was taken into custody the following day, but the record was sealed. Hadden stopped seeing patients in his Fort Washington Ave. office in September. He did not return calls to his home. Hospital spokeswoman Myrna Manners said Columbia and the hospital “take allegations of this nature very seriously” but she declined to comment further on pending litigation.
