According to Allhiphop.com West Coast rap veteran Mack 10 has been hospitalized in L.A with a serious stomach illness. The Hoo-Bangin Records founder and member of West Side Connection was suffering from abdominal pain and was admitted to a local Los Angeles hospital. A woman says that she was raped during a Lil Wayne recording session that occurred during Grammy weekend this year. Fortunately, Weezy is not the one being accused. According to TMZ , producer Noel “Detail” Fisher is accused of holding a female catering assistant against her will overnight and raping her at his house in Canyon Country, CA where Lil Wayne was recording. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops are looking into allegations that Detail held her against her will overnight and sexually assaulted her … after which she managed to escape and alert police. We’re told she was questioned in the hospital, where she also submitted to a rape test. So far, no word on the results. That didn’t happen until the end of the show. It was judges’ darling and bushy-bearded budding sex symbol Casey Abrams . After another impressive performance on Wednesday night, when he took on Joe Cocker’s version of the Beatles’ “With a Little Help From My Friends,” the 19-year-old film-camp counselor was nowhere to be seen on the stage. Host Ryan Seacrest announced at the top of the show that Abrams was hospitalized for the second time this season and would not be joining his pals for the results broadcast. “You’ll notice that Casey is missing from the group. He is unfortunately sick and in the hospital right now,” Seacrest announced. “Wave to him. … We know you’re watching buddy, feel better — shout-out to the nurses.
