Frankie To-ong , an IT manager, spent over 20 years mixing music in the clubs and for a special period, he decided to program H-Town tracks with Christmas lights. Thus, a hot light show was born featuring everyone from Fat Pat to Paul Wall. Check out the video below, which has since gained over 800,000 views and 22,000 shares. After her baby daddy Adam Lind’s latest arrest, Chelsea Houska wisely moved to limit his visitation with their daughter . And that makes even more sense when you here the details of the charges that he’s facing for his domestic assault. All four of them. As we mentioned, Adam Lind was arrested … again … and has some serious legal struggles ahead of him. This time, it’s wasn’t for yet again testing positive for meth right before having a visitation for one of his kids. It wasn’t even for another domestic assault, though it’s definitely related to his recent bout of alleged violence against a woman. This last arrest was for violating a protective order. How did he get a protective order — forbidding him from coming near or contacting baby mama Stasia Huber — in the first place? Well, hear it in Stasia’s own words: “While under the influence of drugs, alcohol, and steroids,” Stasia reveals in court documents. “he fractured my forearm.” That alone would be a nightmare and, quite frankly, enough for us to be just fine with the idea of Lind spending a solid chunk of time in prison, but Stasia Huber continues: “… Locked me in the house saying I couldn’t leave, smashed my phone …” Terrifying. She’s describing being imprisoned and cut off, unable to flee his alleged violence and also unable to call for help. “And once he realized what he had done, he broke down crying and took me to the ER.” A lot of abusers display remorse; it doesn’t mean that they’re going to change. And it doesn’t undo their unforgivable actions. So, what do those horrible deeds look like in official, legal terms? RadarOnline got a hold of some court documents. After Adam Lind was arrested on November 2nd, he was charged with: For the first count: “He did attempt to cause bodily injury to another and had the actual ability to cause the injury.” For the second count: “Did recklessly cause bodily injury to another.” For the third count: “Attempting by physical menace or credible threat to put another in fear of imminent bodily harm, with or without the actual ability to harm the other person.” And for the fourth count, he was charged with intentionally causing bodily harm to another. Quite frankly, we’re surprised that none of those charges includes kidnapping or false imprisonment or something along those lines. (It’s always possible that the charges could be amended, we’re sure) Considering the allegations against Lind, the charges, the fact that he apparently violated Stasia’s protective order, and the timeline — that he got busted for meth as recently as April … well, he’s in a whole heap of trouble. Adam Lind was released from jail . Maybe this time, he’ll pay attention to Stasia Huber’s protective order. All of this is fodder to reduce or outright end visitations. Quite frankly, a man who does the things of which Adam Lind is accused does not need to be around children, no matter how much he may love them in his moments of sobriety. Chelsea Houska is really one of the better mothers in the Teen Mom franchise. By all appearances, Aubree would be better served by spending zero time with a ‘roided out meth-head. Honestly, Adam Lind’s arrest record isn’t colorful — it’s chilling. Visitation and custody topics could be moot, depending upon what the court thinks of his behavior. In October, McKayla Maroney revealed that she’d been molested by her team doctor , Larry Nassar. That makes her one of more than 140 survivors who accuse him of the same thing. From the outset, it’s been strongly hinted that there were people who knew about Nassar’s sexual predation and kept quiet. Now, McKayla’s taking action against the people whom she accuses of covering up a monster in their midst. McKayla is only one of many young women who have accused Dr. Nassar of molesting them when they were girls, preying upon them under the guise of “treatment.” Dr. Nassar has been sentenced for child porn charges, and has pleaded guilty to molesting 10 girls. Obviously, that’s just a drop in the awful bucket beside the number of women who accuse him. Wednesday, McKayla Maroney filed a lawsuit against USA Gymnastics.for the role that she says that they played in covering up Dr. Nassar’s monstrous deeds. As part of a financial settlement (of a reported sum of $1.25 million) so that McKayla could get needed psychological treatments, USA Gymnastics allegedly included a non-disclosure agreement. Maroney’s lawyer says that USA Gymnastics forced this provision so that “it could further conceal and shield from public scrutiny, outside investigation, and law enforcement, the true nature of Nassar’s horrific sexual abuse of minors.” Dr. Nassar’s misdeeds are not really in question. Again, this is a man who has already confessed to multiple counts of molestation. “Plaintiff alleges that Defendant USAG had a plan to keep the sexual abuse of Nassar quiet, and allow Nassar to quietly leave USAG, further silencing his victims.” To be fair, apparently USA Gymnastics contacted the FBI with at least some information on Larry Nassar, but allegedly failed to raise any kind of public alarm. Which may have allowed him to find new victims. The NDA would then appear to be a measure intended to conceal any wrongdoing by USA Gymnastics — hiding their mistake in hiring Nassar and also hoping to bury his misdeeds forever. If you’re thinking gee, how can McKayla speak up on this if she signed a non-disclosure agreement? … well, funny thing about that. ( Funny probably isn’t the right word, here) McKayla Maroney lives in California, where survivors of child sexual abuse — like McKayla — cannot be forced to sign NDAs as part of a settlement. Which is probably why McKayla’s attorney, John Manly, had zero kind words to say about the agreement: He referred to it as “hypocritical, immoral, and in this case illegal.” We’re no legal scholars, but it sounds like he’s right. Manly had further choice words for USA Gymnastics, and specifically for whoever among them new about Dr. Nassar but allegedly prioritized avoiding public embarrassment, allowing him to go on and find new prey at the University of Michigan. “Those responsible for this should be removed from the Olympic movement and USA Gymnastics.” That sounds fair. As punishment and as a deterrent, so that this will hopefully never happen again. “If they would treat one of the most famous athletes in world like this, how poorly would they treat a recreational gymnast abused by her coach.” That’s a really good point. McKayla Maroney is a household name. She’s met the President. (Well, the good one, from last year) Look at how hard McKayla is having to fight for justice, and she’s a celebrity. Someone with no celebrity status would surely be much more intimidated — by Dr. Nassar and by any attempts to shush them by USA Gymnastics. With more and more sex monsters being exposed every day, we hope that the world will become a safer place for women and girls. But that’s going to take time. It’s also going to take these predatory men, and the people who helped keep their secrets, facing real consequences. That, we think, is what McKayla aims to do. So, remember how it looked like Nicole had cheated on Azan again , slipping off her engagement ring to hang with a guy friend … and also lying about it? At the time, Azan seemed to forgive her. But … suddenly, things looked bleak for the two. Azan didn’t appear on the reunion special or even answer the phone when Nicole called him on the air. Are they over, officially? Of all of the new 90 Day Fiance couples introduced this past season, Nicole and Azan were the least new. In that they were not new at all, and had also been stars on Season 4. This season, they had some of the same problems — worries about Nicole’s possible infidelities, concerns that Azan’s interview for his K-1 Visa won’t go well, and wondering if Azan could be the father that Nicole’s young daughter deserves. (This time, in fact, Nicole brought her daughter to Morocco to see how the two bonded) Throughout all of this, Nicole has also worked to convince her father that Azan is a worthy partner for her. There’s been a lot on this couple’s plate, even before the revelation about Nicole’s dishonesty. As we said, Azan said that he forgave her at the time for taking off her ring to spend time with a guy friend. We don’t know why she had to remove her ring to hang out with him (even if she were looking to cheat … she’s literally on a TV show with the guy she wants to marry; it’s not a secret). We don’t know why, if nothing happened, she felt the need to lie about it. Regardless, though, Azan let it slide. He also got past her previous infidelity (to be fair, it was before she went to Morocco to meet him in the first place). Or … did those instances weigh on him more than he initially let on? During the 90 Day Fiance Tell All special, Nicole was accompanied by her mother but not by Azan. You figure, okay … he hasn’t had his K-1 visa interview yet, so he’s still in Morocco and can’t come to the taping. But you don’t need a visa to pick up a phone, now do you? Azan basically ghosted Nicole through the Tell All, though TLC did tweet afterwards: “Azan ended up calling Nicole back after filming concluded! # 90DayFiance ” Even so, it seemed to many fans that Azan was just trying to avoid getting interviewed on the special. (Because, seriously, how do you just “forget” that the special’s happening? You’d stay up to any hour to do your part … unless you don’t want to share some bad news) However, it looks like Azan and Nicole are still together. We don’t know for sure, but the two have been gushing about each other on social media as recently as November. Though a lot can change in the space of one month, our guess is that we’ll be seeing Nicole and Azan together in the US in season 6. Assuming, of course, that Azan was able to secure his K-1 visa. It might be odd for one couple to get three consecutive seasons of 90 Day Fiance , but hey, a lot was uncertain. Plus, they want to get paid (Nicole works at Starbucks and, even as little as 90 Day Fiance stars get paid , every little bit helps) and they have an interesting story. That’s why 90 Day Fiance; Before the 90 Days and 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? now exist. If all goes well, they’ll get married at the end of their 90 days (and the end of season 6), then move on to 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? But … let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Jenelle Evans is known for a lot of things: getting arrested, doing drugs, having children that she doesn't take care of. But one of the big ones, one of the most iconic Jenelle traits, is her complete inability to be single for one single second. Because of this unfortunate trait, she's been in terrible relationship after terrible relationship for years now, and it doesn't look like she'll be breaking this cycle anytime soon. Like, whenever she and David Eason get divorced, she'll be onto the next before we know it. And looking at all the things that have happened in the past week or so, it looks like that divorce is coming sooner rather than later … 1. Not a Great Sign Last week, David hopped on Facebook and changed his relationship status to “It’s Complicated,” and shortly after that, he deleted his account altogether. This is not what you want to see with a happy marriage. 2. SMH Yeah, it’s just a dumb Facebook thing, but kids these days take that stuff seriously. For David to change his relationship status from “married” to “it’s complicated” means that something went down between them, something big enough for him to threaten a breakup. 3. Oh, Kieffer … There’s a very good chance that that something that went down had to do with Kieffer Delp, Jenelle’s first true love. After all, last Monday was when The Ex Files aired, the Teen Mom special that featured all of her ex-boyfriends. David seems jealous enough as it is, so to watch a parade of guys from his wife’s past and to hear her speak kind of fondly about good ol’ Kieffer may not have gone over well. 4. Reasons for Rage David could have also gotten upset about Courtland Rogers’ remarks. Courtland was Jenelle’s first husband, and he’s been pretty open about how he still has some feelings for her, despite the whirlwind of heroin and abortions that ripped them apart all those years ago. 5. Interesting Remember the stories of David being in jail with Courtland, and how Courtland told him about Jenelle? Maybe seeing his old buddy talking about his new wife set something off in him. 6. More Signs Another interesting thing that happened was that Jenelle removed her relationship information on Facebook entirely. Eva Longoria is getting set to ring in the new year with the most exciting news possible: SHE’S PREGNANT!!!!! A rep for the former Desperate Housewives star has confirmed the blessed development, adding that Longoria is four months along and she even knows the gender of the baby-to-be. It will be a boy. And the father, of course, is Longoria’s husband, Jose Baston. The impending bundle of joy will be the first child for the 42-year old star, while Baston already has three kids. He shares children José, Tali and Mariana with ex-wife Natalia Esperón. Early last year, Longoria gushed over her then-fiance, telling Us Weekly all about his benevolent personality and how it especially shined through when it came to his kids. “He’s a very selfless person and he’s an amazing dad,” Longoria told the tabloid at the time, adding: “His children are the most important thing to him and that’s really beautiful to watch.” Baston is president of Televisa, the largest media company in Latin America. He started dating Longoria about four years ago and the two got engaged in Dubai in December 2015. They were married in May of 2016 in Mexico. Longoria, meanwhile, sparked pregnancy chatter in September when she stepped out a loose-fitting dress while on vacation in Greece. Previous to this sighting, in April of this year, Longoria laughed off other pregnancy rumors after photos of her were snapped on a board. “I saw some pictures of myself [looking] really fat on a boat,” she laughed in a Snapchat video. “I have to tell you, all I did was eat cheese. So that’s the news of the day. I’m not pregnant, just eating a lot of cheese, a lot of wine, a lot of pancakes.” Well…we’re sorry to report that Longoria won’t be drinking very much wine over the next five months. But it will all be worth it in the end. The beautiful actress was cheated on by then-husband Tony Parker many years ago and admitted to People Magazine in May that she didn’t really think she would walk down the aisle again. “It’s him,” though,” she told the publication. “He makes it all worth it.” How sweet, right?!?
