Charlottesville Rocked by Protests, Deadly Terror Act

WARNING: The following video is disturbing in nature. It depicts an unknown assailant ramming two slow-moving cars through a group of protestors who had gathered in Charlottesville, Virginia to object to the recent words and actions of White Supremacists in the area. After the car slams on the gas and plows other vehicles into this contingent of civilians, it hits reverse and speeds up in the opposite direction, hitting other individuals along the way. At the moment, one person is reported dead and 19 injured as a result of this terrorist act. Chaos has broken out in Charlottesville after modern day Nazis marched through the University of Virginia campus on Friday night, chanting epithets and yelling that “White Lives Matter.” They did so in response to the removal of a statue of late Civil War General Robert E. Lee. The following morning, counter protestors took to the streets of this city, which is now under an official state of emergency, per Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe. In response to the civil unrest, President Donald Trump said a bunch of meaningless cliches and refused to point any fingers at the White Nationalists for their points of view or their violent actions. “We condemn in the strongest possible terms this egregious display of hatred, bigotry and violence on many sides, on many sides,” Trump said in a short statement from his private golf club in New Jersey. He added: “It has been going on for a long time in our country – not Donald Trump, not Barack Obama. It has been going on for a long, long time. It has no place in America.” The Commander-in-Chief did not mention White Supremacists or the the alt-right movement in his remarks, and later called for a “study” of the “situation.” Take a look below at the tragic incident that took these protests to a new and fatal level:

Javi Marroquin Opens Up About Kailyn Lowry’s New Baby!

It’s been over a week now since Kailyn Lowry gave birth to her third child, and there’s still so much we don’t know about the whole situation! Like, we don’t even know the kid’s name. But, lucky for us, Kailyn is on a reality show — a reality show about being a mother, no less — so we’re not completely in the dark here. We know that she gave birth at 3:00 AM on August 5th, and that it was less than two hours from the time her water broke till the time her son was born. And thanks to some photos she was kind enough to share on social media, we know that the baby is just as precious as her other sons . We also know, thanks to a new interview with In Touch, that Kailyn’s ex-husband and the father of her second child, Javi Marroquin, is actually pretty cool with the whole thing. “Lincoln knows he has a new baby brother,” he explains . “Like all kids, they are excited to have a new sibling.” “I have to remember to say ‘brothers’ now instead of just Isaac.” Javi also says that “Whatever issues Kail and I had cannot impact Linc’s relationship with his new brother. So I do make him excited about it.” While we still don’t know how Kailyn’s third baby daddy, Chris Lopez, is going to do with this new baby , it’s nice to know that she chose amazing men to father her first two children, right? We should have known that even though Javi and Kailyn’s relationship has been extremely volatile since they filed for divorce, he’d put that all aside for the kids — even Baby Lo. After all, he still spends time with Isaac even though at this point he’s technically just his ex-stepfather. Oh, but back to the interview — remember the thing about how Javi could legally be considered the father of Kailyn’s baby ? As a lawyer explained it to In Touch, “Delaware law states that the ex-husband is presumed the father of a child if the child is born less than 300 days after the divorce.” We still don’t know the exact date that the divorce was finalized, but we do know it happened sometime in November or early December. Meaning that since the baby was born on August 5th … well, it sounds a little too close to call. However, Javi says “Everything should be taken care of on the legalities of the new baby, I’m pretty sure.” He doesn’t sound super confident, does he? But thanks to a recent interview from Kailyn, we do know that she was able to list Chris as the baby’s father on the birth certificate, so hopefully they really have worked everything out. Precious little Baby Lo doesn’t need any more drama in his life than he already has, that’s for sure. View Slideshow: Teen Mom Dads, Husbands & Boyfriends Ranked: Who’s #1?!

Jacob Roloff: Little People, Big World is SO FAKE!

Jacob Roloff is not a huge fan of Little People, Big World. We know that because he’s made it ridiculously, astoundingly clear ever since he quit the show. Jacob dislikes his family’s show so much that after he quit, he also cut contact with his parents and his siblings for a long time. Thankfully, he’s mended his relationships with the rest of the Roloffs — he’s said as much, and we know it for sure thanks to his adorable presence at Molly’s wedding last weekend . But still, his hatred for the show remains. In some new excerpts from his very first book, Verbing, he explains some of the issues he has with Little People, Big World. In one section, he writes “The first few years of doing this show were pretty alright, just a few (dozen) extra people around the house and farm.” “The actual filming in that beginning period was subject to the events unfolding, that is, something happened then the cameras came running.” But then, “After the few first years of testing the waters, the whole process did a sort of flip where events became subject to the filming, that is, became more orchestrated than spontaneous, in a weird indistinguishable mix.” “That phase went on for a while, too, until turning into the dominantly orchestrated ordeal it is today.” This part isn’t really anything we haven’t heard before — we know his main issue with the show is that he believes it’s too staged. He feels so strongly about the issue that in a rant he made on Instagram last year, he even said that “The family that is filmed is not my family.” They are the Roloff Characters and I have scarcely anything in common with them, nor do I want to be a character myself.” But in these new excerpts from Jacob’s book, he delves a little deeper into the issue. “Chief and simply, it forced me to grow up faster than normal (whatever a normal rate may be),” he writes. “Doing on the fly interviews and formal ones alike forced me to answer certain questions about myself, my family and my life that I normally might not have wondered about for some years.” Sounds pretty tough, right? Especially when you think about how young Jacob was when he was on the show. “One the one hand,” he explains, “I’m stuck in front of a lens, symbolizing the millions of people that watch(ed) our show, left to my own devices of coping and getting attention that usually panned out great for The Brass in L.A.” “On the other hand, instantly, it forced me to evolve mentally way faster than I would have, I think, under circumstances of less pressure.” So it sounds like he’s coming to terms with the whole thing — and thank goodness, right? Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson: The Couple That Prays Together …

Can you believe we’re coming up on the one year anniversary of Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson?! It seems like it was just yesterday when we saw their Halloween makeout session and thought “huh, another basketball player, really?” But it’s true: it was early last September when we first heard that Khloe and Tristan were dating , which means that August of 2016 was when the magic happened. And, according to all the gushing Khloe did in a new interview with the Daily Mail, it looks like all that magic is still happening. “My boyfriend is very protective of me,” she says of Tristan. “Feeling loved and validated and secure is a huge thing.” She adds that he’s also “protective of my entire family,” which she thinks is “beautiful.’ “And I love that everything we do is as a union,” she continues. “When he speaks, it’s ‘us’ and ‘we,’ and that’s important because it shows that you’re sharing life.” “The best thing is that we’re able to communicate about anything, and I think a lot of relationships don’t flourish because people are afraid to voice their opinion, not wanting to rock the boat.” Sounds like she’s really, truly in love , huh? And we’ve barely even gotten started yet! In relationships, Khloe says, “It’s good to find someone who has the same belief system and morals as you because it makes things easy.” “Tristan and I are both Christians; we go to church, we pray, we’re vocal about God and spirituality.” Didn’t see that one coming, did you? “A lot of my girlfriends get pregnant without talking about things such as religion with their significant others and then find out they have different belief systems to them,” she says. Speaking of getting pregnant, Khloe explains that she “definitely” wants to have kids, “but I don’t feel any pressure.” “Tristan is a great dad and he definitely wants more children, but we both feel that it will happen when the time is right.” “We’re still in a new relationship and I love us having time together,” she smartly says. “Once you have kids you can’t get back your non-kid years.” We’d advise Khloe to consider getting back on birth control if she wants to have a few more non-kid years — pregnancy can sneak up on you otherwise. But she says that she understands that children are a lifelong commitment, and that “you worry about your children for the rest of your life,” not just until they turn 18 and become adults. “The concern I have is raising little human beings in a world that’s filled with such hate and terror ,” she adds. “That seems very scary.” Yeah, girl, it really, really is. But thankfully, she says that she’s “in the best relationship I’ve ever been in,” and she adds that “it doesn’t take a ring for me to feel that way.” “I believe in marriage and I want to be married again one day but I don’t have a time frame.” “Why do people think that marriage equates to happiness?” she asks. “There are a lot of people in unhealthy marriages.” And honestly, with the heartbreaking way things ended between Khloe and Lamar Odom, we’d say she knows that better than most. View Slideshow: Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson Make Out. HARD. Really though, she does seem very, very happy with Tristan — happier than she’s been since the early days with Lamar. Nothing but the best of wishes to this adorable couple!

Jenelle Evans: I Have Too Many Kids!

Have you ever noticed that even though Jenelle Evans has three children now, she's never seemed particularly maternal? Sure, she's managed to keep Kaiser and Ensley alive, and they seem like healthy, reasonably happy kids, but we've never really seen Jenelle enjoying being a mother, you know? After Jace was born, she took off night after night because she thought that since he was asleep, he'd be fine — which, as you surely know, is not how babies work. With Kaiser, she seems overwhelmed and annoyed with him most of the time, and we really haven't seen much footage of her with Ensley to be able to get a feel for how she is with her … Until now! In a new sneak peek for tomorrow night's episode of Teen Mom 2, we see Jenelle talk to a producer about how life is with so many children. (At this point, she still has random visitation with Jace, but Kaiser and Ensley, as well as David's daughter, Maryssa, live with her.) As the clip begins, she explains that David took Kaiser and Maryssa to school while she sorts out things around the house and takes care of Ensely. Which means that she runs around upstairs while Ensley chills in a baby swing down in the living room. A producer asks her how it's been to get moved into their new house while caring for so many kids, and Jenelle doesn't hold back. “It's been pretty hectic,” she says. “I don't know, I'm so confused about life right now. I can't think straight.” The producer suggests that it's all too much, and she doesn't argue. “I mean, I'm tired by the end of the day, but when I wake up I'm happy that I'm in this house,” she explains. When they were in their old house, she couldn't stop thinking about how much she disliked it , and how she just wanted to “be on my land, away from people, away from traffic.” She then goes to get the baby so she can feed her a bottle, and she tells the producer “See, when I try to get things done I have to stop so I can feed Ensley.” Because how dare that newborn not get up and get her own dang snack, right? When she's asked if she ever gets any time for herself, she says that she's able to shower and eat and sleep, “but that's about it.” But honestly, it sounds like she's got way more time to herself than many moms — being able to shower and sleep after just giving birth are pretty big luxuries, actually. While Jenelle doesn't drop any major bombs in this sneak peek, the interesting thing is her demeanor. It's looks like she's more than just exhausted. Watch Jenelle and the adorable Ensley in action in the video below:

Kate Middleton: I Kind of Don’t Want to Be Queen So Soon!

Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton may become Queen of England sooner than she ever expected, according to a recent report. For the mother of two, that means mixed emotions. As we told you yesterday, alleged palace insiders claim Prince William and Kate will be King and Queen once Elizabeth II’s reign ends. Her Royal Majesty has yet to formally say this, of course, so take it with a grain of salt. Or two grains. Or 10. Or perhaps a small boulder. In any case, the report states that Prince Charles, 68, is about to get leapfrogged in the line of succession in order to preserve the monarchy. “Her Majesty realized that William and Kate are the future,” said the palace insider, noting that her royal legacy hangs in the balance. “She has spent 65 years making sure that the House of Windsor survives,” and this decision, while bold and surprising, is no different. That doesn’t mean it’s easy – for anyone involved. Suffice it to say, Kate is royally conflicted about it. A royal source said that her concerns lie with kids Prince George and Princess Charlotte, and whether they will be negatively impacted. Middleton didn’t see this coming. How could they? “Kate had wanted to keep a low profile for a few more years,” the source said. “She’s desperate to remain a hands-on mom.” “She worries about being in the spotlight more.” William and Kate, both 35, got married six years ago. They welcomed heir Prince George in July 2013 and then Charlotte in May 2015. The parents have already expressed concerns about their kids growing up as normally as possible, so this is a complicated situation. “She’s concerned about the added pressure on her kids,” the insider added of the mother of two, noting that they’re camera shy as it is. On the flip side, this is what she signed up for. The future Queen has, since moving to Kensington Palcae, been working extra hard to make sure the next generation is ready to take over. “William and Kate have taken on more responsibilities,” the source said, despite frequent talk of Kate being the laziest royal of all time . “They’re learning even more about what it entails to take on such powerful positions,” and while this promotion is huge, it’s not imminent. Elizabeth II has reigned for over six decades, but is still spry and active for 91, and has no intention of abdicating the throne while alive. William could wait awhile yet (ask Charles). In any case, George and Charlotte will soon glean that their lives are very different from regular kids, but will stay grounded just the same. This comes from upbringing, and is clearly paramount to William and Kate; George and Charlotte will be well raised, regardless of title. That much you can take to the bank. Also a guarantee is that they will look simply adorable next to Kate and William for years to come. When they’re King and Queen or just during run-of-the-mill royal engagements, the youngsters are the spitting image of their parents. We expect they will lead charmed lives, but not because of the royal status Kate never enjoyed while she was growing up (see below). Just because their mom and dad are pretty great.
