Gigi Hadid has basically one thing to say when it comes to her controversial impression of Melania Trump at the 2016 American Music Awards on Sunday night. And that is this: Sorry… NOT Sorry! As co-host of the aforementioned event, Hadid chose to impersonate the soon-to-be First Lady of the United States as part of the opening monologue this weekend. She told fellow host Jay Pharoah that she had to work on her “Melania” face first and then broke out an accept meant to mimic Trump, who was born in Slovenia. “I love my husband, President Barack Obama. And our children, Sasha and Malia,” Hadid said as Melania, making a reference to Trump’s Republican National Convention speech. As admitted by someone on Trump’s staff, the speech was partly plagiarized from Michelle Obama and the speech she gave at the Democratic National Convention in 2008. So…. ummm… get it?!? Gigi was joking about something that happened four months earlier and which was discussed heavily at the time. It was very old news. In other words: the impression here was tired, lame and unoriginal, regardless of whether or not you found it funny. I believe Melania understands show business and the way shows are written and run. “I apologize to anyone that I offended and have only the best wishes for your country.” This is pretty rich. It’s one of our favorite non-apologies in celebrity history! FIRST, Gigi throws her writers under the bus. SECOND, she says that she should receive credit for cleaning up their insults. THIRD, she pats herself on the back for having thick skin and a sense of humor. FOURTH, she pretends to have any clue about what Melania Trump things. FIFTH, she apologizes… but only if you were offended. Which is her way of saying it’s really your fault for having such sensibilities. Pharaoh also addressed Gigi’s critics on Monday with a Facebook post that also missed the point: “Everybody pump the brakes one damn minute!” he wrote, adding: “Over the last 8 years the beautiful Michelle Obama has been the victim of excessive slurring! Have you been missing Maggie? If so, then you were in for a treat on The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 5 as we got to see just how fractured leadership was at the Hilltop Colony. If you watch The Walking Dead online , you’ll know that Maggie and Sasha made a break for the colony after Negan murdered both Abraham and Glen on The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 1 . It’s definitely not scenes you could easily forget, but catching up with the characters was pretty intriguing. Maggie got some much-needed confirmation that her pregnancy was going as planned. However, she was told to rest up for a few days to get over the emotional trauma she was put threw watching her baby daddy being brutally murdered. When she and Sasha went to pay their respects to their fallen friends, Gregory showed up and made it clear he wanted Maggie out of the colony because he didn’t want to have any more dealings with the Alexandria crowd. This was a bit rich when you consider the fact that the Alexandria group only went to war with the saviors to save Gregory’s people. Sasha and Maggie were quick to point this out, but he didn’t give a damn. He revealed that Maggie could stay the night, but she would be leaving first thing in the morning. So much for the hospitality he gave her when she was wheeling and dealing with him last year. Gregory was no doubt terrified at the prospect of the Saviors showing up and attacking his people. There’s no telling what Negan would do if he got wind of Gregory’s involvement. That night, Maggie and Sasha were shocked to the core when the gates to the colony were knocked down and a car was in the courtyard with loud music. This was drawing all of the walkers into the colony and making things very difficult. Sasha pleaded with Maggie to stay in the trailer while she went off on her own to save them. Pretty much as soon as Sasha made her escape from the trailer, Maggie was out in the open and barking orders at people. Even though she was ill, she knew what she had to do in order to save everyone. She got in a tractor and ran over the car until the music stopped playing. It really was the best course of action and it proved she’s a natural leader. The next morning, Jesus, Maggie and Sasha pled their case to Gregory to allow them to stay, but they were stopped in their tracks by the arrival of the Saviors. Maggie and Sasha were put in hiding to avoid being murdered. Simon and the group of the saviors went into the house and immediately started laying down the law. Gregory was trying every trick in the book in order to get them away. He offered them everything he could, but he lost all of his alcohol and art. It was a thrilling turn of events, but it was needed to show that absolutely no group is safe from the wrath of the Saviors. After the meeting, Maggie went to Gregory to tell him she would not be leaving and that he was to quit calling her names. He obviously felt defeated after losing most of his inventory and looking pretty stupid. Maggie was then shocked to the core when Enid showed up. Enid hitched a ride with Carl and the two of them seemed to get a lot closer. Watch The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 4 Online It would be such a shame if they never got the chance to meet up again. Couples just don’t seem to have a long shelf life on this show. Right now, Carl is on his way to Negan’s base with Jesus, but what is their master plan? Losing someone close to you is never easy. The death of Tyler Lockwood was definitely the focal point of The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 5 and it was heartbreaking. We kicked things off with Matt calling all of his nearest and dearest to let them know their beloved friend had been murdered by Damon and that he was on his way home to lay him to rest. Understandably, there was a flurry of emotions. Stefan struggled to find a medium between grieving for Tyler and being pissed off with his brother for causing this mess. He understood that Sybil was causing the drama, but he still wanted to take his brother of the equation after seeing the effect the death of Tyler had on everyone. There was something very off about the way Candice King was acting in this installment. Caroline never really grieved Tyler’s passing. Maybe the actress was not impressed that she wasn’t getting a scene to show just how much her former love meant to her at one point in her life. Instead, all she could muster was that she couldn’t remember the last time she spoke to him. This shows how irrelevant he became to her, but I’m totally not buying it. View Slideshow: 15 TV Couples We Wish Were Real Things got worse as the gang tried to lay Tyler to rest when Damon showed up at the cemetery and showed them all four graves. He had dug up one for each of them, before threatening to murder Matt. As you probably know if you watch The Vampire Diaries online , Matt is the only human in all of this, so Damon probably wanted to bring him in line with his peers. This side of Damon has been done to death on this show and it’s only getting tiring. Stefan and Caroline put a lot of work in to capture Damon, so it was garbage to see Sybil release him from his doom. Yes, you guys, Sybil made her getaway from the armory and she has the mysterious artifact that gives her migraines. You can thank Alaric for giving the artifact to his intern. Geez, didn’t he understand that it was the only way to save everyone from her? Sybil made it clear to Damon that they have a whole lot of work to do, so we’ll no doubt see the pair go back to being annoying soon enough. This week, it involved them doing some sort of ritual on Georgie’s remains to basically bring the devil to Mystic Falls. The only reason Caroline and Alaric figured out something was wrong was because Tyler had left Matt pictures of Seline because he was doing some research into her. When Caroline and Alaric got home after a party honoring Elena and Tyler, their girls were long gone and just a drawing of the two girls playing happy families with Cade and Seline remained. Interesting, but haven’t we already had the whole Gemini Coven storyline before with the twins being used for power? Talk about recycling plots. Elsewhere, Bonnie finally managed to find a way to save Enzo from himself. After a pep talk from Caroline, she set the house on fire and his humanity returned. That was easy. January 2010 Mueller checked into a “wellness program” in North Carolina, with her mother saying Brooke was in need of some “stress reduction.” 2. February 2010 Mere weeks after the aforementioned check-in, Mueller entered Malibu, California’s The Canyon rehab facility. She has been spotted out partying with Sheen just hours beforehand. 3. May 2010 Mueller and Sheen announced their separation, with the former moving in to her own home. 4. October 2010 The famous couple announced it was divorcing, not long after Sheen was hospitalized after drinking A LOT. Mueller asked for physical custody of the twins. 5. December 2010 Mueller checked into a sober living facility in December 2010, soon after she filmed an appearance on Paris Hilton’s lame reality show The World According to Paris Hilton. 6. James and Devonda Friday are accused of kicking five foster kids out of their home after going on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in 2012. The North Carolina couple surprised with a 3,900-square-foot home to provide proper space for the foster children, who are biological siblings. Now, two of the children claim the couple kicked them all out of the home shortly after the house was complete and cameras stopped rolling. “I felt like they were my mom and dad. I loved them like they were my real parents” Chris Friday revealed in a recent local TV interview. “What they did to us was just wrong. [They] threw us all out.” According to the teen, he was sent away to a group home a couple of months after filming completed, ostensibly due to his “bad attitude.” He was told it would be a temporary stay. Not the case. “Why did I have to leave? I just didn’t understand it. And it made me feel not wanted, you know? You gave me away. Parents don’t do that. No.” A year after the episode aired, Chris claims that all five children were kicked out, and he believes the Fridays to be financially motivated. His sister Kamaya agrees with his take, adding: “I know it was all about the money. From the first day, it was all about the money. That’s all [Devonda’s] about, money. It’s money with her.” For his part, James Friday denied the claims, saying “no one kicked Chris or Kamaya out of the home. That’s a DSS and social service matter.” According to The New York Daily News , a family court hearing took place in 2015 regarding the matter, but court records are sealed.
