Empire is getting crazier by the week and not in a good way. On Empire Season 3 Episode 6 , the company was hacked, bringing business to a grinding halt and landing the Lyon family in trouble. We picked up with Cookie and Angelo being as cute as ever. In fact, Cookie wanted to show Angelo just how much she valued him as her significant other by sending him a nude picture. Little did she know, it was going to be all over the internet soon after. Yes, Empire got hacked and it threw everything into turmoil. Lucious was completely pissed at the prospect of all of his emails becoming common knowledge and started waving baseball bat around. Come on, it wouldn’t be Lucious if he didn’t threaten people with violence. That’s sort of the only thing the guy can do to get ahead. It’s pretty sad. Right?! Things went into overdrive when a nude picture of Cookie was released to the masses. Whenever there’s a hack, there’s always nude pictures not far behind, so Cookie sending pictures of her goods to Angelo at the top of the hour made it pretty predictable that a hack was around the corner. Tariq and the FBI showed up at Empire to find out what went on, but Tariq made it clear to Lucious that he would be finding out all of his secrets to use against him. The Tariq storyline has been dragged out for too long already. It’s time to send it to the scrap heap and be done with it. The board trying to oust Andre from the board was hilarious. Andre knew what to do to get back on their good side and it was to prove they were all as bad as each other. After the picture was released, Cookie broke things off with Angelo because she thought she was hurting his campaign and knew her past would be dredged up. It was a surprisingly good move for her. She put Angelo’s feelings before her own. There’s something about this couple that just works so well. When Angelo was quizzed about splitting up with Cookie, he stripped off on live TV as a vow of solidarity. It was a good gesture, but I do get the feeling he wanted to show off his ripped body to the masses. When Lucious and Andre quizzed Tiana about some dude who hacked her phone before, they went to his house and had Shine deal with him. Shine did promise to send Lucious some sort of gift from the body, which was fifty shades of disgusting. However, the biggest twist of all came when we got word that Andre Lyon was more like his father than he first realized. He was the one who orchestrated the hack and got someone else to do it, knowing he could swing the blame on the other guy. It was a well thought out plan, but I don’t think the show needs another Lucious Lyon. This could get old real fast, so we might as well enjoy it before it goes stale. View Slideshow: 2016 Spring TV Awards: And the Winners Are… Something about these first episodes of Empire Season 3 has felt very off and I hope the writers get it together in the second half of the season. It’s time to ditch the guest stars and start telling viewers a coherent story that actually has long-term consequences for the characters. Right now, it feels like the slate has been wiped clean from the previous episode and that’s not doing anything for the flow of the series. There was a time when Empire was appointment TV, but it’s descending into mediocrity and it needs to sort itself out before it is too late. Take Jamal’s storyline. He seems fine for one episode, then this week he’s went completely downhill and overdosed on drugs. The storylines just aren’t meshing very well and it needs to be addressed soon. Heck, don’t even get me started on everyone being on good terms with Anika. Yes, the woman who murdered Rhonda Lyon. What do you think of the developments? Sound off below! Well, it’s been days since Jinger Duggar married Jeremy Vuolo , so naturally, fans of the family are already wondering who will be next. Will it be Joy-Anna courting and sprinting down the aisle. Or John David, who has spoken about his desire to settle down? Josiah Duggar briefly courted Marjorie Jackson , so he’s in the mix as well. Josiah’s relationship didn’t result in marriage and an army of offspring, which are the goals for any Duggar courtship, but he was interested. That’s neither here nor there, in any case, because if the fans had their pick, the perennial favorite and ” Cinderella Duggar ” would be next. Normally, an unmarried 26-year-old would not be a cause for concern, but the Duggars are adherents of the ” Quiverfull ” movement. To make a long story short, the teachings the family ascribes to believe the obligation of every woman is to have as many babies as possible. See Duggar, Michelle, nee Ruark. The women in the family are typically married off in their early 20s (Joy-Anna, 19, seen with Jana above, could be next) to begin breeding. Sounds crude, but hey, it’s more or less true. The fact that Jana is entering her mid-to-late 20s without a courtship in sight is no doubt a source of stress for her procreation-happy parents. Or is it? Many observers have speculated that Jim Bob and Michelle used Jana to help raise the younger kids while marrying off her sisters. Not a terrible theory, but this may disprove it. Some Duggar fans believe that JBD and Michelle are now giving Jana a public nudge toward the altar with their latest Facebook post: The pic above is a wall hanging created by Jana, who is known for her artistic sense, with some objects she found around the house. “Our Jana is so talented!” her gushed in the caption. “An old fence board, some painted sticks and just a little jute string!” So talented … oh, and believe it or not, still available! Duggar social media posts usually focus on grandkids or the entire family (individual attention is in short supply when you’ve got 19 freakin’ kids). So many took this post as a way of doing a bit of “advertising” for Jana, who does so much for her family but gets so little of the credit. However, that doesn’t necessarily jibe with what seems to be the reality of the situation, which may be the same old story: As far as anyone can tell, the problem never has been that Jana Duggar, a beautiful, sweet young woman is suffering from a lack of options. Everything is coming up Kelsey Grammer these days. First, the actor was one of the few celebrities who openly championed Donald Trump for President of the United States. And we all know how that election turned out, don’t we? Now, we can confirm that the veteran star recently welcomed his SEVENTH child into the world, with sources reporting that wife Kayte Walsh gave birth to a boy on Monday, November 14. His name is Auden James Ellis. According to Us Weekly, the newborn will go by his middle name, James. He also weighed 7 pounds and measured 21 inches long at birth. Not shabby on either count! “Both mother and son are doing great,” a rep for the star tells Us Weekly. News of Walsh’s pregnancy went viral in mid-September, meaning she was clearly very far along when we first out a child was on the way. In a separate statement, meanwhile, Grammer and Walsh explained that there is a bit significance behind their son’s moniker. “The name was chosen to honor the great poet W.H. Auden, and James is after another great poet and singer, James Taylor — two of our favorites,” Kelsey and Kayte said. That’s sort of interesting. What about Ellis? It is a family name, courtesy of the actor’s great grandfather on his mother’s side. “He was a colorful character, to say the least, and we wanted to give the name a second chance,” the parents explained. The pair, who married in 2011, are also parents to a four-year old named Faith and a two-year old named Gabriel. They met while Walsh was working as a flight attendant… and, according to some rumors, while Grammer was still married to ex-wife Camille Grammer. The former Frasier star is 61 years old also has four other children: Spencer, 33, from his marriage to Doreen Alderman; Greer, 24, from his relationship with Barrie Buckner; and Mason, 15, and Jude, 12, from his marriage to the aforementioned Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member. Those are a lot of mouths to feed! “My dad, he loves little kids,” Greer told Us Weekly this fall, adding: “He always has. He’s a huge little-child fan, and he’s just so good at it. What breakup??? Kenya Moore Says She’s Back With Matt Jordan Remember when we told you that Kenya Moore and her young boo thang Matt Jordan broke up after a “door smashing” incident in Mexico? Well during last night’s episode of RHOA Kenya confirmed that they’re working on their relationship after Matt showed up to her house warming and begged for forgiveness. “I did bad. I was wrong. I was really wrong,” said Matt on the show. After the episode aired Kenya was a guest on Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live” alongside Sandra Bernahrd and further explained that she and the 29-year-old are trying to work it out. “We’re working on our relationship. I’ve learned a lot throughout the year about myself and definitely we’re working on it,” said Kenya. “I’m learning as I go and I clearly have love for this man and I see that there are issues that we need work out and that he needs to work on.” She also shot down notions that her boyish boo thang needs anger management classes. “I don’t think it’s anger, I think it’s different. […] He’s immature at times. He acts out. He’s 29. There are many questions American citizens now have with Donald Trump having been elected the 45th President of their country. Will he deport law-abiding immigrants? Will he build a wall? Will he ban Muslims from the country? Will he last a full term in office ? And also this: How would Saturday Night Live react to his election? The last question was answered this weekend… in truly memorable fashion. The NBC sketch series opened last night with Kate McKinnon dressed as Hillary Clinton. But there were no witty lines of dialogue. There were no tears being cried. There was no interaction with Alec Baldwin as Donald Trump Instead, McKinnon simply say at a piano and sang the song “Hallelujah.” This was especially poignant because Leonard Cohen died this week, leaving this world as the man responsible for having written that iconic ballad. At the end of her rendition, McKinnon turned to the camera, and as Clinton, told viewers “I’m not giving up, and neither should you.” It was an amazing decision by Saturday Night Live. Kenya Moore Blasts Sheree Whitfield For Dissing More Manor Kenya Moore and Sheree Whitfield are keeping their battle of the McMansions alive and well. Kenya recently took to her BravoTV blog to brag about her self-built home that’s of course”much” better than Chateau Sheree. My favorite part of Moore Manor is that it feels like my home — my style, my taste, and my overall design aesthetic. I sold my contemporary home in California I owned for approximately 16 years and rented the first 3 years when I moved to Atlanta. Living in them felt foreign. Your house should be your signature style, and now that it is, I couldn’t be happier. She also recounted episode 1 of the new season when Sheree Whitfield stopped by her housewarming party and shaded her home because it was still under construction. According to Kenya Sheree has no room to talk considering that she built Moore Manor in less than a year and Chateau Sheree is still underway. “I thought Sheree would be happy to see how far I’ve come, but all she was capable of doing was tearing it down.” Bravotv.com: Were you surprised that Sheree was throwing shade at Moore Manor? KM : That would be a resounding NO. Quite frankly, Sheree seems bitter and embarrassed that I purchased a home and nearly built it from the ground up in less than a year, while she still has not completed her home in 5 years as of last week. After all, I had no plumbing, air, heat, electrical, flooring… I didn’t even have a front door. Yet I managed to complete my home and move in before the second coming of Christ. I acknowledge I had an extensive “punch out list” prior to my housewarming to complete. With that said, I set a date and was determined not to cancel or change it. I did, however, explain to my select guests that I wasn’t completely finished. I asked for positive energy and for the closest people to me to bless my home and applaud my accomplishment. I thought Sheree would be happy to see how far I’ve come, but all she was capable of doing was tearing it down. Does Kenya have a point??? She did build Moore Manor very quickly.
