Rick Ross and his son Rapper Hits Back At Son’s Mother Attempt To Increase Child Support Rick Ross has claimed that the mother of his son has turned their boy against him – keeping him away from his father and trash talking Ross around the child. That’s according to new docs Ross filed in response to his baby mama Tia Kemp’s lawsuit to up child support from $2,800 a month to $20,000. Kemp “has prohibited the minor child from visiting with Respondent and engaged in acts of parental alienation as to impede on the minor child’s ability to fully experience a life or parenting time with the Respondent,” Ross wrote in court docs obtained by BOSSIP. Ross said that Kemp won’t meet him halfway when it comes to visiting the boy: she’s refused to hand him over to Ross even though she knows he’s under house arrest in Georgia as he fights charges that he beat and kidnapped his gardener. Ross “asserts that the petitioner has engaged in behaviors to prohibit the minor child from visiting and partaking in the lifestyle of the Respondent,” Ross wrote in the Dec. 18 filing in Broward County Circuit Court. Stop the violence… Anthony Tolson Murdered A famed bassist was tragically killed in Detroit during the Christmas holiday while going to see his family. 33-year-old Anthony Tolson, who toured with the likes of Young Jeezy and Ne-Yo , was murdered on Christmas Eve after assailants fatally shot him and stole his SUV. The Detroit Free Press reports: On Christmas Eve, Anthony Tolson had finished playing bass guitar at a church service and was driving to see his three kids on Detroit’s east side. Yet Tolson never made it. He was shot and killed by multiple assailants who then stole his SUV that contained his bass and gifts for his kids: William, 7; Aaron, 12, and Amber, 13. The tragedy has left his close friends struggling to understand how Tolson, 33, who friends say has toured with artists like Ne-Yo, Young Jeezy, Kelis and J. Moss, became the victim of violence. On Christmas Eve, Tolson finished performing at Central Baptist Church in Detroit. He was headed to his mother’s house on the east side, where his kids were staying and where he planned to open gifts with them in the morning. But at around 9:30 p.m., two assailants ordered Tolson out of his gray Chevrolet Trailblazer near Gratiot and State Fair Avenue before shots were fired, said Sgt. Cassandra Lewis, a Detroit Police spokeswoman. (Police did not identify Tolson by name.) The suspects then drove away in the vehicle, Lewis added. No other details were released. Anyone with information about the shooting can call Detroit Police Homicide Division at 313-596-2260. Ne-yo has since expressed his condolences. This is so incredibly tragic and senseless. Authorities report that 23-year-old Sharonda Benson killed Chanell and wounded her 8-year-old friend Ellen Garjo while arguing with Ellen’s mother. Benson, who shares a baby’s father with the woman, apparently fired shots into the Detroit area home where the children were playing after an argument. Fox 2 Detroit reports: A 7-year-old girl is killed and an 8-year-old girl is in critical condition after both were shot Sunday night. Two people of interest are in custody for the Steel Street shooting in which the Detroit house was “sprayed” with bullets, according to police. Chanell Berry died in the shooting, while Ellen Garjo was wounded, while playing with Christmas presents. “My baby died in my arms,” said Kiana Johnson, mother of Chanell, her youngest child. “My baby was down, I (went) to pick my baby up in my arms and my baby died in my arms. Police say the shooting happened after 23-year-old Sharonda Benson began arguing with Ellen’s mother. Apparently both have children with the same man. And after leaving, Benson threatened to return. “It was because of her,” Johnson said. “That my baby lost her life. She knew there were kids in here.” Chanell and Ellen were both shot multiple times. Ellen lies critical in the hospital on Monday. Police say Benson turned herself in.l Sources say her 22-year-old relative, found in a taxi on Lamphere near Joy, was also arrested. A GoFundMe has been started by Chanell’s family for funeral costs. So, so sad. Hopefully the family gets justice for this little girl.

A clothed full frontal snapshot, we should say. We know it gets confusing with all those Kim Kardashian nude photos out there. In any case, Kim is posing here with her husband, Kanye West, and her daughter, North West, standing in front of a Christmas tree at her mom’s house. “For as long as I can remember, my mom has hosted a Christmas Eve party, and this year’s was SO amazing!” Kim wrote along with the picture. “She put so much thought into all of the incredible details and the whole night felt so festive and fun surrounded by our friends and family. “We even had reindeer in the yard for the kids! North wanted her hair braided just like mine so we matched the whole night.” Kardashian, of course, has made a big deal of late out of losing all her pregnancy weight. She’s already shed 17 pounds and she continues to set a terrible example for young women everywhere, making it appear as if regaining one’s bikini body is all that matters in life. As you can see here, Kim is facing the camera, but she’s also rocking some very high-waisted pants, keeping her figure mostly a secret. Kanye, meanwhile, is not smiling.
