Jessa and Jill Duggar: Josh Made Mistakes, But He’s Changed!

Earlier today, Megyn Kelly offered a preview of her interview with Jill and Jessa Duggar that’s set to air tonight on Fox News. Speaking with Extra, Kelly revealed that Jill and Jessa have forgiven Josh Duggar for molesting them several times when they were 11 and 9, respectively. Now, further information about the Duggar girls’ interview has been released, and the new excerpts suggest that Jill and Jessa have not only forgiven their older brother, they’ve also started offering justifications for his actions. Asked about the hypocrisy of a man who’s admitted to incestuous sex crimes condemning homosexuality as destructive to families, Jessa defended her brother’s right to talk out of both sides of his mouth: “It’s right to say ‘here’s what I believe, here’s my values,’ even if you’ve made stupid mistakes or failures,” Jessa says in the interview. “If you’ve had failures in your past it doesn’t mean you can’t be changed. I think that’s where, I think the real issue is people are making this sound like it happened yesterday.” The girls also addressed the steps their parents took to try and prevent further abuse from taking place, and the rumors that father Jim Bob designed the Duggar house to keep Josh away from the girls . “My parents said, ‘OK, we’re not going to do this hide and seek thing where two people go off and hide together,’” Jill says when asked about the precautions. “Locks on the doors. You know, everybody’s in bed — girls in the girls’ room, boys in the boys’ room.” A segment that aired on Wednesday night showed the girls confirming that they were molested by Josh and complaining of being victimized by the media. With all the commotion surrounding Caitlyn Jenner’s debut , it’s easy to forget that she’s not the only Jenner gal to radically alter her appearance in the past year. Kylie Jenner admitted to getting lip injections  last month, and many have speculated that the 17-year-old reality star didn’t stop there. There have been rumors about Kylie getting breast implants , facial reconstructive surgery, even butt implants. In a recent interview with E, Kylie discussed her decision to have her lips plumped, but she says that’s all she’s had done, and she has no plans to go under the knife…for now: “It was important. There was so much attention on my lips,” Kylie says. “I wasn’t ready to tell people yet, but it makes me feel better. “Right now, people are saying I’ve had my breasts done, my whole face reconstructed. I’m not against plastic surgery, but I don’t want anything else done right now.” In the same interview, Kylie talked about how proud she is of Caitlyn Jenner , and it seems these days she’s more focused on her rapidly changing family and her burgeoning career than on her appearance. So Sad: Woman Arrested For Doing THIS To Her Ex-Boyfriend’s Puppy After An Argument

Cooking it in an oven. Woman Kills Puppy In Oven A 24-year-old Illinois woman was recently arrested for killing her boyfriend’s Pitbull puppy by putting it in a hot oven. The News-Gazzette reports: A judge set a high bond for a woman accused of killing her ex-boyfriend’s puppy by placing it in a hot oven. Kinny Redmon, 24, who listed an address in the 200 block of South Country Fair Drive, Champaign, was charged with animal torture and aggravated cruelty to animals — both felony offenses — for allegedly putting a 3-month-old pit bull in a 300-degree oven and shutting the door. An Urbana police report said the 31-year-old owner of the dog and Redmon used to date and have a child in common but broke up about six months ago. However, the man allows Redmon to stay at his house in the 800 block of East Water Street in Urbana. On Wednesday, the two got into an argument and the man left the house early for work, leaving his puppy in a crate. Redmon was not there at the time. While he was at work early Thursday morning, he noticed that he had missed three different calls on his cellphone. Urbana police investigator Dave Smysor said the woman called him back again and said, “Go get yo’ puppy out the oven, (expletive),” then hung up. Smysor said the man returned home and found his oven on, set at 300 degrees, and a chair pushed up against the oven door. He found the puppy dead inside. Police reported an overwhelming stench coming from the house. Wow, that poor puppy.

Yeah… Allegheny Port Authority To Remove Racist Slogans From Public Buses Via TribLive Port Authority of Allegheny County said Wednesday it will remove promotional slogans on nine buses that appear to spell a racial slur when read backward or viewed in a mirror. Transit agency spokesman Jim Ritchie said a driver complained Tuesday after seeing the message “Ziggin Zaggin” on a bus in her vehicle’s rear-view mirror. “Port Authority certainly did not intend for this message to offend anyone,” agency spokesman Jim Ritchie said. “However, due to recent complaints about how this message appears when read backward, we have decided to remove the message from our vehicles,” Ritchie said. “We apologize to anyone who may have been offended.” “Ziggin Zaggin” was part of a larger promotional campaign that put messages such as “Rockin’ Rollin’,” “Movin’ Groovin’,” and “Movin’ Shakin’ ” on the sides of buses in 2003. All of the buses bearing those slogans are within a year of being retired from Port Authority’s 700-bus fleet. Ritchie said agency workers would peel off the decals. If the outline of the letters still can be seen when the letters are gone, Ritchie said the agency would “find a way to cover it with advertising of some sort” within the next couple of weeks. Berry Gordy’s Detroit Home Has Been Restored And Selling For $1.3 Million Via Realtor We heard it through the grapevine: The Motown Mansion is on the market. The Detroit, MI, home is named for legendary Motown Records founder Berry Gordy Jr. The music producer lived in the 10,500-square-foot manse from 1967 to 1969, but he owned it until 2001, according to listing agent Deborah Smith. Built in 1917 in the Boston-Edison historic district, the 10-bedroom home has had only four owners. It was in serious need of TLC when current owner Cynthia Reaves moved in in 2002. “After Gordy moved to L.A., it fell into disrepair. The original structure has a lot of marble, a lot of woodwork, and some of those things had to be restored,” Smith says. Reaves restored the mansion to its former glory, says Smith. She even won a historic preservation award in Michigan for the house rehab. The house is listed for $1,295,000, and Smith says some prospective buyers already think the home is some kind of wonderful. The new owner must maintain the integrity of the home’s historic structure, Smith says. Reaves is also “looking for someone who can understand and appreciate and carry on the legacy of this home.” Images via RealComp
