Bob Saget Comes Clean About His Wild Side In New Memoir Bob Saget admits he got a little close for comfort with his “Full House” co-star John Stamos back in the day. If you ask Bob Saget, he was wildly inappropriate on the set of “Full House” — and he slept with John Stamos. Saget makes these claims, and more, in his new memoir, “Dirty Daddy,” for which Confidenti@l got an advance copy. In it, the comic shocks with tales of drunken escapades, such as the time he went to Las Vegas with Stamos, his former “Full House” co-star, to see an Elvis impersonator. Saget recalls he got so drunk that the yogurt-swilling Stamos “ended up literally taking off my shoes, cutting up my room-service steak and feeding me so I wouldn’t yack.” “One of his sisters even stopped by to check on us. Then he put me to bed. He went to bed soon after. Next to me,” he writes. “When I woke up the following day I realized … I had just slept with John Stamos.” Saget admits that during his party days, he used to drive the streets of Hollywood drunk. He recalls driving home with an unnamed comedian friend along Sunset Blvd., when he suddenly blacked out. “We were actually only on our left wheels for a couple of seconds,” Saget writes. The comic says the edgy sense of humor he’s known for today often would come out in odd ways while he filmed his wholesome sitcom. “For example, when we would go over the [“Full House”] scripts together in a conference room with the producers and writers, we were all supposed to be taking notes but I’d be drawing [body parts] on the scripts and showing them to Dave [Coulier] and John like I was in fifth grade. I couldn’t help it,” he writes. Once, when he was given a rubber doll as a stand-in for Michelle (the character played by both Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen), he threw it around, laughing like a “comedian with no moral compass,” and was caught on TV monitors doing it. At least two people were killed and nearly two dozen injured Wednesday by a Harlem explosion reportedly triggered by a gas leak, Mayor Bill de Blasio said. Harlem Explosion The mayor, speaking to New York reporters at the scene, said finding those still missing is a top priority, but cautioned that many may have simply fled to safety. The N.Y. City Fire Department said at least 22 people were hurt, including two with life-threatening injuries and four with serious, but non-life threatening injuries. Both fatalities were women. More than a dozen people are unaccounted for after the explosion leveled two buildings in Harlem and ignited a massive fire. “This is a tragedy of the worst kind because there was no indication in time to save people,” de Blasio told the media . “We have lost two people already.” He promised a thorough search of the rubble after the 200 firefighters, who began arriving on the scene in two minutes, bring the fire under control. The buildings housed a Spanish Christian Church and a piano repair store at the East Harlem address on Park Avenue between 114th and 116th Streets. “It felt like an earthquake rattled my whole building,” said a witness. “There were glass shards everywhere on the ground; all the stores had their windows blown out.” The mayor said the explosion occurred at 9:31 a.m. ET, only minutes before a Con Ed utilities team arrived on the scene to check on reports of a natural gas leak. As Harlem residents gathered near the scene of the explosion, white smoke still billowed up from the debris in waves and left a chalky taste in the air. Traffic is blocked off and Metro-North service into and out of Grand Central Terminal was suspended due to the debris on the elevated train tracks. Story developing …
