Jessica Moser Ordered By Judge To Stop Breastfeeding

Jessica Moser, a Northampton Co. mom, has been breastfeeding her daughter for the past 10 months. Now, she’s embroiled in a custody battle with her daughter’s father and a judge has ordered her to stop so that little Jasmine can spend the entire weekend with her dad . Moser says the judge doesn’t care that Jasmine still breastfeeds. “Why isn’t she on formula?” he asked. “She should be able to have formula at 10 months.” Oh, dear. The World Health Organization recommends mothers breastfeed their children for  at least 2 years. Moser can’t pump enough milk for her daughter for two full days and Jasmine doesn’t take a bottle, instead preferring her milk straight from the tap. If Jessica doesn’t comply with the judge’s ruling, she will lose her daughter. “I’m feeling frustrated, hurt” Moser says. “I’m trying to keep myself from crying, it’s very emotional.” Since Jasmine was born last December, Moser has been the child’s primary caregiver. She and Jasmine’s father have been locked in a custody battle for the past several months.  Moser states that she isn’t trying to keep Jasmine from her father. She just wants what’s best for her daughter.  “I’m very passionate about having that right to breastfeed,” Moser said. “The breast is best, and that’s what I’m trying to do for her.”   No way! Nicolas Cage: Sex Photos Do Not Exist!

There are no sex photos of Nicolas Cage and his ex-girlfriend Christina Fulton, the actor says in response to their alleged existence and theft. It was previously reported that images of the pair engaging in sexual activity had been stolen by handyman Richard Orozco from Fulton’s home. He has been charged with burglary, but the Nicolas Cage sex photos have yet to be recovered. Nor will they be, says Nic. ‘Cause there are none. Nicolas Cage Sex Pics He says in a statement regarding the alleged, scandalous snaps: “Explicit photos of myself and Ms. Fulton simply do not exist and never have.” The alleged images show Nicolas in private bedroom moments with Christina Fulton , who is the mother of their 22-year-old son Weston Cage. Orozco was arrested for breaking into her house on October 22. He has pleaded not guilty and remains in custody with his bail set at $1 million. The 49-year-old National Treasure star and 46-year-old Christina started dating in 1988 and she gave birth to Weston Cage in December 1990. Nicolas has been married three times in all, with his previous marriages to actress Patricia Arquette and Lisa Marie Presley ending in divorce. Girl Pours Gasoline On Slide, 2 Year Old Sister Catches On Fire

It’s every parent’s worst nightmare. You turn your back for one second and catastrophe happens. That’s the case for 26 year old father Christopher Calhoun.  While he wasn’t looking, Calhoun’s 4 year old daughter poured gasoline down their slide to make it more slippery for herself and her sister. A charge of static electricity caused the gasoline to ignite and now his 2 year old is in a medically induced coma with burns over 30% of her body.  Toddler Burned On Swing Set In Gasoline Fire Calhoun told police he had been playing outside with his girls when stepped inside the house for just a moment. He heard screams and saw his daughters, one of whom was on fire.  Calhoun grabbed the 2 year old and put her in the shower to douse the flames while calling 911.  It’s unclear how or where the 4 year old found the gasoline can from which she poured the highly flammable liquid. Police are treating the incident as an accident and have decided not to file charges against Calhoun.

Porsha claps back at Kenya for weighing in on her failed marriage to Kordell Porsha Stewart Respond To Kenya Moore Criticism Season 6 of Real Housewives of Atlanta isn’t even half way through yet, and there’s already enough drama happening to last a lifetime. At the center of the messiness is none other than cast member Kenya Moore, who recently stirred the pot in her brewing beef with fellow cast-mate Porsha Stewart when she took to her blog on Bravo to weigh in on Porsha’s recent comments hinting that her ex-baller boo Kordell Stewart is batting for the other team . In a nutshell, Kenya said she felt it was “disturbing” of Porsha to hint at Kordell being on the down low after spending so much time painting her relationship as picture perfect for much of last season. Needless to say, Porsha isn’t feeling Kenya giving her two cents and she’s since taken to her Instagram to put Kenya on blast with this photo and caption: Of course, the picture has since been removed from Porsha’s Instagram page, but her obvious disapproval of Kenya’s opinion on the issue is loud and clear. Do you think Kenya was wrong for speaking on Porsha’s Kordell slander-fest, or do you agree with her that karma is coming back to bite Porsha in the azz after for flaunting her relationship in Kenya’s face?

Fifty Shades of Grey Movie: Delayed Until 2015!

In a seemingly inevitable move, the release date for Universal’s upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey movie has been delayed until Valentine’s Day 2015. The movie had been scheduled for an August 1, 2014 release, but production in Vancouver has already been pushed back due to recent turmoil. Northern Irish actor Jamie Dornan, who plays kinky billionaire Christian Grey, replaced Charlie Hunnam in the lead role and needs time to prep. Fortunately, he also found the time to pose for EW’s new cover story : The studio insists that the move was also necessitated by the hectic summer schedule that the Fifty Shades of Grey movie was originally competing in. Guardians of the Galaxy hits theaters next year, and other studios are moving films from June and July to August to avoid the World Cup in Brazil. “We see this movie as a global event,” Universal chairman Donna Langley said. “The strength of this book is worldwide, so we want to take advantage of women who are invariably on vacation with their families during the month of August in Europe.” Thus, the idea of a Friday, February 13, 2015, release date was conceived. “[We are] convinced that the right thing to do for the movie was to push it,” Langley says. “Even if Charlie had stayed, we still would have been making the date change.” Regardless of the release date and the reasons behind it … new pics!!!!! Hawaii Passes Gay Marriage Bill, Becomes 15th State to Allow Same-Sex Unions

The Hawaii State Senate has passed a bill legalizing gay marriage, making it all but official that the island paradise will now be a same-sex wedding destination. Gov. Neil Abercrombie, who called lawmakers to a special session for the bill and has supported gay marriage, has said he would sign the measure. Hawaii to Legalize Gay Marriage It will allow thousands of gay couples living in Hawaii, and even more tourists to marry in the Pacific Ocean state starting on Monday, December 2. Senators passed the bill 19-4 with two lawmakers excused. More than half the chamber’s lawmakers spoke in support of the bill, with many urging the public to come together to heal divisions within the community. It will also benefit the state economically. An estimate from a University of Hawaii researcher it could boost tourism by $217 million over the next three years. The Hawaii State Senate took up the bill a second time because of changes made in the House, where it was amended and eventually passed. The House amendments delayed the dates ceremonies could begin, and slightly expanded an exemption for clergy and religious organizations. It also removed regulations determining how children of same-sex couples could qualify for Native Hawaiian benefits, according to reports. The measure is the culmination of more than two decades of debate in the state, where two women in 1990 famously applied for a marriage license. This touched off a court battle and eventual national discussion on gay marriage. The case led to Congress passing the Defense of Marriage Act in 1996, part of which was struck down earlier this year by the U.S. Supreme Court. The decision that legally married same-sex couples could qualify for federal benefits led Abercrombie to call for the special session in Hawaii. The Senate vote puts Hawaii alongside Illinois, where a bill legalizing gay marriage is also awaiting the governor’s signature and appears imminent. Another 14 states and the D.C. already allow same-sex marriage.

Pot Meet Kettle: Struggle Bird Kenya Moore Goes In On Porsha For Hinting That Kordell Is A Downlow Brutha

Isn’t this the same chick who accused Walter of liking the man meat ? Kenya Slams Porsha For Questioning Kordell’s Sexuality Kenya is one to talk. At least Porsha was in a real relationship. According to Kenya’s Bravo TV Blog: I can only speak for myself and I can honestly say I am not surprised. Porsha and I have had our differences, but I never want to see anyone go through pain or hardship. Even though Porsha has never apologized to me for anything she has said or done to me, including laughing, often taunting me with the fact that I wasn’t married or that my ex didn’t propose to me and reveling in my struggle, I still reached out to her when I heard the news of her divorce and wished her well. With that said, I find it quite disturbing that Porsha and her family go on and on about the fact that Kordell may be gay. After all, she told the world she had a “picture perfect life” and married the “man of her dreams.” Cut to Porsha sitting with the attorney agreeing to take him back if he abided by a “list.” Well, a thinking person with a brain would ask the question that if the main problem was that he is possibly gay, why would you want him back? I don’t think Porsha is telling the whole truth. That’s always been my opinion of her and it remains the same after listening to her recall the “facts” about their marriage. Now… twirl, twirl, twirl. Sometimes family is just what you need and sometimes they need to be shown the door. The Real Housewives of Atlanta gave us proof of that as the “Girl Code Breakers” needed to be told when to step back. We recap it all in out THG +/- review. Poor Kandi. She’s got the guy. She’s got the house. She’s got a ring on her finger…and she’s got a Mama who doesn’t know when to keep her big mouth shut. Minus 30. Seriously, what is wrong with Mama Joyce? If she knows something horrible about Todd, then just come out and say it. If not, she needs to take a big step back because who pays for what in Kandi’s household is Kandi’s business. She’s not a child, she’s a grown woman for Lord’s sake. But Joyce didn’t know when to leave it alone. As if dragging Kandi’s daughter Riley into this quarrel wasn’t enough, she had to insult her daughter’s engagement ring. Minus 50 . That’s nothing but petty and cold. It sounds like Joyce is more worried about Kandi’s money than her happiness. and that’s just wrong. I hope Joyce likes Kandi’s old house…because I don’t see her getting invited to the new one anytime soon. Kandi wasn’t the only one dealing with trying family. Cynthia Bailey’s saddled with Peter. The woman is dealing with fibroids and all the health issues that come with them and her oh-so supportive hubby’s only advice is to tell her to stop eating cupcakes. Minus 25 . She’s in tears because she’s scared she might need a hysterectomy and Peter’s worried his wife might not look like a supermodel any more. Jackass. Porsha may have gotten a dud as a husband but her Mama’s certainly there for her. She didn’t seem to hesitate offering Porsha to move in with her. Plus 33. Heck, she even gave Porsha her master bedroom. If giving up your walk-in closet isn’t love, I don’t know what is. The funniest moment of the night was when Porsha said she and her half sister were so close they were like a pair of Siamese cats. Yes, she said cats . Plus 15. How can you not love Porsha? Phaedra Parks and Apollo looked about as far from a happy couple as you could get. There was a whole lot of sniping going on in that remodeled house. Neither one of them seem to give the other any credit. Add two babies to that stress and their future isn’t looking bright. Especially if Apollo is texting other woman. But let’s back up a bit… NeNe Leakes and Kenya Moore had a sit down where Kenya continued to whine about NeNe’s betrayal. Yes, out of 400 wedding guests, one of them was Kenya’s ex. Oh the horror. Plus 20 because I loved that NeNe wasn’t buying any of Kenya’s crocodile tears over her eviction…or should we say near eviction.  The way Kenya tells it you’d think she was living out of her car and none of her friends would take her phone calls. NeNe felt Kenya needed to clear the air with the ladies so she called a pow wow. The big issue: Kenya texting Apollo. Here’s the girl code for anyone who doesn’t already know it. Generally speaking, NEVER text another woman’s husband. Even if it’s innocent it can get you into trouble and if it’s not, well that’s just all kinds of wrong. Suddenly Kenya was Miss Innocent. She hadn’t done anything wrong. She hadn’t insinuated anything. Everyone else just misunderstood. Uh-huh. Minus 18. Was anyone out there giving Kenya the benefit of the doubt? Do you think Mama Joyce is right about Todd? And whose marriage is in the most trouble on this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta ? Episode total = -55!                    Season total = -220!
