You know Cee Lo is a freak on the low. LAPD To Reinvestigate Sexual Battery Case Against Cee Lo Green Cee Lo, we don’t think these charges are going away this time. You may have to call in some favors to save your azz. According to TMZ The LAPD is busy writing up a detailed report that will determine whether Cee Lo Green is prosecuted for date r@pe … TMZ has learned. We broke the story … a woman accused the singer of spiking her drink with MDMA at a Downtown L.A. sushi joint last year. She claimed the next thing she remembered was waking up in a bed nekked with Cee Lo in the room. She also claimed to have a recording of Cee Lo repeatedly apologizing and referencing MDMA … although sources close to the singer called BS. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, LAPD detectives submitted the case to the L.A. County D.A. but prosecutors were not satisfied with the evidence and kicked the case back to the cops for further investigation. The re-investigation has taken months … we’re told more than 5. As for what additional info the D.A. wanted … we’re hearing two things. First they wanted additional toxicology information on what, if any, drugs were found in the woman’s system. Our law enforcement sources say the process of screening for various drugs often takes months because different labs perform different tests. And the process is also very expensive. We’re also told cops may have been looking for additional witnesses to break the he-said/she-said stalemate. Sources close to Cee Lo remain adamant … the woman’s allegations are NOT true. Our sources say when the report is written, the LAPD will personally present it to the D.A.’s office — that should either happen late this week or the following. Erica Mena is back and reveals to her once boyfriend Rich Dollaz that she is dating a woman (something she revealed on Instagram months ago), K. Michelle makes her disgust for Erica known and asks Rich why he would jeopardize his career for Erica who sings like a “goat”, and Yandy Smith is in the clip for a brief moment looking stressed and we’re sure it has something to do with the fact that she’s been forced to be a single mom while she awaits Mandeecees’ fate. Joe Budden and Tahiry are going at it again and she’s seen in one scene throwing out another woman’s items out of Joe’s house after he confesses he’s been seeing another woman. It also appears that rapper Peter Gunz is now officially part of the cast and his wife has also signed up for the show. However, in the last scene it looks as if he gets busted cheating on his wife and his wife comes to blows with his mistress. So it pretty much looks as if Mona has yet another love triangle to spike up the ratings. The clip is short and while we don’t see some of the faces from last season, it’s still too early to say if this clip represents the entire cast. While she didn’t delve into specifics, Khloe made it obvious – through her words and through omission – that his bizarre behavior was taking a major toll. Khloe Kardashian has allegedly prepared divorce papers to end her marriage to Lamar Odom after meeting with a lawyer, but it’s not a done deal … yet. Khloe Kardashian-Lamar Odom Divorce Watch “Within the last two weeks, Khloe instructed her lawyer to have divorce papers drawn up,” a source with intimate knowledge of the situation revealed. “She has even signed the divorce papers, in anticipation.” “All she needs to do is tell the lawyer to file the petition. The pair’s marriage was first rocked by claims that the ex-NBA star was sleeping with Polina Polonsky . And Jennifer Richardson. And Sandy Schultz. Then, even more incredibly, Odom’s crack addiction came to light, and recently culminated in Khloe finding his drug stash during a heated confrontation. She’s pleaded with him to go to rehab. A lot.
