My name is Monica, and finally after three years of being a Belieber, I met my idol. I always thought it was impossible when it came to Justin, I was very unlucky. I never won any competitions, had Twitter for three years and haven’t got noticed by him or his crew at all. On July 15 2012, I found out that a lot of people I knew on Facebook/Twitter met Justin in Melbourne at his hotel and I was devastated ‘cause I had no idea where he was. My friends and I made plans to go try and see him the next day, so I spent more than three hours looking around on the internet, finding out information and getting help from beliebers. The next morning, I woke up at 7:00AM and made my way to the city, Flinders Street and caught a train to the Docklands where Justin was performing on Australia’s Got Talent . There was a massive line of girls that all had tickets, and since I wasn’t lucky enough to get them my friends and I just joined the line too. We finally realized we were wasting time, so we got up and wondered around Harbour Town which was right next to the studio. After an hour or so I decided we go visit the Olsen hotel just to find out what was going on back there. Luckily I made friends with a girl at the studio in Australia’s Got Talent so we kept texting each other what was happening over there and what was happening where I was at. Half an hour later we arrived at the Olsen hotel in South Yarra and there were around 100 fans waiting outside. We waited for about an hour, when suddenly two cars and a black van with tinted windows drove through the back so all the fans followed thinking Justin was inside. The security put us behind gates as we stood there for an hour and a half waiting for something to happen. Then all these security guards came out of nowhere, with the fans on the other side of us screaming. A silver car then slowly drove out and I heard doors open and slam shut. Me and all the fans on my side couldn’t see anything but only the other girls on the other side could, they started screaming and crying so even though we couldn’t see anything we joined in. Seconds later, Justin turns around the corner doing the peace sign in the air, smiling. He came up to our side of fans first and already stated taking pictures and signing things for people. I was planning to take out my phone and take pictures but I would have missed him since things were moving so fast. So instead, I just leaned in and he kissed me on the cheek! I started screaming, fangirling like no tomorrow not believing what just happened! I quickly got pushed out of the crowd but made my way back in to find out that he was already greeting the other side of fans. I was just standing around in shock while everybody chased after his car so after I while I joined them too. There were so many girls that surrounded the car and all you could hear were screams and the car beeping, over and over! I stepped way back cause I didn’t want to get hurt by the car and I didn’t want to get in their way either! So after a while his car left and another black van appeared behind him and I saw Kenny inside! Their van was also beeping non-stop and eventually drove away! My name is Alice, I’m 16 turning 17 and I live in Brisbane, Australia. Let me start by saying I’ve never won any amazing prizes before. Before this event, I was convinced I had the worst luck ever. On 26 th June, 2012, I received an email informing me that I had won a Meet and Greet with Justin . I couldn’t believe it, so I called Universal Music to double check and when JB Hi-Fi announced it on their Twitter, that’s when it hit me. Finally I was going to meet my idol after dreaming (literally) about meeting him countless times! Days and nights of excitement and joy passed by and the 17 th of July, 2012 finally arrived. I boarded the plane to Sydney knowing I was meeting my idol in a few hours. After checking in at the hotel, my sister and I went to the meet up location for the secret show Channel V was hosting. I met so many amazing beliebers there, like Marie and Amelia (@BornToSing17); we were all so excited, people were crying, screaming and hyperventilating. After what seemed like forever, we collected our wristbands and got driven to the secret location. When Justin came on stage, I kept thinking “IS THIS REAL LIFE? IS THAT REALLY JUSTIN BIEBER?” He performed Baby, ALAYLM, Die In Your Arms, AATW, Be Alright, Boyfriend (Bluesy version) and Catching feelin gs for the first time ever live! I remember crying when he sang “Be Alright,” it’s my favourite song from the album and I couldn’t believe I was hearing Justin sing it live, less than 2 meters away from me . All I can say is that losing my voice was so worth it. Justin sounded absolutely amazing and Dan played the guitar perfectly. After the show, the majority of the crowd had to leave and people with blue wristbands were allowed to stay for the meet and greet. My heart dropped when they told us we couldn’t ask for any autographs and that we were only getting group photos taken. I felt so disappointed knowing that I couldn’t get an individual photo and that I won’t have any time to speak to Justin. But our time came, I ran up to him and he gave me the best hug ever. He said to me something along the lines of, “H ey sweetie, how are you?” and “It’s a pleasure to meet you” I couldn’t even respond to him because everyone was rushing, but he had his arms around me for the photo and it was the most amazing 30 seconds of my life. Everything was really rushed so I quickly got another hug before security told us we had to leave. I finally understand why so many beliebers say that he gives the best hugs ever. The next morning, we went to see Justin perform on Sunrise at 5am which was also perfect. He smelt amazing, looked flawless, sounded perfect and was just so, so sweet. You can tell he was genuinely happy to be there for his beliebers. I still can’t believe I was physically next to Justin jus t yesterday, b ut what can I say.. Never Say Never, right? My name is Ivanna, I am 15 years old and I live in Veracruz, Mexico. I was the OLLG in Mexico City on June 11th 2012. I began to love Justin from when he first came to Mexico. My friends talked so much about him that I ended up falling in love. I joined in on Justin Bieber pages, and watched Kidrauhl. I wanted to know everything there was to know about him. In October 2011, I opened my Twitter account obviously to follow and support him. My friends and I have cried many times over him because we knew we would never meet him. Many people told me that and it made me feel very sad. The days passed until it was June when I heard that Justin was coming to my country! I told my mom and was really excited. I got good grades and I behaved very well, that was how I got permission from my family to go. I had commitments the weekend, so I could not go with my friends because they were going early. I had no one to go with and I thought I wouldn’t be able to attend all together. My grandmother offered to take me! On Saturday I left my city to go to Mexico City. I arrived on Sunday morning and I went straight to the Zocalo, where the concert was taking place. I was introduced to the girls who were sleeping there to be in front rows. The second I heard that Justin was coming to Sydney for his Believe Promo Tour , I began to freak out. Justin rarely comes here, and I knew I had to utilize this incredible opportunity. There were many competitions to win tickets to see Justin perform live – but unfortunately, I didn’t win any, despite entering daily for all of them. I began to DM and tweet the member’s of Justin’s crew on Twitter, asking if they could help me in any way. And, unbelievably, I got a response from one of them. He DM’d me “I can get you tickets to Justin’s show in Sydney.” I immediately began to cry, and I phoned my best friend in shock to tell her the exciting news. I couldn’t believe that I actually had tickets to see Justin perform live for the first time. The day finally arrived, and my friends and I spent the entire morning stalking Justin ALL over Sydney, but unfortunately, with no luck. But we didn’t mind too much – we were going to be seeing Justin perform that night, and we met so many lovely beliebers! In the late afternoon, we went to the meeting point and boarded the buses, which took us to the secret location where Justin would perform. We finally arrived, and walked across a red carpet, inside the venue. My friends and I ran to the very front of the area and we managed to get standing spots at the very front of the pit! After a reasonable wait, Justin came on stage. I couldn’t believe how flawless he looked in person, and when he began to sing, I was so overwhelmed to be hearing Justin’s incredible voice, in person. I took videos and photos of Justin performing, and during “Die In Your Arms,” I yelled out “I’LL DIE IN YOUR ARMS” and Justin looked in my direction, and gave me a huge grin (I caught it on video). In the middle of his performance, I saw Alfredo Flores, and I managed to catch his attention. My friends and I gave him our gift for Justin – a cowbell. And after that – Dan Kanter threw his guitar pick into the crowd, and I caught it! I’m Martina and I’m an Italian Belieber. I realized my dream on 2 June, when Justin came to Italy, Milan for the second time. I participated in the contest for the Believe party, I was sure that I would never win. But never say never right? I bought two pre-sales of Believe, one in Milan and one in Rome. From that day until June 1, I never stopped praying. Finally on June 1, it was the day that the winners of the party and the m&g were announced. For the first time, I won something important in my life, the entrance to Believe Party! Saying that I was the happiest person in the world is not enough. In the afternoon I received a call from a woman named Andrea, who told me the greatest thing in the world. I HAD WON THE MEET & GREET AND I’VE FINALLY REALIZED MY DREAM . I would of never expected such a thing, at that time did not understand how it was possible that all this had really happened. I left with my four other friends who had won the party Believe too. After twelve hours of traveling by car, from Rome to Milan, we finally arrived. Seeing all those beliebers who were smiling, crying, screaming, made me feel at home. Seeing the happiness in their eyes was something magnificent. The meeting with the organizers of the m&g was at 17.30, but they arrived an hour late. When they arrived and I saw my name on that list, I felt an emptiness in my belly, with a mixture of joy, fear and anxiety. My name is Karolina, I’m 21 years old and I live in Warsaw, Poland. I met Justin Bieber 5 times in 3 days. I am a perfect example of person who was attached to Justin after watching “NEVER SAY NEVER” so much, that I tattooed the famous words ‘Never Say Never’ to the inside my left arm . Everything started 9 months ago (I’m not a belieber who has been supporting Justin from the beginning) but honestly a devoted/true belieber! My story is a little bit different. I hope that you remember Justin’s shirt he wore in California, “DOING REAL STUFF SUCKS.” It was May 25th, the best day of my life because about 2 weeks before he showed up, I had sent him a package with two DOING REAL STUFF SUCKS t-shirts (one for him, one for Selena) and the sweatshirt inside from my own young brand LOCAL HEROES . Can you imagine the feeling when Justin wore a gift you gave him. It was the day when craziness had started. Justin wore the tee in many videos! I still can’t believe it! Basically it’s not over yet. Almost one week after this, I was on a plane to Madrid to meet Justin in person. I had to tell him personally that I’m the girl from “DOING REAL STUFF SUCKS.” I landed in Madrid on June 3rd, 2 days before confirmed meeting by Team Bieber. Honestly I was scared that it was first time in Madrid, all around the Spanish language and poor me alone. At the front of his hotel, I met amazing beliebers. Finally I met Justin Bieber for my first ever time! Everybody started to run by the black posh car inside an underground parking lot. Everybody knew that it was Justin. The gate has been closed and we started to shout his name. It worked. I SAW JUSTIN BIEBER! He came with his big beautiful smile, amazing energy like holy Jesus. That day Justin also performed on a Spanish TV show “El Hormiguero.” We got a taxi and went to the studio. The thought that Justin was on air, inside the building and we were watching the show outside, was more insane. During the show, he showed up at the window to wave and sing “Boyfriend,” along with the fans outside. It was the best moment because I truly felt like we are a BIG BELIEBER FAMILY.
