RELATED: Trey Songz Accused Of Hitting Woman In The Face At All-Star Party According to TMZ , Songz will not be facing felony prosecution for his alleged beating of Andrea Buera in a nightclub over NBA All-Star Weekend. Law enforcement sources tell us … the singer’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, gave numerous witness statements to LAPD that contradicted Andrea Buera’s account of events during NBA All-Star Weekend in February. We’re told Holley also provided further info that led to skepticism about Buera’s credibility The assault was first reported back in February, where she claimed that he beat her so badly that she had to be sent to the hospital. Songz was forced to turn himself in to police, and was released from jail on a $50,000 bond. It’s been six months since Joseph Duggar and Kendra Caldwell got married , but today, many Duggar fans are thinking about the last days of the couple’s courtship. That’s because Monday night’s episode of Counting On featured the couple engaging in behavior that doesn’t quite align with the Duggar rules of courtship. A joint bachelor/bachelorette party allowed the young couple to – gasp! – engage in premarital physical contact, and being human adults with genitals, they took advantage. “We were on John’s boat and whenever we were back on the tube he was definitely working pretty hard to get us off the tube,” Joe said in a voiceover. “It was pretty tough not to break the rules of engagement just for the fact that when you’re tubing your closer than you normally would be,” he added. “When they put you in a turn, you’re trying to counter for the turn so I had to move from side to side so therefore I was crawling over top of her and definitely in close quarters.” It was a nice attempt at explaining away behavior that would have gotten a female Duggar locked in the basement until her wedding day, but fans weren’t buying it. On social media, viewers expressed shock that Joe and Kendra allowed themselves to be shown “climbing on top of one another.” Many pointed out that Jim Bob and Michelle appear to be getting more lax with age, as physical contact of the variety that Joe and Kendra engaged in last night would have been the stuff of scandal a decade ago. One of the downsides of making such a big deal of your ridiculous dating guidelines is that millions of people now know the Duggar courtship rules by heart. Not only are Duggars forbidden to engage in premarital sex, they’re not allowed to kiss or hold hands for a period of time exceeding 15 seconds. In order to maintain full compliance with Michelle and Jim Bob’s rules, unmarried Duggar couples can’t even hug face-to-face lest their fully clothed genitals come into contact. Fortunately for Joe and Kendra, their scenes were overshadowed by the news of Joy-Anna Duggar’s pregnancy . Still, the fact that such a racy (by Duggar standards) scene was permitted to air is a sign that either Jim Bob is desperate for ratings, or he’s finally easing up on his beleaguered adult children. After much speculation, Logic took to social media on Tuesday to issue an official statement about his split. In short, he went to to explain that their relationship simply ended, that there wasn’t any hatred between them as a couple and they simply didn’t work out. It's been almost a month since David Eason was fired from Teen Mom 2 after launching a homophobic rant on Instagram. The vile incident was spurred by a photo of Jenelle Evans shooting a gun that Eason posted just hours after the Parkland, Florida school shooting. Fans implored him to take the photo down out of respect to the victims' families. Eason refused, and all hell broke loose. One would think that Jenelle would have learned a valuable lesson from her husband's firing, but weeks later, the Carolina Hurricane is still using her newfound love of firearms to troll fans: 1. The Offending Photo Eason posted this image as a Valentine’s Day tribute to his wife. Unfortunately, it appeared online just hours after the Parkland, Florida school shooting that claimed 17 lives. 2. Combative Dave Fans begged Dave to take the photo down, but he refused. And then he went on the offensive in truly disgusting fashion… 3. Your Bigotry Is Showing… David proceeded to hurl homophobic insults at the Twitter users who suggested he delete the post. For obvious reasons, this illicited an uproar from fans, as well as from several other stars of the Teen Mom franchise. MTV responded swiftly… 4. The Changing of the Easons David was fired by producers, and MTV released a statement informing viewers that he would no longer appear on any of its new programming. 5. Jenelle Tries to Make It Right Jenelle issued a public apology in which she lamely claimed that David “doesn’t understand Twitter” and can’t be homophobic because he once attended a party at which they were also gay people in attendance. Needless to say, no one was moved to sympathy for Eason. 6. Evans on the Offensive When her apology failed, Jenelle tried a different approach. Getty Image OJ Simpson “Hypothetically” Is A Murderer An old archived Fox interview from the early 2000’s will be aired next week where OJ Simpson is seen “hypothetically” explaining in the third person how he would have murdered his ex-wife Nicole Murphy in 1994. The interview was done on a promo tour for his book “If I Did It:Confessions of a Killer.”” but due to the controversy and negative media backlash it was shelved. O.J. is speaking about an unnamed man that was with him on the night of the murder. Simpson reportedly said that he went to Nicole’s house to “scare the sh*t out of her,” and he wore a hat and gloves to amp up the scare factor. He then saw Ron Goldman, a waiter from the restaurant Nicole had just eaten at, return a pair of sunglasses that her mother left at the eatery. The site of Ron and Nicole together sent O.J. into a rage, and he blacked out only to come to with blood all over himself.
Kylie Jenner has celebrated the one-month birthday of her first child by sharing a different kind of first: Her very first photo of her post-pregnancy belly. Two weeks after Jenner gave birth to Stormi Webster on February 1, the 20-year old shared a picture of herself in the driver’s seat of a car. But Kylie was wearing some kind of jumpsuit that covered her entire body, only giving fans a general glimpse of how she and her stomach were recovering from the trauma of child birth. A short while later, Jenner once again posted an image on social media. This snapshot centered on the reality star’s impressive legs … but, once again, Kylie’s belly was being kept under wraps. That was then, however, and this is now. And now Kylie is ready to show off her svelte figure, a mere month after becoming a mother to a precious little girl. Clearly psyched about all the weight she has already lost since pregnancy, Jenner wrote “1 monthhhhhhhhh” as a Snapchat caption to this image. As you can see, it features Kylie in a tight black shirt and a pair of black string bikini underwear bottoms. And that’s it. Nothing else. It’s the Kylie Jenner we all remember from several months ago, before she started to shun the spotlight in order to focus on impending motherhood. According to a previous report, Kylie has been on an insane diet of late, scarcely ever eating more than 1,500 calories per day and working out nonstop. She allegedly eats wild salmon for breakfast, turkey and salad for lunch and then maybe just soup early evening. This diet is making her “miserable,” an insider claims, but apparently it’s accomplishing its all-important goal of getting Kylie back to her pre-baby weight. Elsewhere, Travis Scott paid tribute to his one-month old in a very different way. The rapper did not share a picture of his abs or anything like that. Instead, he posted the above photo on Instagram and penned as a caption: “My lil mama 1 month today. Her favorite unit of course.” Neither Jenner nor Scott has said a whole lot about Stormi since she entered the world, although Kylie did recently respond to to one fan on Twitter in late February, saying the baby “is “good” and “looks just like me when I was a baby.” How adorable! The new mother also admitted she’s still in total awe of her daughter, telling the user she is “still staring at her all day.” And this is what Jenner had to say the day she announced the arrival of Stormi, regarding why she had been so quiet in the months leading up to that occasion: I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions. I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. my pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself i needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way i knew how. My beautiful and healthy baby girl arrived February 1st and i just couldn’t wait to share this blessing. I’ve never felt love and happiness like this i could burst! Thank you for understanding.
