Chipotle Employee Caught Spying On Peeing Patrons A sick, 18-year-old restaurant assistant manager was arrested after he allegedly installed a restroom hidden camera in a Missouri City, Texas Chipotle. Joanny Castillo is charged with invasive visual recording, which is a felony. This dude thought he could get away with recording women and girls, with out consequence.The camera was found by an employee inside the restroom at the restaurant located at 6245 Highway 6. They immediately called Missouri City police and fired Castillo. He posted a $20,000 bond last week. An initial investigation suggests that the camera had been in place for a period of ‘less than a week’ in February, Chipotle said. The report says Castillo turned himself in a few weeks after the incident. Castillo wasn’t charged for several weeks because police were working to identify the victim– whatever that means. Lawsuits: Aaron Hernandez’ Fiancée Sues Prison, Not Believing “Suicide” Story Aaron Hernandez’s fiancee is suing over prison suicide evidence according to TMZ . She wants to secure any evidence that would prove that her allegedly homicidal fiancee wasn’t suicidal. The mother of his daughter reportedly does not beleive he would take his own life in prison. Shayanna Jenkins has concerns that evidence from the ex-NFL’s star’s death could be discarded, so she’s suing the Department of Corrections. Aaron’s attorney, Jose Baez, has already stated his opinion after news of his prison death. He believes Hernandez’s death wasn’t suicide. Baez vowed to run his own investigation to get to the truth and his fiancee Shayanna is now doing her part to help. McNamara was an accomplished true crime writer, but was probably best known to the general public as the wife of beloved comedian Patton Oswalt. Today, Oswalt marked the anniversary of his wife’s passing in simple, but profound fashion. Oswalt tweeted two photos of McNamara this morning. He captioned the images: “A beautiful friend … She opened up her heart and let me in…” In the months since McNamara’s death, Oswalt has been open the grieving process as well as the challenged of raising an 8-year-old daughter on his own. McNamara’s unexpected passing appears to have been the result of an accidental overdose caused by low doses of multiple medications that interacted and exacerbated a pre-existing condition. “We learned today the combination of drugs in Michelle’s system, along with a condition we were unaware of, proved lethal,” Oswalt said back in February. Medical examiners reported that McNamara had Xanax, Adderall and the potent prescription painkiller Fentanyl in her system at the time of her death. In a tragic coincidence, her death came on the same day that Prince suffered a fatal overdose on Fentanyl, a drug that’s responsible for much of America’s worsening opioid epidemic. In the months of her life, McNamara was hard at work on a book about a murderer she dubbed “the Golden State Killer.” McNamara’s unfinished work will serve as the basis for a 48 Hours special about the killer, set to air on Saturday night. “She had a mind for the details of true crime the way other people have for baseball or me for films,” Oswalt says, discussing his wife’s work for a segment the show. “She could recall the details of pretty much every late 20th and 21st century crime. It was just in her head.” After a several-month hiatus, Oswalt recently returned to acting and standup. He’s currently on tour and can also be seen in new episodes of Mystery Science Theater 3000, available on Netflix. Back when Caitlyn Jenner made her debut on the cover of Vanity Fair, the Olympian-turned-reality-star was widely applauded for her bravery in coming out as transgender. In the months that followed, however, Jenner squandered much of that goodwill by continuing to voice far-right-wing political beliefs, even as the candidates that she supported threatened the rights and safety of the trans community. Adding to her image crisis is Caitlyn’s highly-publicized falling out with her family , several members of which feel Catilyn portrayed them negatively in her first post-transition interviews. These days, Caitlyn is in full damage control mode, and she’s reportedly hoping that her forthcoming memoir will help her win back some of her former supporters. Jenner says the book reveals aspects of her transition that even her biggest fans aren’t aware of. In one of the memoir’s biggest bombshells, Caitlyn reveals that she underwent gender reassignment surgery in January of 2017. “The surgery was a success, and I feel not only wonderful but liberated,” Caitlyn writes. She goes on to say that she doesn’t plan to discuss the matter in any future interviews: “I am telling you because I believe in candor,” she explains. “So all of you can stop staring. You want to know, so now you know. Which is why this is the first time, and the last time, I will ever speak of it.” Early in the book, Caitlyn writes about being wary of the procedure due to the health risks involved. “I just want to have all the right parts,” she tells readers. “I am also tired of tucking the damn thing in all the time.” Despite her initial reservations, Caitlyn says these days she couldn’t be happier with her decision to go through with it: “I am going to live authentically for the first time in my life,” she recalls thinking just after the surgery was completed. “I am going to have an enthusiasm for life that I have not had in 39 years since the Olympics, almost two thirds of my life.” Caitlyn’s memoir, The Secrets of My Life, will hit bookstores on April 25. Yesterday, social media lost its collective mind over Pepsi’s attempt to cash in on the nation’s current socio-political strife with a commercial in which Kendall Jenner heals America’s ills by handing a cop a cold can of carbonated sugar water. If that sounds like an exaggeration, check out the ad for yourself … Kendall Jenner: SLAMMED For Tone Deaf Pepsi Commercial … it might be your last chance, as Pepsi announced today that in response to growing controversy , the ad will be pulled from its marketing rotation. The company issued the following statement moments ago: “Pepsi was trying to project a global message of unity, peace, and understanding. Clearly, we missed the mark, and we apologize.” (“Ya think?!” Twitter could be heard responding in unison.) The statement continued: “We are pulling the content and halting any further rollout. We also apologize for putting Kendall Jenner in this position.” The only one who should be apologizing to Kendall is her agent for not tossing the script for this tone-deaf piece of performative wokeness in the trash, then tossing the trash can out the window. If you don’t want have the three minutes to spare, or just want to save yourself the pain of watching a soda company try and fail to impress you with its social consciousness, here’s a rundown: Blonde Kendall is modeling when she sees a protest going on and decides to revert back to brunette #WokeBae Kendall and join the resistance. The protesters instantly recognize her #WokeBae-ness and are happy to have her. But what about the cops? Surely, they can’t be happy about this celebrity riling up the crowd, right? Ha! Don’t underestimate the power of #WokeBae Kendall. She cracks a cold Pepsi, and suddenly, the cops are … down with the cause? We’re not really sure. The ending is just one of the many things about this ad that’s confusing as hell, but the contrasting images above circulated on social media and help to underscore what so many found offensive about the spot. Initially, Pepsi went into damage control mode, releasing a statement reading: “This is a global ad that reflects people from different walks of life coming together in a spirit of harmony, and we think that’s an important message to convey.” Wisely, they since decided to change course. Curiously, Kendall has yet to speak out on the controversy at all. Somewhere, we’re sure Caitlyn Jenner is assuring her that none of this would have happened if Ted Cruz had gotten elected . Earlier today, we reported on one of the stranger Teen Mom social media controversies in recent memory. It all began when Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra began discussing their desire to have a third child on Twitter. It’s anyone’s guess as to why a married couple would need to have such a conversation on social media rather than, ya know, face-to-face, but while the parental figures of the Teen Mom franchise love ’em some free publicity, we doubt the Baltierras expected this : Things started out innocently enough, with Catelynn tweeting: “Wahhh I’m ready for another baby @TylerBaltierra.” Tyler (or T-Balz, as we like to call him) wrote back, “Me too babe.” That’s when Catelynn made the (arguably unfortunate) decision to tweet the following photo: She captioned the image: “Proud to announce a new baby Baltierra @tylerbaltierramtv.” Clearly it was a joke, but if you’ve looked at a calendar recently, you know that it’s 2017, and 2017 is the year in which everyone gets pissed off about everything. A number of fans didn’t think the joke was funny for a number of reasons. Some thought Lowell was really pregnant and … felt let down, we guess? Others thought the joke was insensitive to those who struggled with infertility. Still others blamed Tyler and Catelynn for that Kendall Jenner Pepsi commercial . Okay, we’re joking about that last part, but in all seriousness, a good number of fans were legitimately outraged, and Tyler responded by basically informing them that he’d run out of f–ks to give long, long ago: “Apparently the world can’t take jokes anymore…don’t worry #TeenMomOG will be back on the air soon so we can disappoint you some more,” Tyler tweeted. “I actually love all of those critics. The fake profile pics & repetitive insults based on the lack of creativity…they just crack me up.” Asked if he could see how some might have thought the joke was insensitive, Tyler responded: “Yes, I’m the lowest piece of s–t, insensitive, entitled, asshole & a sorry excuse of a human being & I shouldn’t be allowed to reproduce.” Man, when that guy does sarcasm, he does sarcasm . For her part, Catelynn responded in a very different and much, much more confusing way: “Why don’t u just go back to ur real family?” she tweeted. “Not like we have mattered anyways.. to u it’s just the thought that mattered” Uh … we really have no idea as to what that might mean. We’re thinking Catelynn meant to subtweet someone, but instead she just tossed that bad boy out there with no context. Of course, we think it’s safe to say she wasn’t in a great mood when she wrote it, so you can be sure it will lead to more rumors about Catelynn and Tyler getting divorced . Rumors of Jinger Duggar courting Lawson in secret set the web on fire back in 2015 after they were cozying up at Amy Duggar’s wedding. Obviously, Jinger went on to marry Jeremy Vuolo and not Lawson, but has her sister Jana officially found love with this great catch? According to the Bates Family Blog, which is run by friends of the family, parents Gil and Kathy Jo said that would be news to them. Is it just us or has this season of The Voice been a drag? It’s totally understandable that NBC would want to dilute the series as much as possible because it’s such a ratings powerhouse. You would think that having 12 episodes in the can would mean we are far into the competition. Instead, we’re whittling down the contestants with the aim of having 32 left. It’s pretty crazy, but at least we’re in the final battle round episode of the season. Who made the cut? We have the answers for you below! Lauryn Judd vs. Lilli Passero The two women duked it out to “Every Little Bit Hurts” by Brenda Holloway. Unsurprisingly, it’s difficult to tell which of the women would make it through. They each have strong voices that could make anybody happy. Their harmonies were on point, so it was a little upsetting that only one of them would make it through. That said, Lauryn did make a few mistakes, and something tells me if she turned in a consistent performance, she would still be part of the process. Winner: Lilli Passero Jesse Larson vs. Taylor Alexander Throughout the battle rounds, people are paired up that should not be together. It seems like an easy way for the producers to meddle with the process. Jesse and Taylor went to battle, singing “Shameless” by Billy Joel. It sounded good, but it seemed rigged to give Jesse the win. Taylor struggled at some parts, and it became glaringly obvious when Jesse hit all the notes. Winner: Jesse Larson Brandon Royal vs. Davina Leone This duo went with “In the Night” by The Weekend. It was a solid performance for both artists, but Brandon’s pitch was perfect. It was not nice how Davina was practically forced to strut her stuff to win the battle. Her performance lacked something, and it just seemed forced. In the end, it was obvious Brandon was winning. Surprisingly, Adam took Davina on to his team. Winner: Brandon Royal Steal: Davina Leone That means the battle rounds are over, you guys! Now, it’s down to all the artists to stay in the competition.
