Back in 2016, Kesha alleged that she had been raped by Dr. Luke, an A-list music producer who has worked with just about every big name in pop over the course of his career. The allegations never resulted in any criminal charges, but Kesha’s lawsuit against Luke and his subsequent countersuit have led to countless headlines and many hours of sworn testimony. At least two of Luke’s other high-profile collaborators have provided depositions thus far. Back in November, testimony from Katy Perry revealed that while she sympathized with Kesha, she denied the singer’s claims that she had also been raped by Luke . Documents that were unsealed that same week revealed that Lady Gaga provided emotional support to Kesha as she grappled with the decision to go public with her allegations. Gaga’s testimony was made public this week, and while the singer says she was never assaulted by Luke, her sympathy for her fellow abuse survivor is obvious. Before she began her testimony, Gaga’s lawyer revealed that whole episode “has proved to be a trigger event” for her. “[S]he has experienced in the past few hours some PTSD reactions which is causing some trauma and emotional reactivity,” he said. “So she is crying now the record will reflect.” From there, Gaga recounted meeting with Kesha not long after Luke’s alleged attack. “What we discussed was what I recall was her immense sadness and depression and fear,” Gaga recalled. “She was visibly very different than when I had seen her before, and — but I can’t say specifically what exactly we spoke about. I just recall that it was emotional, and I wanted to be there for her.” Gaga went on to reveal what Kesha later told her about the assault. “She told me that he used power and manipulation in some fashion or some type of verbiage,” Gaga recalled. “I am not repeating exactly the words that came out of her mouth, but that he used power and manipulation to control her, and that she had been given a happy pill, that he offered her something and that she took it, and that she woke up and didn’t remember, and that’s what she told me.” Asked if she felt that Kesha’s claims would damage Luke’s reputation, Gaga aptly pointed out that there are bigger things at stake here than one man’s reputation: “Reputation, if you are asking about his reputation in the world, I don’t feel at liberty to speak for the entire world,” the singer stated. “So if you are asking what my view is of his reputation, I made my view of him and his reputation when I saw her in that back room. That was an image that — of something that happened to me, and I felt and knew in my heart that she was telling the truth, and I believe her.” Asked why Kesha would come forward after initially remaining quiet about the alleged assault, Gaga became irate: “And when this happens in this industry, it is kept extremely secret, and it is compounded by contracts and manipulative power scenarios that actually include this very situation that we are all in right now,” she told the court. “Why on earth would this girl tell the entire world that this happened? Why on earth? Do you know what it’s like for survivors? Do you know what it’s like to tell people? “Don’t you roll your eyes at me,” she told an attorney for Luke. “You should be ashamed of yourself.” The outcome of Kesha and Luke’s competing lawsuits remains to be seen, but whatever the case, Gaga in many others have made it clear that they will no longer be intimidated into silence by powerful men. As he’s made clear many times over the past several months, Colton Underwood has never come inside of a woman. But the current star of The Bachelor just made it very clear on Instagram: He has come very far over the years! On Wednesday night, Underwood surprised his 1.1 million followers by sharing a photo of himself from his high school prom, juxtaposed with a photo of himself from a recent night out. As you can see above, Underwood used to be a tad bit awkward back in the day. And that’s probably being generous. “It’s crazy what a tailor and some confidence can do for a person,” Colton penned as a caption to the images, the second of which we’ve posted below. Quite a change, right? Underwood, as you’ve very likely heard, is a virgin. Well, he was a virgin back when that first picture above was snapped — and he stayed that way for many years. However, based on a handful of The Bachelor spoilers we’ve heard about, read and then published, he may have finally gotten it on inside of a Fantasy Suite this season. Speaking to Jimmy Kimmel a little while ago, Underwood said the following about spending an unknown period of time alone with a suitor and, presumably, under the sheets. “I will say the Fantasy Suite was the most pivotal week of my journey…yes I made it to that week,” he tells the talk show host in the following clip: Colton Underwood Strongly Hints That He Busted Inaugural Nut in Fantasy Suite Based on our scouring of the Internet, Underwood actually realizes who he wants to marry immediately after this Fantasy Suite encounter — which is why we really think he’s no longer a virgin. Colton, meanwhile, previously opened up about his transformation from awkward high school student to professional football player, telling The LadyGang podcast that he was referred to as the “ugly duckling” in during his teenage years. “I had curly hair, braces, pimples, you talk about going through puberty and the worst things that go with it, I had it, for sure,” he said. “And then I had a bottom retainer so my lisp was really bad. I still have a minor one when I get really excited.” We feel you, man. High school sort of sucks for this reason. Underwood also told People Magazine last month that it’s taken a long time for him to simply accept himself. “For a long time I was just a football player, but I want people to see me for who I am,” he said of appearing on The Bachelor, adding: “I’m not this perfect dude. I have mistakes and I have flaws but I’m going to grow and get better from it.” As for his persona? Chicago police believe they have found the two men who assaulted Empire star Jussie Smollett early Tuesday morning. The 35-year old was targeted in a clear hate crime this week by two black-clad, masked men in Chicago’s Streeterville section near his home; they broke his rib, tied a rope around his neck and poured bleach all over him. Smollett was treated at Northwestern Hospital and remains in stable condition. He told authorities that the men screamed something about “MAGA country” during the assault, a reference to Donald Trump’s Make America Great Again slogan. Now, the cops have released a statement to accompany a couple photos they took off surveillance videos in the area. The photos depict two men walking on New Street near the intersection with E. Illinois Street between 1:30 AM and 1:45 AM on Tuesday. They’re approximately a block from the Subway restaurant Smollet had gone to Tuesday morning, roughly halfway between the restaurant and Jussie’s home. “Photos of people of interest who were in area of the alleged assault & battery of Empire cast member,” Chicago Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi tweeted on Wednesday night. “While video does not capture an encounter, detectives are taking this development seriously & wish to question individuals as more cameras are being reviewed.” The images here are not very clear, of course. They were snapped from a distance and the suspects are not looking at the camera. Still, however, it’s a break in the case and technology can be used to enhance the images. “Given the severity of the allegations, we are taking this investigation very seriously and treating it as a possible hate crime,” the Chicago police said in a statement after the alleged attack. “Detectives are currently working to gather video, identify potential witnesses and establish an investigative timeline.” Smollet’s manager, Brandon Z. Moore, told police he was on the phone with Jussie during the alleged attack. He told cops that he clearly heard the MAGA remark, as well as other racial and homophobic slurs. (Smollett gave out as gay in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres in 2015.) Smollett himself has not yet commented in public about the incident. However, we know he received a death threat in the mail eight days before the attack. Guglielmi previously said police had widened their search of surveillance cameras in the area surrounding the site of the alleged attack. He has described what authorities believe transpired as follows: The victim goes to Subway just after midnight and on his way back, he was attacked by two men. They were masked and wearing black clothing. They called him an Empire … and they used a homophobic slur. They also used the N-word. They proceed to assault him, and they throw a chemical on him that may have been bleach, and put a rope around neck. Guglielmi added that the actor returned to his apartment afterward and called his manager, who quickly made his way to Smollett’s home before taking him to the hospital. “The manager goes to the apartment, and they agree to call police. The manager called us at 2:40 a.m.,” Guglielmi added. Kevin Hart got slammed for doing so . Two co-stars have now spoken out as well. “Jussie’s anger will dissipate, and he will forgive these people for what they did,” Terrence Howard says. “But he won’t, and we cannot, forget their actions. They have to be forgiven because it was done out of ignorance.” He added: “Jussie’s the one that starts singing when everybody’s in a bad mood. He’s the one that cheers everybody up. He’s the one that does all the Instagrams if he catches you sleeping…. “Today, no one was caught sleeping. No one even took time to close their eyes and nap. “They were all in shock that our family—you know, the Fox family, the Empire family, the Lyon family—you know, were attacked by a bunch of hyenas today.” And then there’s this from Taraji P. Henson, who plays Smollet’s mother on Empire: I wish what happened to my baby was just one big bad joke but it wasn’t and we all feel his pain right now. @jussiesmollett is pure love to the bone AND THAT IS WHY SO MANY ARE FEELING HIS PAIN BECAUSE IT IS OUR PAIN!!! Complex is reporting that a well-known sneaker plug named Alex Boro found himself getting stiffed out of $10,000 worth of exclusive sneakers from someone claiming to be an assistant for A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie after he was hired to find a list of sneakers only to get promised he’d get paid later on. The sneaker hustler who boasts a clientele that includes the likes of Offset, Lil Uzi Vert and French Montana took to his Twitter page to tell his side of the story that left his pockets looking like rabbit ears for almost a year. Boros recounted how A Boogie’s assistant, Sal, hit him up asking for a nice hookup with promises of more business transactions in the future if he blessed them with good prices. Sal Facetimed me with A Boogie, expressing his interest doing business with me, promising shout outs and other benefits if I can hook him up with some shoes for a good price. Luckily Alex kept all the receipts and included them with his story for the world to see. I had no other choice but to agree on him wiring me the money. I got a weird vibe from the whole encounter and I knew something was fishy. I hit up Sal after for the payment with minimal response. A Boogie even took to his IG and went into story mode to address the situation. “Sneaky business went down behind my back with an assistant that was just fired because of the situation. Sorry to the sneaker kid [Boro], who is blaming it on me. I was going to help him, but he exposed information about me, which made me change my mind.” Though it sounded like A Boogie wasn’t going to rectify the monetary part of the situation, he assured everyone that he’d “take care of the mistake$ he made, but I want him to clarify that I never did business with him at all. It was all bad sidework from a person I had working for me.” For his part, Sal declined to be quoted for Complex ’s story but did deny all of Alex Boro’s claims against him. Now that it seems like his dealings with A Boogie might have a happy ending, Boro is now calling out Lil Uzi Vert’s manager for making off with a few pairs of Virgil Abloh’s OG Off-White Nike collection and some Yeezy Boost 700’s. “Fame makes these artists feel invincible. The artists see me as a kid that they can take advantage of for free shoes and they think nothing will happen to them because they are too famous, or because I look like a little kid that I will not do anything,” Boro told Complex. “I was taught to stand up for myself. Stealing is not right, no matter who the person is. If I see foul business being conducted, I will call it out.” Funny how a cold business can lead to all kinds of things getting hot.

According to the Miami Herald Ronald Jenkins recorded a video of a KFC worker handling food without gloves. That woman who was recently arrested has been identified as Shade Simmons. Jenkins noticed that Simmons handled his payment and then began handling food without washing her hands or donning gloves so he whipped out his phone. When Simmons noticed that she was being recorded, she apparently became irate and flung the extra crispy chicken box in the man’s face. “Why was you recording?” asked Simmons. “Whatever I wish. This is America, remember? You forgot where you live?” replied Jenkins. “This is the United States of America. Recording you fixing food with no gloves, no nothing, just take my money….” Jenkins said the box hit him in the face. Simmons was arrested for battery without injury using a special weapon. This pact is part of their custody agreement to ensure that Dream isn’t not developing attachments to people who will come and go. Thing is, Chyna doesn’t believe that what Rob and Alexis have is a relationship. She thinks they are troll-flirting to annoy her, but they’ll never last 6 months. Justine Skye , 23, confirmed what her fans had been speculating after posting up rapper/singer Goldlink , 25, to her Instagram page. The singer wrote, “my God the realest, that’s how we meet” in the caption underneath a boomerang style post. Speculation started bubbling about the twenty-somethings being an item just last week.
