Shareif Ziyadat/Getty Images Baby Budden Is Looking Precious At One-Week-Old Last week, Cyn Santana finally gave birth to her seed with rapper bae Joe Budden. They didn’t reveal the name to anybody in the public eye just yet, though the “Pump It Up” rapper’s friend Rory did refer to lil baby Budden as, “Lex” on their podcast a few days back. On that same podcast, Joe also mentioned that his new bundle of joy didn’t look like an alien like most newborns, and already had facial features most babies take a while to grow into. Now we know exactly what he was talking about. Last night, Cyn posted the first real picture of the baby and his whole cute self, and the caption gave away his name: Lexington Budden! The baby is most definitely gorgeous and has a head full of hair. Daddio Joe wanted to join in on the fun, and early this morning got his own picture off with little Lexington. He’s already admitted that’s he’s about to be “THAT dad” posting pictures all of the time, but we don’t blame him.

Knowles-Lawson attended the 6th Annual Ladylike Day at UCLA on Saturday, December 16 and spilled to US Weekly about 7-month-old twins Rumi and Sir: “It’s amazing. It’s one of the best blessings. Being a grandmother, it’s not like being a mom because you don’t have to have all the responsibility all the time, but they are amazing,” she told Us Weekly at the event. “This is my first experience around twins, and they’re so different, and their personalities, and they are wonderful.” When asked if she was seeing any of herself in the twins, Knowles-Lawson said, “Other than the boy has a stare, like a mean mug, like Jay sometimes, which is so cute, and the girl, she’s just so happy all the time and so sweet. Tim Boxer/Getty Images NYPD Investigating Harvey Weinstein’s Victim Payouts As you may recall, Harvey was already under investigation by the NYPD for the rape of actress Paz De La Huerta . However, with the case being 10 years old, the D.A. ran into too many difficulties and now feel it may be impossible to prosecute . But, there may be a loophole to get some formal charges in on Harvey . Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the NY District Attorney D.A. is investigating DOZENS of payments Weinstein doled out to keep his victims quiet and his multiple sexual misconduct cases out of court. They’re looking to decipher the source of the money paid out. According to the D.A., if any of the cash was secretly siphoned from The Weinstein Company, rather than Harvey’s own personal accounts…he stands to be charged with embezzlement. Harvey’s lawyer says all Harvey’s accounts and payments are on the up and up, and once they’re done with their lil investigation they’ll see there’s not even anything there to prosecute. SMH. Image via Johnny Louis/Getty Images Ray Allen’s Catfishy Accuser Randomly Drops Restraining Order Last month we reported on former NBA baller Ray Allen’s strange-but-true catfish story that involved a man who purported to be several women whom Ray was communicating with via social media. The perpetrator, Bryant Coleman, threatened to release the sexually explicit conversations and subsequently filed a restraining order against Allen with claims that the sharp-shooting baller vowed to do him harm. However, both parties reached an agreement that was intended to put the matter behind them. Today, TMZ has broken the news that Ray’s accuser has voluntarily dropped his restraining order without explanation. Says Allen’s lawyer, David Markus: “We are pleased Coleman voluntarily dismissed the injunction and false claims he made against Ray Allen.” “Ray has never met Coleman. Ray Allen has never spoken with Coleman. Ray has never threatened him or anyone. He wants nothing to do with him and is looking forward to putting this matter behind him.” This isn’t the first time that Ray has had a issue with cheating on his wife over social media and at this rate he’s going to go down in flames like Anthony Weiner if he doesn’t get his s#!t together.
