Elisabetta Canalis Dictator Bikini Rub Down

If you’re looking for a clever way to promote your movie at the Cannes Film Festival , this might be it. Put on your best fake Dictator costume, hire one of George Clooney’s ex girlfriends to come to your fake yacht, and get her to let you rub baby oil all over her half naked body. That works. Here Elisabetta Canalis in her hot little bikini doing her best to get some attention… For the movie of course. Well played.

Amy Childs’ Hair Gets Vajazzled

Look, I’m all for big busty British chicks dressing up in stupid costumes to promote whatever garbage someone will pay them to promote, but I haven’t got a clue what’s going on here. Apparently these are shots of Amy Childs in a weird flesh colored see through unitard promoting something called ‘Amy Childs’ Hair Vajazzles’ … Wait what? That’s not really a thing is it? ‘Hair Vajazzles’ sounds like something a stripper does to her pubic hair. I don’t know what’s going on.

‘Twilight’ Star Gets Eerie In Florence And The Machine Video

‘Never Let Me Go’ clip finds Florence Welch cavorting with ‘Twilight’ star Jamie Campbell Bower, with chilling results. By James Montgomery Jamie Campbell Bower in Florence and the Machine’s video for “Never Let Me Go” Photo: Universal The last time we saw Florence Welch, she was plummeting through the New York City skyline in the spooky (and quite possibly Illuminati-sponsored) video for “No Light, No Light” … now, she’s back, with an equally ethereal (and vaguely “Twilight”-endorsed) new clip, for “Never Let Me Go.” The video features Flo and Twilighter Jamie Campbell Bower exchanging smoldering glances — and subsequently cavorting — at an eerie ice rink (couples’ skate!), all while Welch slowly melts away into a viscous pool of fluid. Helmed by director/DJ Tabitha Denholm, who previously directed Florence’s “Cosmic Love” and “Rabbit Heart” videos, “Never Let Me Go” is certainly visually arresting, but it also works on another level: Namely, it perfectly (and artfully) captures the experience of literally melting in the presence of a lover, the feeling of casting abandon to the wind and giving yourself away truly and completely. Or something like that. Of course, given the cavernous, darkly lit spaces the video inhabits, it’s also a nice fit to the song’s voluminous, dream-like sonics. Truly, a skating rink hasn’t looked this moody since, well, ever — to the point where you can practically feel the chill running its way up Welch’s stockings. And as for Campbell Bower, well, he’s plenty icy too, embracing Welch, planting a plaintive kiss on her head but remaining eternally detached. In a telling moment, he actually watches Welch disintegrate, which certainly hints at his true feelings for her. Call it love on ice. Or a darkly spiritual rumination on the politics of figure skating. Either way, with “Never Let Me Go,” Welch definitely adds to her impressive list of eye-catching clips, emotes and wails and flails, and gives skating its biggest artistic bump since Jay and Kanye’s “N—as in Paris.” It’s chillingly effective, and just as beautiful, too. The New Jersey Nets must’ve known that the good times would be few and far between when they faced off against the Indiana Pacers Tuesday night. And with that thought process firmly entrenched in his mind, Nets’ point guard Deron Williams jumped at his first available opportunity to make fans jump to their feet with a little less than 10 minutes remaining in the first quarter. It was sort of a foregone conclusion that the Indiana Pacers would beat the perpetually confused New Jersey Nets on Tuesday night. By the same token, we all kind of knew that the Nets’ porous, desperately-needing-Dwight Howard defense would likely give up at least one highlight-worthy play at some point. What we didn’t know, though, was precisely how that highlight would look and which Indiana player… Broadcasting platform : YouTube Source : Opposing Views Discovery Date : 01/02/2012 03:19 Number of articles : 2

Bon Jovi Death Hoax Creator Confesses, Cites Irritation With Overexposed Singer

Living, breathing rocker and New Year’s Eve star Jon Bon Jovi showed off his impressive physique on a family Christmas vacation, while doing a little reading. Nice. As you can see, the Internet hoax that proclaimed Jon Bon Jovi dead earlier this month was B.S. – helpfully cleared up by the singer himself – and thank goodness. What kind of person actually starts a Twitter hoax to kill off Bon Jovi, you ask? Well, we now know, as the person responsible for starting the rumor confessed! Pennsylvania musician Jeffrey Goho told the Asbury Park Press (N.J.) he started a fake Twitter account in mid-December with the intention of offing Jon Bon. He reported that the “Wanted Dead or Alive” singer passed away on tour in his native New Jersey. Since then, “I’ve gotten a lot of backlash from it,” he says. Stunning news right there. Goho recalls how it got started: “All I heard was ‘Bon Jovi this,’ ‘Bon Jovi starting a restaurant.’ The Advil commercial. It was like, ‘Jeez, (Bon Jovi) was a household name due to music, not business.” “Long story short, [my band and I] got so worked up in the conversation, I just kind of took the liberty and started (the rumor), because I was so irritated.” Makes sense. Totally worth fake killing someone over. Goho said that within 24 hours his account was “slammed” with hate mail. “I’m not proud of this,’’ he said, but denies he had any self-promoting motive. “No, no, no, I didn’t do this as a business endeavor. As stupid as it sounds, I was just irritated. It was wrong to do and I almost kind of hurt myself.” “Ultimately, the more thought I gave to it I realized that his endeavors, his business endeavors, have actually made the tri-state area prosper, hence more musicians have more available places to go, more people to play to, and I was quite wrong.” Hey, at least he can admit it now.
