The X Factor did everything in pairs on Wednesday night. First, the competition sent two contestants packing as the impressive runs of both Lakoda Rayne and LeRoy Bell came to an end. Also, the show featured two wildly popular acts, as both Kelly Clarkson and Bruno Mars put on renditions of their latest hits. Next year’s Oscar nominations have yet to be announced, but this has: Eddie Murphy has stepped down as host of the 84th Academy Awards, according to reports. The actor’s announcement comes one day after Tower Heist director Brett Ratner resigned as producer of the program. The 50-year-old said in a statement: “First and foremost, I want to say I completely understand and support each party’s decision with regard to a change of producers for this year’s Academy Awards.” Murphy went on to say: “I was truly looking forward to being a part of the show that our production team and writers were just starting to develop, but I’m sure that the new production team and host will do an equally great job.” Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Tom Sherak respected Murphy’s decision, saying in a statement: “I appreciate how Eddie feels about losing his creative partner, Brett Ratner, and we all wish him well.” Ratner recently came under serious fire for saying “rehearsal is for fags” while promoting Tower Heist . The controversial director also spoke openly about his sex life with actress Olivia Munn, who he claimed to “bang a few times.” And that brings you up to speed.

Justin Bieber can take a deep breath. His ongoing baby scandal clearly is not impacting his career, at least not in any negative sense. The numbers are in and Bieber’s “Under the Mistletoe” has become the first holiday CD by a male artist to ever debut at number-one on the Billboard 200. Not shabby, huh? It’s only the eighth holiday album ever to hold this spot, with Susan Boyle the last artist to accomplish the feat in 2010. Justin Bieber – Mistletoe (Live) Another impressive fact: This marks Justin’s third number-one album, making him the first solo artist of all-time to reach that pinnacle three times before turning before 18. I’ve had this Nicola McLean chick on the site before, I don’t really know who she is or what it is she does that makes the paparazzi take pictures of her, but there are a couple of things I really like about her… A couple of perfectly round, soft, sensual things I like about her. I feel like it’s been a while since I’ve had any Ashley Greene pictures up on the site, I could be wrong, but I’m glad she decided to lose her workout gear and slip into something a little more appealing for me. Here she is at some concert over the weekend giving us an awesome looks at her impressive cleavage. I don’t remember her breasts looking like this. Maybe it’s because they were always stuffed into an annoying sports bra, or maybe she had some work done. That would explain her absence. Either way, I’m quite enjoying this. Well done.
