Yep, Marble said, according to the Denver Post. “When you look at life expectancy, there are problems in the black race,” Marble said during a meeting of the legislature’s Economic Opportunity Poverty Reduction Task Force. “Sickle-cell anemia is something that comes up. Diabetes is something that’s prevalent in the genetic makeup, and you just can’t help it. Although I’ve got to say, I’ve never had better barbecue and better chicken and ate better in my life than when you go down South and you, I mean, I love it. Everybody loves it.” Marble added that Mexicans, for example, have healthier diets in their homelands but stop when they immigrate to America. “The Mexican diet in Mexico with all of the fresh vegetables, and you go down there and they are much thinner than they are up here. They’ve changed their diet. I’ve read studies on that.” That Marble is a member of the task force is what makes her remarks even more disturbing. Teacher Arrested For Having Sex With Boy According to Mail Online A 39-year-old teacher has been arrested on forced sex and sodomy charges involving a student under the age of 16, it emerged today. Sixth-grade teacher Jennifer Collins McNeill, from Alabama, is alleged to have had a sexual affair with a boy aged between 12 and 16 from April 2012 to June 2013. McNeill worked at Thorsby High School where she primarily taught six graders. She was also a sponsor for the cheerleader team. She was arrested on the day students returned to school from the summer break, AL.com reported. Sheriff Kevin Davis says his office began investigating allegations that McNeill was having sex with a student after they got a call from the Department of Human Resources. ‘A very good investigation has been done. In my opinion, some very strong evidence has been collected throughout that investigation,’ Sheriff Davis said. The married teacher’s arrest stunned school chiefs. ‘That we’re all shocked and disappointment doesn’t describe it,’ said Chilton County Schools Superintendent Dave Hayden. He said she was placed on administrative leave, but it has yet to be determined if she will continue to receive her full pay. Warrants filed in court show that McNeill is charged with having had sexual intercourse with a juvenile male less than 16 years of age, but older than 12, between April 10, 2012 and June 28 of this year. The juvenile does not go to school at Thorsby, but is a student in the county. Sheriff Davis told WTOX parents had to be able to trust teachers. He said: ‘I dropped off my 12-year-old this morning for the first day of school like other parents across this county and the state for that matter. ‘I take a certain amount of responsibility for those kids through school resource officers and us trying to keep them protected through that side, but we also entrust, as parents, a lot of trust to teachers and principals and administrators of the school system.’ McNeill was charged with six counts of second degree forced sex and two counts of second degree sodomy. News crews who attempted to speak with McNeill got no reply at her home a block from the High School where she taught. It’s not clear if she will receive her full pay? SMH.

Man Hacks Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook Page According to The NY Post Mark Zuckerberg had his Facebook page broken into because the tech company’s own security team ignored a benevolent hacker. Writing in broken English, Palestinian hacker Khalil Shreateh twice contacted Facebook’s security team to tell them about the bug, which allowed him to post on a user’s timeline even if they weren’t accepted friends. In theory, Shreateh should have been blocked from posting through one of Facebook’s highly touted new security features that gives users the ability to filter who can post messages on their timelines. Shreateh found a way around Facebook’s defenses but the company’s security team said that his method was “not a bug” according to the hacker’s blog post, as reported by tech blog Gizmodo. Frustrated by the lack of response, Shreateh showed the power of his find by posting on Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s timeline. “Dear Mark Zuckerberg,” Shreateh’s post began, “First sorry for breaking your privacy and post to your wall, I has no other choice to make after all the reports i sent to Facebook team.” Shreateh then went on to explain his two failed attempts to work with Facebook’s white hat security team — who pay hackers a minimum of $500 to find problems with the social network’s site. “i appreciate your time reading this and getting some one from your company team to contact me,” Shreateh wrote to end his message to Zuckerberg. Someone from Facebook did get in contact with Shreateh but the hacker didn’t get the $500 reward the company promises to hackers. Instead, Facebook temporarily shut down Shreateh’s Facebook page “as a precaution” and told the hacker that his previous messages did not contain enough technical information to prove that he had indeed hacked the site. Adding insult to injury, Facebook’s security team told Shreate: “We are unfortunately not able to pay you for this vulnerability because your actions violated our Terms of Service. We do hope, however, that you continue to work with us to find vulnerabilities in the site.” Incensed, Shreateh wrote on his blog, calling “bulls–t” on Facebook’s security team by creating a YouTube video proving his hack worked. Man Forced To Have Toes Amputated According to Mail Online A Colorado man had three toes amputated after a 78-year-old veterinarian allegedly gave him medicine meant to treat cancer in dogs. A veterinarian for 54 years, Francis Freemyer is accused of illegally treating at least one human with disastrous results. The animal doctor was cited by officials for rubbing Dermex, a salve used to treat skin cancer in dogs, on the man’s foot, causing it to become infected and resulting in the man losing toes. Freemyer denies the charges and insists that he only treats animals. Dermex is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration for use on humans and is still in testing on animals, but Freemyer swears by the drug – he says it cured him of melanoma. Cops alleged the folksy animal doc was ‘very energetic about his confidence in his ability to fix the foot’ and applied the ointment to a 58-year-old man’s toes when he went to the Eldred Animal Hospital in June complaining of sore toes, according to a police report. The man’s foot became severely infected, resulting in three toes being amputated at a local hospital, according to reports. Authorities told local media that Freemyer admitted to treating the unidentified man in exchange ofr payment, but he has denied these claims in several interviews with local media. ‘I don’t treat people,’ Freemyer told KMGH. ‘I treat dogs and cats and cows and horses and fish and snakes and all of those things, anything that comes in the door – except people.’ A follow up visit to a regular doctor resulted in the man being admitted to a hospital and his toes being removed after his infection made its way to the bone, according to KMGH. Officials think there may be other humans Freemyer has treated. ‘This isn’t something that we run across every day and it is something that we would like to see if there’s other people out there that this person may have actually treated as well,’ a Greeley Police spokesperson told KDVR. Freemyer sees it as a witch hunt, telling KDVR ‘this is just such, it’s such a crock of, well, anyhow… the doctor’s the one that’s after me. Man Obsessed With Selena Gomez Kills Family Members According to The NY Post A middle-aged man with a sick obsession for Selena Gomez has been arrested in the alleged murders of his mother, sister and two nieces. And his warped fanaticism toward the pop star could be related to the killings. Danny Green, 40, has been accused of killing his relatives – including a teenage girl and a seven month old nephew – that he lived with in Oklahoma City, according to the Oklahoman. Police picked up Green at a nearby 7-11 after finding his bloody finger prints on their bodies. Green’s Facebook page was filled with bizarre postings about Gomez, who he claimed was “girlfriend.” The last posting, on Aug. 8, was a photo of the singer holding her up with the caption: “babie, is that how you felt when we climaxed together last night, afterwards, because i felt the same way ,but i was gasping for air,i love you lena ,your true love danny!!!!!!” A day earlier, Green shared a story about what celebrity has the best style. His opinion on the matter is pretty clear. Green wrote: “Most defenetly selena gomez,why first of all she’s my girlfriend ,secound of all she’s got elegant style ,third of all her style isn’t plain,forth of all ,it goes with the first thing ,i want her too be my eternal wife and the queen of my kingdom fovever,so too all my friends ,please help me vote for my love!!!!!your friend danny green!!!!!” Another states: “I want her be my eternal wife and the queen of my kingdom forever. Hey, I love her more than god, my momma, my dad, Jesus, myself and ya’ll.” Green didn’t seem to be pleased by Gomez’s portrayal of a bikini-clad co-ed in the movie Spring Breakers, writing “don’t talk to me you f—— b***h ever again, your true love danny.” Below, though, he commented minutes later: “i’m sorry i’ll never talk to you this way again.” There are dozens more like that and psychologist Dr. Steven Sternlof told News on 6 that his deranged obsession could have led indirectly to the alleged murder if Green killed them. “This person is obviously significantly troubled, then that frustration and those problems may build up to the point that he felt like he had no other options,” Sternlof said. “Someone that may have an obsession, in this case with a celebrity, might have a compulsion to respond in a certain way, thinking that this celebrity is in love with them or they’re in love with the celebrity and they need to be close together, and they may need to stop others that are interfering in that relationship.” So he allegedly killed half his family to get to Selena…how do these people develop sick obsessions with celebrities?

Man Posed As CIA Agent To Fool Women According to Mail Online A Virginia man with two wives in different parts of the state has been arrested after he posed as a CIA agent in a bid to hide his elaborate double life from the young women. David Jin Lee, 26, of Williamsburg, is married to a Norfolk-based sailor and another woman, with whom he has a child, in Fairfax. After he asked the sailor to send him $2,000 claiming he had been captured and tortured by North Korean agents on a CIA mission to China she became suspicious and the Naval Criminal Investigation Service began to unraveled the plot. Investigators quickly learned Jin Lee was not in the CIA and had been staying at a home in Fairfax. Agents and City of Fairfax police searched the home and interviewed the woman who lives there with her father. She said she was Jin Lee’s wife and the mother of his child. A marriage certificate at the Fairfax County Courthouse confirmed the union. ‘That means bigamy here in Virginia, and it’s a serious offense,’ City of Fairfax police Lt. Craig Buckley told NBC News. ‘It’s a Class 4 felony.’ NCIS investigators found a CIA coin, a gun and items that could have been used to make fake CIA badges from the Fairfax home. ‘They did find a laminating machine and several laminating materials that could have been used to manufacture those identification cards, so that was certainly of use,’ Buckley said. Jin Lee was arrested in Williamsburg. Both women were shocked at the discovery and police said they consider each of them and their families victims. ‘It’s not every day that someone will go to these lengths to perpetrate such a fraud or a con against someone, and it seems to be, at least on the surface, pretty sophisticated and has been able to, unfortunately, dupe two young ladies into his fraud,’ Buckley said. James City Police arrested Jin Lee on Wednesday and charged him with forgery of a public document. He is also reportedly charged with bigamy and uttering a forged public document. Jin Lee is being held at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail. He should have been a man and admitted to his dirty doggin’ ways. Did he really think this isht was going to work?

She’s in a better place now. Lisa Robin Kelly Dead At 43 According to TMZ Lisa Robin Kelly — who played Eric Forman’s older sister on “That ’70s Show” — has died … TMZ has learned. The 43-year-old actress passed away in her sleep Wednesday night at a rehab facility in California. We spoke with Kelly’s agent who tells us the actress had just voluntarily checked herself in for treatment for an alcohol problem this past week … and was determined to clean herself up. The agent tells us, “She had been fighting demons for a while and finally lost her battle.” Sources tell us Lisa had been in and out of rehab centers hoping to kick her alcohol problem … and most recently fell off the wagon after a huge dispute with her estranged husband Robert Gilliam. Sources say … Kelly’s estranged husband beat her last May to obtain residual money from her show. He was convicted of domestic battery last month and sentenced to 3 years probation. He also served 35 days in jail for the beating. Lisa filed for divorce from Gilliam back in July. We’re told Lisa’s new boyfriend brought her to rehab again on Monday … but she went into cardiac arrest late Wednesday night and could not be saved. The boyfriend blames her estranged husband for the relapse. Sources connected with the attempted rescue tell TMZ … when emergency responders arrived at the rehab facility, they found needle marks on both of Lisa’s arms. However, her BF tells us the reason for the needle marks is that he took Lisa to a hospital on Sunday — because she had a .34 blood alcohol level … and nurses made multiple attempts to insert a needle into her vein to extract blood. After several attempts, medical personnel were able to use a vein on the top of Lisa’s wrist. Kelly had been troubled for the past couple of years — she was arrested at least 4 times in the past 3 years for DUI, spousal abuse and assault. Day Care Owner Arrested After Toddler Tests Positive For Drugs According to The NY Daily News A Californian woman’s mice-dropping infested day care center was shut down after a toddler in her care was hospitalized for sticky icky use, authorities said. Roubena Hartounian, 50, was arrested Wednesday for child neglect and endangerment at Bina’s Family Child Care. The building was determined uninhabitable and contained sticky icky pipes, said Sgt. Tom Lorenz of the Glendale Police Department. “We are still trying to determine whether the marijuana was consumed there … if we can make that connection,” Lorenz told the Daily News. The 2-year-old girl’s parents dropped her off at the day care in La Crescenta on Tuesday morning. But when they picked her up later that day she was unresponsive, police said. The parents took their daughter to a nearby hospital about midnight where she tested positive for THC, the active ingredient in cannabis that produces psychoactive effects. “They learned that the last person to have the kid in their care, aside from the parents, was at the day care facility,” Lorenz said. The following day, police went to the center and waited for Hartounian to show up so they could serve a search warrant. She arrived about 6:30 a.m. “Code enforcement officials came out to the property, and yellow tagged it as uninhabitable,” Lorenz said. He said the building did not have functioning toilets or electricity and that the shabby kitchen was littered with dirty dishes and improperly stored knives. “Food was not properly cared for and there were knives on the counter that kids could get to,” he said.
