According to TMZ The DJ who claims Justin Bieber spat in his face inside of a nightclub in Ohio last week has lawyered up — and filed a police report against the singer … TMZ has learned. The man behind the allegation is Addison Ulhaq — a DJ at the Social Room in Columbus — who told police the trouble began on July 13 when Bieber’s security team thought he was taking pictures of the singer inside the VIP room of the club. Addison — who’s a junior at Ohio State University and a neuroscience major — says he didn’t snap ANY photos … but Bieber didn’t buy his denial and cussed him out and spat in his face. The police report, obtained by TMZ, reads — “The victim stated that the suspect told him that ‘His mother was a beyotch, his father was a beyotch and he is a beyotch.’” Addison’s lawyers say Bieber’s spit assault left saliva and mucus in Addison’s eye, nose, and mouth … disgusting. Following the alleged altercation, Addison said he got tested for Hepatitis, but the test came back negative. In the police report, cops note — “The victim stated that he does not want anything done at this time and just wants to document the incident.” It’s unclear if Addison plans to file a lawsuit … but it definitely looks like he will. The father not being invited to Cory’s viewing…now that’s cold. Cory Monteith’s Father Not Invited To Private Viewing We understand his parents are divorced, but that man still had a right to see his son. SMH. According to TMZ Cory Monteith’s body was cremated Tuesday in Vancouver following a private viewing with his family and girlfriend Lea Michele, TMZ has learned — but Cory’s father wasn’t invited … and he’s heartbroken. Cory’s dad Joe Monteith — who is divorced from Cory’s mom Ann — tells TMZ … he was informed of the cremation after the fact, adding he’s “totally devastated” he didn’t get a chance to see Cory’s body. We’re told Cory’s body was released yesterday to his mom, and she decided to hold a viewing at the hospital with Lea and Cory’s brother Shaun. Following the viewing, we’re told Cory’s mom decided to have him cremated. Cory’s dad tells us, “I always loved both my sons and am going to miss Cory very very much. I’m saddened at the fact that I couldn’t have been there to see my son before he was cremated.” As for Cory’s alleged drug use … his dad says he’s “shocked.” We wish his family well. R.I.P.

Come on you knew Phaedra was off when she took that big wad of cash outside the courtroom. According to Rhymes With Snitch Everybody knows Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Phaedra Parks is suing Angela Stanton and Vibe Magazine for defamation over Angela’s memoir, ‘Lies of Real Housewife. Now Angela turns the tables on Phaedra by filing a defamation lawsuit of her own… Angela’s lawyer, James Radford, explains the new filing, “We have filed our own claims for defamation, tortious interference with business relationships, punitive damages, and attorneys’ fees.” “Phaedra Parks’ lawsuit and the tactics employed against Ms. Stanton and her publisher have undermined Stanton’s ability to market the intellectual property that is her compelling personal narrative.” Hopefully these ladies can settle their differences on “RHOA” or “Fix My Life.” We love us some angry bird beef.

Who wants to hear Amanda sing? According to Radar Online Not only does Chinga Chang Records still want to make a record deal with Amanda Bynes, but the company’s producer exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that the troubled actress is capable of making better music than the already-established artist, Drake. While the company’s first offer to Amanda was eventually rescinded after a disagreement in vision for the album, Daniel Herman of Chinga Chang Records tells Radar he’s determined to produce the album with her and has even increased the initial signing bonus of $150,000 to $200,000 — which Amanda can keep no matter what. “I would have to be an idiot to not do everything in my power to create a classic album with her. It’s not about being more gangster than Drake, it’s about representing the culture and having the ability to make better music than him,” Daniel told Radar. “She’s got that. Mother Who Had Sex With Underage Boy Could Be Extradited According to Mail Online A 47-year-old married mother who fled to Canada to avoid a 30 year jail sentence for having sex with a teenager faces being kicked out of the country. Denise Harvey, of Florida, was stripped off her refugee status by Canada’s Federal Court and could be extradited back to the US to serve her sentence. Harvey has been told she had a final chance to argue that she should be allowed to stay. Harvey fled from her home in Florida in 2010 after being convicted of having sex with a 16 year old who was friends with her teenage son. She was sentenced to 30 years but while out on bail fled to Canada with her husband and family. She was granted refugee status after saying she faced ‘cruel and unusual punishment’ from the lengthy prison sentence. Canadian authorities agreed to allow her to stay ruling her actions would not constitute a crime if she had carried them out in Canada. In Canada, the age of consent is 16 unless the older person is in a position of authority over the younger person. The decision was appealed to the Federal Court of Canada who have now stripped Harvey of the refugee status. Prosecutors in Florida are hopeful that Harvey will soon return to serve her sentence. ‘We’ve been actively pursuing her but of course we were dead-ended by the Canadian government who granted her refugee status,’ said Nikki Robinson, assistant state attorney who was a prosecutor of the original case. ‘I’m hoping we’ll see her back. Johnny Depp Wants To Buy Battle Of Wounded Knee Land To Return It The Native Americans Via RapidCityJournal Actor Johnny Depp, who plays Tonto in the recently released movie “The Lone Ranger,” plans to buy land at the site of the Wounded Knee massacre in South Dakota and give it back to the Oglala Sioux Tribe, a tribal official said Wednesday. “He would like to make that offer if we’re willing,” President Bryan Brewer said. “This is a great thing that is happening.” Brewer said he got a call Wednesday from a representative for Depp, who is in England, telling him the actor wanted to make an offer on a 40-acre piece of land near the Wounded Knee burial ground on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. Land owner James Czywczynski, 76, has said he wants $3.9 million for that parcel where soldiers from the Seventh Cavalry killed 300 Lakota men, women and children in 1890, and an additional $1 million for a 40-acre parcel in Porcupine Butte. Czywczynski has said he will only sell the parcels as a package deal. Brewer said the tribe’s leaders must decide whether they want Depp to make the offer, considering it means paying a vastly inflated price for the land. Shannon County has appraised the parcels at a combined value of $14,000. Czywczynski’s $4.9 million price tag has angered many in the Native American community who view it as bordering on extortion. “We just hate to see that guy get rich off us,” Brewer said. We feel you on that… Garfield Steele, a council representative for the Wounded Knee district, said Thursday that he was speechless after hearing of Depp’s offer. “You see these celebrities with a lot of money and a lot of times you hear about the useless spending they do, this is something different, something that’s unbelievable,” he said. Asked whether Steele was concerned that purchasing the land might raise the price on other privately-owned sites that are sacred to natives, Steele said he was unfazed. He said Czywczynski’s inflated price was likely inspired by the private sale of Pe’ Sla, a sacred site in the west central Black Hills, to the Lakota for $9 million in 2012. Pe’ Sla is a crucial site in Lakota mythology. “He knew he puts any price tag on that and we would come crawling,” he said. One punch put him in critical condition ? Damn. Son Puts Father In Critical Condition According to Mail Online A 21-year-old Mississippi man put his father in critical condition with a single punch on Sunday night after discovering, during a family dinner, that the older man was having an affair. Taylor Dwayne Harris learned his dad, Leonard Harris, 52, was cheating on his mother and receiving text messages from another woman at Dave and Buster’s restaurant in Orlando, Florida, where the family was on vacation. Angry and upset, the son stormed outside, yelling behind him ‘you better not come out here,’ to his father. But his dad followed him into the parking lot and witnesses saw a fight ensue between the two, ending in a single punch and the older man’s head hitting the concrete with a crack. A witness told deputies, according to a sheriff’s office report obtained by the Orlando Sentinel: ‘When the victim fell and hit the concrete… she could hear the victim’s head hit the concrete three car lengths away.’ Soon after, a doctor and his wife, a registered EMT, arrived at the restaurant for dinner and when they saw the man laying motionless in the parking lot, rushed to help the victim. The couple began performing CPR on the older Harris who had stopped breathing and lost his pulse. A Fire Rescue crew arrived moments later and managed to resuscitate him before he was transported to Dr. Phillips Hospital and later to Orlando Regional Medical Center where he is being treated in the neurological intensive car unit. Taylor Harris was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery with great bodily harm/domestic violence. The victim’s wife and suspect’s mother, Mary Harris, told officers she insisted her husband follow her son outside to check he was OK, after he left the table upset. Minutes later, Taylor Harris returned to the table and asked her to go check on his father, she said, adding that when she got back to the table the son was in tears. According to the Sentinel, Taylor Harris told his mother he left the restaurant to cool off but his dad ‘got in his face and would not leave him alone.’ The son remains held without bail in the Orange County Jail.
