The former couple were together for nearly two years. “She ended things recently,” the source said. Though some reports state otherwise, the source added that the split “had nothing to do with kids or wanting to get married.” According to People magazine, which broke the news, Keiber and her movie star ex, 52, are still friendly. “They talk every day,” the source said. “They were friends before they started dating, and they’ll be friends after.” For now, they’re both keeping busy. Clooney was seen celebrating the Fourth of July with friends in Lake Como, Italy, while Keibler is gearing up for the premiere of her new Lifetime TV show, “Supermarket Superstar.” Representatives for the couple declined to comment. A Long Island flight attendant was accused of hiding pet rats in her pantyhose and panties in order to sneak them onto planes, according to a lawsuit. But veteran American Airlines stewardess Louann Giambattista, 55, says allegations made by three colleagues were “absurd” and “patently false” — and they have turned her life upside-down. The purported “Willard” witnesses included a pilot who helped her out of a van at the airport during a layover on Feb. 26, 2012. The aviator claimed “he saw a bulge in [her] pocket” and saw “what he thought was a live pet,” according to papers filed in Brooklyn federal court. Later, during the flight from St. Martin to Miami, a fellow flight attendant “believed [Giambattista] fed her pet rats,” court papers said. Giambattista, an admitted animal lover, said the co-worker assumed she was feeding her furry friends because she saw her “eating a dinner roll out of a cup.” But Giambattista claims the roll was for her — and that she hid it in a cup to avoid looking unprofessional in front of passengers. When the co-workers ratted on Giambattista upon landing in Florida, a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent questioned her and searched her belongings for an hour, she alleges. A lawyer for the Long Beach woman called the claims of flying rodents preposterous. “Everybody has pets — she has her pets at home, not at work,” attorney Stephen Morelli said. “She’s not a nut. They’re making her out to be a nut.” In response to the reported rats on a plane, the airline put a flag on her passport, according to the lawsuit Giambattista filed last week. Though no critters were ever found, Giambattista said she remained blacklisted for more than a year, with federal agents subjecting her to stops and searches every time she passed through customs, “making it nearly impossible for [her] to report to work.” ICE agents bullied her and threatened her with a strip search, she charges in court papers. She claims she was put “on display” during one interrogation in an employee break room, as other airline employees filtered in and out “purely to observe.” The situation left her with symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, including “debilitating anxiety,” Giambattista claims. But American Airlines refused to transfer her to domestic flights so she could avoid customs, the 33-year industry veteran maintains. “There was no reason for it,” Giambattista said of why she was targeted. “People say, ‘There must have been a reason,’ but there is none.” Giambattista is seeking unspecified damages. American Airlines said it would respond to the claims in court. A dog owner, Giambattista also has gerbils and hamsters. “She’s got a lot of different pets,” lawyer Morelli said. “She had the rat — it died.” Post-traumatic stress…really? According to Mail Online Theses are the first heartbreaking photos to emerge of Alanna Gallagher, the little six-year-old girl found horrifically stripped, bound and and murdered in a quiet suburban Fort Worth neighborhood. The photos reveal an adorable child with no shortage of smiles for the camera. Neighbors said she was an inquisitive ‘spitfire’ who always seemed to have questions that betrayed an intellect beyond her young age. Alanna’s body was found wrapped in a tarp a mile and a half from her home in Saginaw, Texas, on Monday night. She her hands and feet were bound, she had a plastic bag over her head and she was naked except for a pair of purple underwear. Police on Wednesday announced that the FBI has offered a $10,000 reward for anyone who helps them find the monster who abducted Alanna from her parents’ house. At a news conference, police spokesman Damon Ing said investigators are tracking down several leads and have already received numerous tips about the disappearance of little Alanna – but they need to public’s help to find her killer. Alanna’s parents have been ruled out as suspects in the case, Ing said. Her mother and father have been meeting with police chaplains and grief counselors since their daughter disappeared Monday night. Investigators say they are trying to figure out exactly when Alanna was taken from her home. Her body was found about 7.30pm about a mile and a half from her parents’ house. Alanna’s two other siblings are staying with family friends while their parents are being questioned by police. Neighbors say they noticed a red pickup truck with a green splotch on the rear passenger-side panel in the neighborhood shortly before the body was found. Investigators believe the driver may have something to do with the body and have asked anyone with information about the truck to come forward. A plastic bag over her head? The Philadelphia Daily News has unearthed a pair of messages allegedly sent from an account previously run by this MasterChef contestant – and they make Deen look like Gandi by comparison. “Why do the 76ers keep coming up in my who to follow,” reads one. “i HATE basketball. NBA = N*ggers Bouncing Around #thatsracist.” Last July, meanwhile, in response to an online poll about sexual habits, Biasiello supposedly wrote: “Better make sure you’re on top when sleeping with a black guy… Otherwise it’s probably rape.” Yeah. Wow. There’s nothing more that needs to be said about those. The account behind these Tweets (@KrissiLoud) has been deleted and Biasiello now writes from @MC4Krissi. Consequences and repercussions… Actress Who Sent Ricin Letter To President Obama Facing 15 Year In Prison With Indictment Via ABCNews An actress who appeared on “The Walking Dead” has been indicted for allegedly sending poison-laced letters to President Obama, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and a gun control lobbyist in Washington, D.C. Shannon Guess Richardson, a 35-year-old from Boston, Texas, was charged with three counts including making “threats against the President of the United States.” The letters, one of which was first seen on ABC News, contained anti-gun control messages and threatening language. According to the indictment, the note to President Obama read in part: “You will have to kill me and my family before you get my guns. Anyone wants to come to my house will get shot in the face… I will take care of this myself and make sure you wont be runnin this country in the ground any further. What’s in this letter is nothing compared to what ive got in store for you mr president [sic].” The letters were laced with the poison ricin, but the U.S. Postal Service said it was in such low quantities that it did not pose a health threat. Other than the gun control lobbyist, none of the intended recipients came in contact with the letters. Not only did this dirty beyotch attempt to kill Barry-O, but she tried to throw her husband under the bus in the process! Richardson originally called the FBI after the letters were discovered and claimed her husband, Nathaniel Richardson, was the one that sent the letters, according to court documents. Later, authorities said it looked like Shannon had framed her husband. In an interview with ABC News’ “Good Morning America,” Nathaniel Richardson said it was “heartbreaking” to learn what his wife allegedly did. “The way I look at it, being angry is a waste of energy,” Nathaniel Richardson told ABC News. “She has done this to herself. She has destroyed my reputation and my life but there’s a way up from this and if I sit here and focus on anger, I can’t focus on getting on with my life.” If convicted, Shannon Richardson faces up to 15 years in federal prison, five for each charge, according to prosecutors.
