Courtney Love took it upon herself to tweet Amanda Bynes some advice following her Thursday, May 23 arrest. “Amanda Bynes pull it together dude,” the 48-year-old singer, who has famously struggled with substance abuse for much of her public life, wrote early in the morning on Tuesday, May 28. Though it may have been coming from a good place, Bynes, 27, wasn’t very receptive to fellow New Yorker Love’s message. “Courtney Love is the ugliest woman I’ve ever seen,” she tweeted back. “To be mentioned by her at all makes me and all my friends laugh!” Others also found Love’s tweet laughable. Actor/comedian Joel McHale tweeted, “My largest spit-take since 1988. Thank you Courtney.” Bynes was arrested in New York City on May 23 for drug possession, reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence — all of which she vehemently denies. Shortly after her arrest, an NYPD rep told Us Weekly, “Officers and building personnel went up to her apartment and she invited them in. There was a smell of drugs and a bong in the apartment, at which point Bynes picked up and threw out the window.” Bynes, however, argued in court that the alleged bong was “just a vase.” On Tuesday, TMZ posted a photo of the broken object in question, suggesting it looks like a bong. The former Nickelodeon star responded to the article on Twitter: “TMZ is being sued as we speak. That’s fake! They and NYPD is trying to frame me for a crime I didn’t commit. There was no drug paraphernalia in or around my apartment on the day I was arrested . . . I’m drug free and love talking about it!” It’s not a good look when Courtney Love is your adviser. Amanda will indefinitely self-destruct in 4, 3, 2, 1….

Lindsay Lohan Invites Drug Dealer To Rehab According to Radar Online How’s this for a delusion of grandeur: RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that troubled Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan recently invited her long-time drug dealer to visit her at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., where she is serving 90-days of court ordered rehab. “Lindsay advised Betty Ford that she wanted to invite a male friend, whom it’s known she partied with for years and had provided drugs to her,” a source with direct knowledge of the situation revealed. “He is a very, very, bad influence on her.” Not surprisingly, however, the 26-year-old’s treatment team nixed the plan and prohibited the dealer from making it onto the clinic’s grounds, the insider confirmed. “Lindsay treatment team told her in no uncertain terms that she needs to sever her relationship with him once she leaves rehab, if she is to overcome her addictions,” the source added. Radar has chosen not to reveal the identity of her drug dealer. Though Lohan is allowed to receive visitors to Betty Ford over the next month, the decision to ban her “Mr Fix It” drug dealer “p*ssed her off even more,” the source said. “Lindsay was already livid that the doctors have taken away her Adderall. She thinks they are just out to get her and make an example out of her, because she is a celebrity. She hates being there and is counting the days until she will be released.” Before she entered treatment again — this is her sixth time — Lohan bemoaned how “constantly sending me to rehab is pointless,” insisting to The Mail columnist Piers Morgan that she’s “never been a junkie and never will be.” With her amphetamine drug Adderall having been cutoff, Lohan has gained five pounds and is complaining that she can’t stop eating. She also told Morgan: “I have severe ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). I can’t stand still. So I take Adderall (a prescription drug) for that, it calms me. I know people who take it to stay up, or girls who take it to supposedly stay slim because it kills your appetite. But I eat all the time. I just take it to stay calm. It works well for me.” The actress was ordered to spend 90 days in rehab as part of a plea deal in her lying to cops court case. We’re tired of praying for Lindsay. Abortion Leader Compares Rape To A Car Accident According to Raw Story Right to Life president Barbara Listing said Wednesday that women should purchase additional health insurance if they feared being raped, because the sexual crime was like a car accident. “Nobody plans to have an accident in a car accident, nobody plans to have their homes flooded. You have to buy extra insurance for those,” she told reporters. Michigan’s Board of State Canvassers on Wednesday approved a ballot petition that seeks to prohibit health insurance companies from covering abortion procedures, even in cases of rape or incest. The initiative would require abortion coverage to be purchased as a separate rider. If the activist collect signatures from 3.48 percent of all registered voters in the state, lawmakers can adopt the initiative without a signature from Gov. Rick Snyder. The Republican governor vetoed a similar proposal last year. Jessica Tramontana of Progress Michigan slammed Listing over her remark. “These extremists and religious special interests should have dropped their narrow agenda after voters rejected right-wing attacks on women last November,” she said in a statement. “Politics don’t belong in the doctor’s office. It’s time for special interest lobbyists to stop the hateful attacks on women in Michigan.” If someone would rape her and get her pregnant, maybe she would be singing a different tune.

Amanda Bynes Has Drug Fueled Party According to In Touch Weekly As late-night revelers opened the door to Amanda Bynes’ large but sparsely furnished NYC apartment for an impromptu party, they were shocked by what they discovered inside. Exclusive photos obtained by In Touch appear in this week’s issue, exposing the troubled star’s partying life. Photos taken inside her apartment during a long night of partying reveal her disheveled living conditions, and Amanda herself atop a bare mattress, smoking drugs and obsessively refreshing her phone’s Twitter feed. She is also pictured applying her makeup and dancing (much like her infamous “getting-ready” Twitter video that went viral), with a strange man “dancing behind her, and smoking sticky icky with her,” says “Joe” to In Touch, a photographer who was inside Amanda’s apartment that night, who doesn’t want his real name used. “She probably gets so high that sometimes she won’t even leave her house,” claims photographer Giovanni Arnold, who was also at Amanda’s apartment that night along with “Joe.” “One minute she’s cool and down-to-earth. The next, she’s totally different — indecisive, and she can’t hold a conversation,” he tells In Touch. “Mentally, she’s all over the place.” Despite Amanda telling In Touch she doesn’t have a mental disorder or drink or smoke drugs, Giovanni and “Joe” claim Amanda had plenty of sticky icky in her apartment. “Drugs were everywhere,” says Giovanni. “On the bed, all over the floor.” Giovanni also alleges she did drugs when they were at her place, although Amanda denies it, telling In Touch, “They’re the ones into drugs, so they bring drugs, but I don’t do them.” Drug claims aside, it would be hard for Amanda to deny the conditions in which she lives. “Her living room is basically empty,” describes “Joe.” Blinds hang on three windows near her bed, while the other windows are spray-painted black. After her impromptu photo shoot, of which “Joe” says, “Her dress was tight and sheer and you could see her bra — she seemed to like that,” the party continued into the wee morning hours when Amanda kicked her guests out around 5 a.m. We just hope she doesn’t off herself. Lawsuits: Broke Azz Lindsay Lohan Sued By Clothing Company For $5 Million Over Her “Drug-Addled Image”

Lindsay Lohan Sued According to TMZ Lindsay Lohan has just been sued for $5 million she doesn’t have … all because of her highly-publicized drug problems, TMZ has learned. D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries — a clothing manufacturer — just filed the countersuit against Lindsay in response to Lindsay’s lawsuit against the company. In her lawsuit, Lindsay says she struck a business deal with D.N.A.M. in 2009 allowing them to manufacture clothes for her “6126″ clothing line — but D.N.A.M. stiffed her on a massive licensing fee. Lindsay wants $1.1 million in damages. But D.N.A.M. is now coming back at Lindsay for nearly five times that amount, insisting SHE’S the reason their business deal fell apart. According to D.N.A.M., the company did its darndest to sell their 6126 clothes to high-end third party retailers — but by spring 2010, no one would touch the brand … because Lindsay was back in rehab … and her legal problems were playing out in the media “like a Greek tragedy.” D.N.A.M. claims Lindsay’s “drug-addled image” destroyed 6126′s reputation, and rendered the clothing line completely unsellable. D.N.A.M. says it invested millions in 6126 for nothing — and now it’s suing for breach of contract and fraud, demanding at least $5 million in damages. And the irony … Lindsay’s currently back in rehab yet again. Lindsay’s attorney, Perry C. Wander, tells TMZ … “The license agreement does not have a morals clause that allows the company to suspend payment for any behavior. The contract is not in LL name thus she cannot be held personally liable. The cross claim is therefore frivolous and totally without merit and will be defended vigorously”. Damn Lindsay. You can’t sell clothes, movies, cheese….. nothing.

Kim is expecting her first child with Kanye this summer and their relationship has been strained lately so this latest barrage of attacks against him have really tested their romance. Due to their schedules they have spent more time apart then together. Another factor putting stress on their relationship is Kanye’s dislike of photographers following him everywhere when he’s with Kim, who thrives on keeping her name and image in the mainstream public. Earlier this week Kanye flipped out when he bumped his head on a sign, because he was looking down while walking as photographers annoyed him. Now the gay rumors have added more discomfort to the relationship. “These attacks against Kanye really seemed to hit home for Kim,” the source said about the pregnant. “She said that she can take criticism about her weight or her family but when people attack Kanye it really hurts her feelings and makes her mad. “Kim knows that Kanye isn’t gay. This young lady had her whole life ahead of her. Hofstra Co-Ed Killed In Police Shootout According to The NY Daily News A Hofstra University junior and a ski-masked gunman were shot to death early Friday as police responded to a break-in at the woman’s off-campus house, cops said. The slain student was in the home with her twin sister and a third student when she was mortally wounded about 2:30 a.m., said Nassau County Police Deputy Inspector Kenneth Lack. Police acknowledged that officers opened fire inside the two-story home, but couldn’t confirm who fired the bullets that killed the popular college student and her unidentified captor. “There were shots fired in the house,” said Chief of Detectives Rick Capece. “We are analyzing it at this time, and a gun was recovered in the house.” Asked if the suspect fired his weapon, Capace said authorities wouldn’t comment “until we get more info.” A neighbor said she heard screams coming from 213 California Ave. in Uniondale shortly before the first gunshots. “We heard the yelling and then five loud bangs,” said Victoria Behel, 20, who lives five houses away. “It sounded like a college girl … It sounded like she was fighting for her life.” While authorities didn’t identify the victim, friends said the dead woman was Andrea Rebello, 21, who shared the house with her twin sister, Jessica, and several sorority sisters. The gun-toting intruder forced his way into the two-story house after knocking on the front door around 2:20 a.m., Nassau County police said. The twins, a third woman and a man were inside when the armed robber burst through the front door. The assailant apparently ordered the unidentified third woman to visit a nearby ATM and make a cash withdrawal as he held her friends hostage. But she immediately dialed 911 after leaving the house to report the break-in and hostage situation, police said. Cops arrived at the scene at 2:29 a.m., and shots were fired inside the home, police confirmed. All four people in the house were Hofstra students. SUNY Old Westbury student Victoria Dehel, 20, who lives down the street from the crime scene, said she heard bangs and screaming when she arrived home early Friday. She and her sister lived in Tarrytown, N.Y. Police said Jessica Rebello was with family members hours after the slaying. The slain gunman was not identified.
