Retired Cop Flashes Subway Passenger And Wields Gun Some nasty bastard former cop decided to pleasure himself to the sight of some poor woman while waiting on the N/R train…then pulled out his other weapon when a bystander tried to catch him on camera to file a complaint. Via NYDN : A retired detective who allegedly exposed himself to a woman in a Midtown subway station and then waved a gun at a man who tried to snap his picture told investigators he was urinating during the incident, court papers show. Steven Esposito, 56, of Staten Island, was arraigned Wednesday on charges of menacing and public lewdness. He was released without bail. A 38-year-old woman said she saw Esposito fondling himself while staring at her and smiling at the 59 St. N/R station late Monday, the criminal complaint said. A man on the platform tried to take a picture, but Esposito took out his gun and told him to mind his own business. He’s due back in court on Dec. 1. SMH. The NYPD sure has some winners in its ranks, huh?

Jenelle Evans was reportedly rushed to the hospital this weekend after she fell in her driveway and hit her head. Radar Online has photos of Jenelle’s injuries . Sources say the 23-year-old reality star required several stitches and was not released from the hospital until the following morning. The injury was apparently a result of flooding that affected Jenelle’s home state of South Carolina as a result of Hurricane Joaquin. “Jenelle was going out to dinner with her boyfriend David and friend Tori, and when she got home, everything was flooded on her street and she slipped and fell on the driveway getting out of the car,” says one insider. The source says Jenelle is “in pain and tired,” but is recovering at home. Given Jenelle’s history of drug problems , many will wonder what sort of state she was in at the time of her fall. Prior to the accident, Evans was out on the town with her new boyfriend David Eason , but there’s no word on if they were drinking. Jenelle has yet to speak publicly on the incident. It’s been a big week for Dr. Dre. The NWA biopic Straight Outta Compton is officially the surprise hit of the summer, and his new album – the appropriately titled Compton – has met with mostly favorable responses from critics and audiences alike. Unfortunately, not everyone is thrilled with the projects that have cemented Dre’s place as one of hip hop’s most beloved and bankable legends. First, there were complaints about Eminem’s rape reference on Compton – a shocking lyric, even by the standards of an emcee who’s ability to offend is the stuff of legend. Now, Gawker has asked former TV personality Dee Barnes – who was famously assaulted by Dre in 1991 – for her take on the acclaimed film that depicts Dre not only as a musical genius, but as a champion of the downtrodden. “Dr. Dre straddled me and beat me mercilessly on the floor of the women’s restroom at the Po Na Na Souk nightclub in 1991,” Barnes writes. “That event isn’t depicted in Straight Outta Compton, but I don’t think it should have been, either. The truth is too ugly for a general audience. “I didn’t want to see a depiction of me getting beat up, just like I didn’t want to see a depiction of Dre beating up Michel’le, his one-time girlfriend who recently summed up their relationship this way: “I was just a quiet girlfriend who got beat on and told to sit down and shut up.” Yes, it seems Barnes isn’t the only one who suffered horrific violence at the hands of Dr. Dre. Most biopics of famous musicians tend to gloss over some of the uglier parts of their subjects’ pasts. It’s a compromise that comes with obtaining the rights to use their music and securing their endorsement of the project. In Barnes case, however, the incident is well known (Dre protege Eminem even referenced it in the 1999 song “Guilty Conscience.”), and many viewers have expressed shock that it was in no way acknowledged in SOC. As Barnes said, the film could have easily addressed the incident without graphically portraying it. Instead, it made Barnes and Dre’s other victims “casualties of Straight Outta Compton’s revisionist history,” once again reducing them to the level of overpowered victims.
Police Respond To Mass Shooting In Louisiana Movie Theater Another mass shooting seems to have taken place, this time inside a Lafayette, LA movie theater . Via CNN : Police in Lafayette, Louisiana, say they responded Thursday night to a report of a shooting at the Grand 16 Theatre. “We think the shooter is deceased,” Police Chief Jim Craft said, according to CNN affiliate KATC. “Right now we’re in the middle of sorting this out.” The shooting involved “multiple victims,” the police department tweeted. Police said they received the call about 7:30 p.m. CT. Todd Moffatt, manager of a Mellow Mushroom pizza restaurant in the area, said 20 to 30 emergency vehicles had arrived on the scene. The area was locked down, he said. Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal tweeted, “I’m on my way to Lafayette right now. Please say a prayer for the victims at Grand Theatre and their families.” So sad. Back in February, Ryan Vieth welcomed his first child , and fans were hopeful that Tamra Barney’s troubled son would settle down and enjoy a quiet life with his new family. Unfortunately, it appears Vieth and wife Sarah Rodriguez’s happiness was short-lived, as a drunken fight back in June got so out of control that neighbors called the police and Vieth was taken into custody. Tamra’s PR team managed to keep the incident buried for the better part of a month, but now Radar Online is reporting that Vieth was arrested after officers arrived on the scene and found him drunk, shirtless, and in the midst of a violent rage. Rodriguez told police that Vieth had struck her several times, and she believed he had broken her finger. Vieth spent the night in custody and was released the following afternoon. His case has yet to go to trial, and the status of his relationship with Rodriguez is unknown. “Tamra is devastated and embarrassed by the arrest,” a source tells Radar. “She had to bail Ryan out of jail the day she returned from her belated honeymoon from Greece with hubby Eddie Judge.” Vieth was previously arrested in 2011 following a physical altercation with then-girlfriend Daniella Kelley.
Nia Guzman Says Royalty Isn’t Safe Around Chris Brown’s “Gang Friends” Chris Brown’s home invasion drama just may have an effect on his pending paternity case against baby mama Nia Guzman. Looks like Nia is using the incident as leverage — claiming that Breezy’s gang-affiliated crew is likely at the center of the crime, and their daughter Royalty isn’t safe at his LA mansion as long as he’s mixed up with his same crew. Via TMZ : Chris Brown could lose more than property after the home invasion … it could cost him some daddy time, because his baby mama is worried Royalty’s in danger when she’s with Chris and his homies. Sources close to Nia Guzman tell TMZ … she thinks many of Chris’ friends are gang members or gang-affiliated, and the robbery shows they’ve now turned on Chris. We’re told she’s not cool with Royalty being around that element. As we first reported … Chris’ mother also thinks last night’s hit was an inside job. It’s bad timing for Chris. He just filed docs asking a judge to hammer out a formal custody agreement — partly because he says Nia’s been denying him visits with Royalty. If the court sees things Nia’s way it could affect custody. Mind you, this isn’t the first time that someone just strolled into Breezy’s house this year. Hmmmm….what do you think?
