Miley Cyrus has gone back-to-back! But this singer’s accomplish isn’t as impressive as the consecutive titles won by the Los Angeles Lakers. For the second year in a row , Miley has been named in an AOL poll as the Worst Celebrity Influence alive. Most discouraging for the 18-year-old, who earned 58% of the 99,000 votes cast on JSYK dot com? The site’s target audience is her core fan base, 9-15 year olds. Among the stars Miley beat out were Amber Portwood , Lindsay Lohan, Kanye West ad Demi Lovato. Do you agree with these results? Who would you have voted for as the Worst Celebrity Influence of 2010?

Judson Birza, Survivor Nicaragua Winner, Arrested for Illegal Skateboarding

Judson Birza, who won what many consider to have been the most boring season in Survivor history, was arrested yesterday. For an equally unexciting reason. The reality show champion was stopped by Santa Monica police because he was skateboarding in the street, which is a crime in the city. Due to his subsequent strange behavior, Birza was booked on charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Police also discovered an unrelated DUI warrant, as well as a probation violation, on Birza’s record when he was taken into custody. Judson is being held on $37,000 bail.

Laurence Maroney Busted on Drug, Gun Charges

Former first round pick Laurence Maroney has been a bust in the NFL. Now, the running back has been busted by the police. According to the St. Louis Police Department, Maroney was one of five people arrested in a car last night that was stopped because cops observed “several occupants” smoking what they believed to be marijuana. Three firearms (a .45-caliber handgun, a 9mm pistol and a .223 -caliber rifle) were found inside the car. While authorities acknowledge that Maroney possesses a valid “Conceal and Carry” permit, it is still unlawful to carry a weapon while under the influence. Maroney hails from St.Louis and averaged a scant 2.1 yards per attempt in 2010. Says his publicist: “He holds a permit to carry a concealed weapon. He was not arrested for any drugs nor was he involved in a high-speed chase. He was released without being charged with any offense and we do not anticipate he will be charged with any criminal offense.”

Backstreet Boys’ A.J. McLean Back In Rehab

McLean Photo: Jason Merritt/ Getty Images Just as Backstreet Boys fever is back in full force as the guys gear up to hit the road with New Kids on the Block this summer comes news that BSB’s A.J. McLean has returned to rehab. “For personal reasons, I’ve checked myself into a rehab clinic,” McLean said in a statement to MTV News. “With 2011 being a busy year for Backstreet, I want to be healthy and at my best. Thank you for all of your support and respecting my family and friends’ privacy during this time. I’ll see you really soon.” TMZ reports that sources close to the pop star say he has been “out of control” as of late due to issues with substance abuse. Reportedly, he was under the influence during much of the Backstreet Boys cruise last month. He allegedly entered rehab, his third time in a decade, because his issues were affecting the planning stages of the NKOTBSB tour, set to begin this June. A rep for the singer had not responded to MTV News’ request for comment at press time. However the singer did leave some messages for his fans on Twitter that alluded to a possible upcoming stint in rehab. “Thank u all for my bday wishes and tweets:)! Its gonna be a great year! I love u all and wish me luck! I start my sober journey tomm! Ttfn!” he wrote January 9. One day later, he added, “Hey all wish me luck! This is gonna be an amazing year for me and all around me! I love u all and appreciate all the love and support” McLean previously entered rehab in July 2001, just as the Backstreet Boys planned to kick off their Black & Blue world tour. He also went to rehab the following year in 2002. “[A.J.] came to us yesterday and said, ‘Guys, I need help,’ ” group member Brian Littrell told MTV News in 2001. “I looked at him in the eyes and said, ‘I’m proud of you.’ That’s the first time he said it to any of us: ‘Guys, I have a problem, and I wanna better myself and better the group and better our situation.’ ” Related Artists Backstreet Boys

Jaime Pressly, 33, was driving in Santa Monica at about 11 p.m. when she was pulled over by police after allegedly committing a traffic violation, according to TMZ.com, which first reported the arrest. This is one time when Jaime Pressly was not ready for her close-up. Tony Parker, whose marriage crumbled amid a relationship with Erin Barry , says he was not blindsided when wife Eva Longoria filed for divorce this week. “Eva and I have been discussing our situation privately,” Parker told People magazine. “I was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles.” Parker also denied a report – since retracted – that he went to court first, only to have Eva convince him not to, at which point she filed out of revenge . Tony and Eva split amid reports of him sexting Erin Barry . “I did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire attorneys in either California or Texas,” Parker says . “We plan to continue to keep discussions of this private.” Good luck with that. When you have an affair with a teammate’s wife – although sources close to Tony say there was only sexting and no actual sex involved – stories spiral out of control. Erin Barry, whose husband Brent played with Tony on the San Antonio Spurs from 2004-08, is in the process of divorcing him as well. What a bizarre, sad story.
