Jeezy back ! Jeezy Released On Bond After Backstage Shooting Via MTV : After spending the last few days behind bars, Jeezy has posted bail, MTV News has learned. The rapper, along with five others, was arrested on Sunday in California on weapons charges. His bail was set at $1 million. “All six men have posted bail and are currently being processed,” CTE’s Steve “Steve-O” Carless told MTV News Thursday evening (August 28). “They will be out shortly.” The rapper pleaded not guilty to the charges in court on Tuesday, after police claim to have found an AK-47 on his tour bus. The Under the Influence tour stop was cancelled Sunday, which was two days after a 38-year-old man was killed backstage at a prior show in California on the tour. Don’t start popping bottles and tossing confetti quite yet. Young Jizzle is due back before the judge on September 5, and there’s no telling what he or she may say…

In case you didn’t know, Kylie Jenner and Jaden Smith both enjoy attention. Kylie likes to flash her cleavage on Instagram  to get all eyes on her, while Jaden prefers more subtle methods like dressing up as “White Batman,” because that’s something normal 15-year-olds do at weddings. Kylie Jenner and Jaden Smith Hooked Up at Kimye Wedding? According to reports, these two fame-cravers joined forces at Kim Kardashian’s wedding over the weekend by making out in full view of the other guests. Rumors that Kylie and Jaden are dating have been circulating since last year, but the two have never confirmed their relationship and it was thought that Kylie invited Jaden as her guest on a purely platonic basis. Maybe it was John Legend’s crooning or Jaden’s bizarre choice of attire, but for whatever reason Kylie and Jaden went went from besties to hook-up buddies on Kimye’s big day. No word on whether the two teenage celebs are finally officially dating or if it was just a one-time thing but sources say Kylie got drunk at Kim’s rehearsal dinner , so maybe she was just under the influence when she got intimate with Jaden.  Or maybe at the tender age of 16 she’s already planning her own celebrity wedding. Wasted Motorist Slams Car Into Fried Chicken Restaurant, Then Publicly Pleasures Himself At Crash Site A New Jersey man apparently had a wild night before swerving his vehicle into a Crown Chicken in Philly on Monday morning. We assume he was on his way to grab that hangover meal when he lost control of his car, but not too sure what caused his next course of action. Maybe he just REALLY likes fried chicken? As HuffPost reports: On Monday morning, Vincent J. Wade, a 34-year-old Jersey man, allegedly got wasted and crashed his car into a Pennsylvania Crown Fried Chicken, Philly Mag first reported. Then things got a little out of hand — or in-hand, if you think about it. Video taken at the scene shows a completely nekkid Wade, who appeared to be choking his own chicken right next to the wreckage… Despite being naked and only 400 feet from an elementary school, Philly Mag reports that Wade was charged with driving under the influence , not indecent exposure or public lewdness. Wade was released from jail after posting a $500 bond, according to Philly.com The man who shot the video told Philly Mag that Wade appeared to be pleasuring himself. “Oh, he was most definitely making himself feel happy,” the onlooker said. Thankfully, no one was hurt in the crash, and the chicken-c**k-pie enthusiast did only minimal damage to the restaurant. Whatever he was on, we definitely don’t want any! But, we’re still wondering how he only got charged with DUI after getting buck-nekkid and handling business so close to an elementary school?

David Cassidy Arrested for Drunk Driving… AGAIN

Forgive us for sounding like a broken record, but David Cassidy has been arrested for drunk driving. This is the singer’s THIRD such offense. According to TMZ, Cassidy was pulled over after making an illegal right turn off a 405 freeway exit. When officers approached his car, they smelled alcohol on the artist breath. He flunked a subsequent field sobriety test by blowing a .19, twice the legal limit in California. The former Partridge Family star was also arrested for DUI in November 2010 and then again in August 2013 . Cassidy was taken to jail in this case, booked for driving under the influence and released hours later. He should clearly lose his license now and spend a lot of time behind bars.

Dina Lohan is actually contending that the paparazzi drove her to get behind the wheel of a car while under the influence. You can’t make this stuff up. Her attorney, Mark Heller, appeared for a routine hearing in Dina’s DUI case, then offered up this creative “theory” in defense of his high-profile client. According to Heller, Lindsay Lohan’s mom’s lifestyle presents so many challenges and so much stress, exacerbated by those vultures that follow her. If you buy into his rationale, every star and their parents would be full-blown alcoholics, which clearly isn’t true. But he is pushing this idea nonetheless. Heller says that because she is so frequently harassed, DiLo’s decision making was as impaired as her driving was when she got stopped on Long Island. Because of photographers and their impact on her, Dina was inclined to drink so much she registered a .20 blood alcohol level, then get in the car and drive. That’s right, it’s all celebrity gossip ‘s fault. Heller, who briefly represented Lindsay in one of her many criminal cases before being run out of L.A., hopes that the judge will take his argument under consideration . He may not want to hold his breath.

Just say no, folks… Intruder Found In Couple’s Home Eating Cat Food Off Of The Floor A New Mexico man who broke into the home of a couple after they refused to allow him to used the phone is now in police custody after they found him bare bodied and chowing down on cat food in the couple’s house. via THG Roy Kincaid was arrested last Sunday night after police found the 22-year old inside the home of a couple in New Mexico, completely naked and eating cat food off the ground. Mike Wolfersperger told KRQE News 13 that he and his wife called 911 after Kincaid rang their doorbell and asked to use their phone. When the couple told Kincaid to leave, he stripped down in their backyard and used a ladder to shatter the back door. Wolfersperger barricaded himself in his bedroom while Kincaid was in their home and, when authorities arrived, they found the 22-year old sucking his thumb, nude, curled up on the carpet. As you might expect, Kincaid was reportedly under the influence of drugs at the time. He could not provide an explanation for what he did. The young man’s criminal history also includes charges of trespassing, larceny, drug possession and DWI. In 2013, Bam Margera called the cops when he came across a naked, masturbating intruder. But it was not Kincaid. We’d love to hear this guy’s response whe”what’d you go to jail for?”

Can’t Get Right: Jim Jones Popped By One-Time For Driving High Off The Sticky Icky

Jim, you have to do better. Jim Jones Arrested For Driving Under The Influence Jim caught fade with cops and he says he was racially profiled. According to TMZ Rapper Jim Jones was arrested for cruising around high — and allegedly at high speed — this morning in the Bronx … TMZ has learned. According to law enforcement sources … NYPD pulled JJ over around 2 AM for speeding on a highway … and when officers approached his Chevy Impala (baller) — they say he had bloodshot eyes and he looked out of it. We’re told they put Jones through some field sobriety tests … which he did NOT pass with flying colors. Sources tell us JJ refused a breathalyzer test back at the police station, and was booked for driving under the influence of drugs. We’re told the drug is believed to be sticky icky.
