This ninja Kris is really about that bread!!! The divorce between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries has turned into an all-out war, and Star magazine has exclusively learned that Kris is taking aim at the Kardashians by threatening to sue the E! network. According to a production insider, Kris wants his $28,500 per episode salary doubled to $50,000 and will retaliate by suing the cable network if they don’t adhere to his demands. “Kris is freaking out about his finances, even though the NBA lockout has ended,” the insider revealed. “After all, it’s his storyline that is making the show a success this season!” As RadarOnline.com first reported, Kim maintains a lot of editorial control over Kourtney & Kim Take New York and after filing for divorce, made sure the new season of the hit show would portray her as the “victim” and Kris as the “lazy and insensitive” villain. Star magazine’s insider points to those editorial decisions as Kris’ backing for a multi-million dollar lawsuit, citing emotional distress he has suffered because of how poorly the show has made him look. “He was nothing more than a disposable groom, used for ratings,” the source said. “He feels he deserves some type of compensation.” For the full story pick up the new issue of Star magazine — on newsstands now. Linday Lohan’s Playboy Photos Leak

Mag tells MTV News ‘someone took photos of Lindsay’s pictorial in an advanced copy of the January/February issue.’ By Jocelyn Vena Lindsay Lohan’s leaked Playboy cover Photo: Playboy First, Lindsay Lohan’s Playboy cover leaked , and days later, a set of photos set to appear in the January/February issue hit the Net when Perez Hilton posted the photos on his blog Friday (December 9). The photos clearly pay homage to Marilyn Monroe and her vintage Playboy pictorial. Lohan, donning little more than red lipstick (and, in one pic, a fur shrug), poses nude in front of a red curtain. The actress was photographed in soft light as she poses on red couches and bedding, in various sexy positions. The photos were shot in November in Los Angeles, in between Lohan’s court dates and legal issues . In an interview with “The Insider,” mom Dina said the pictorial would be “tastefully done.” “She’s been working in front of the camera with Ford Models since she was a little girl,” she added. “So she kinda knows how to work that.” A rep for Playboy addressed the latest leak to MTV News in a statement: “Someone took photos of Lindsay’s pictorial in an advanced copy of the January/February issue. They posted the photos online without permission. We are not releasing any official images or information until December 15.” Lohan is set to do an interview with Ellen DeGeneres on her December 15 talk show to about the pictorial. It was originally planned that the cover and an additional image would debut on the show. A source told TMZ that Playboy execs are “freaking out” about the leak. The magazine is slated to hit newsstands next week, and the magazine allegedly printed thousands of extra copies. They fear the leak could hurt sales and they had been banking on the fact that this would be the mag’s best-seller of the year. The actress was reportedly paid nearly $1 million for the shoot.

Terrence Howard Accused of Beating, Threatening to Kill Estranged Wife Michelle

Terrence Howard’s estranged wife, Michelle Howard, was granted a restraining order against the actor this morning, saying beats and threatens to kill her. Michelle filed court documents claiming Terrence began making threats and beating her up just seven days after the couple got married in January 2010. She filed for divorce in February 2011. He denies any of this . In the documents, Michelle claims Howard “slugged me across my face and neck” and threatened to throw her off a balcony, and that the actor also … Said, “If you tell anyone about my business, I’ll kill you and no one will ever know.” Smacked her in the face, chipping her tooth with his wedding ring. Yelled, “B!tch, walk home. That’s my car, I pay for it.” Said, “I’ll hit a woman quicker than I’d hit a man.” Threw her to the ground in a parking lot. Howard denies he ever threatened Michelle, who he accuses of trying to “release private materials to 3rd parties for her own personal financial gain.” The material in question: A video of Terrence Howard nude, singing in the shower. Obviously. That would fetch MILLIONS on the market tomorrow. In any case, an L.A. County Superior Court judge granted Michelle a temporary restraining order preventing Howard from going near or contacting her.

Kim Richards has entered a treatment center and a friend makes it clear to People : the reality star needs a lot of help. Describing Kim’s behavior leading up to the stint as “erratic,” this sources tells the magazine : “Kim has been to rehab more than once before, but every time is a new time, and everyone just hopes this sticks and that she gets the help she needs. It’s serious.” Among the myriad of problems facing Paris Hilton’s aunt? Despite what you saw on a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills , Kim is NOT residing with her boyfriend, Ken. “She’s basically homeless, staying with various friends,” this insider says. “She doesn’t have a home base. It’s not unusual for people to not hear from her for long stretches of time. It’s been that way for years… She has lots of issues. She needs help.”

And a friend tells Radar Online that the NBA free agent did not like what he witnessed. “It’s just not a true depiction about what was actually going on between Kim and Kris,” the insider says . Mariah Yeater dropped her lawsuit against Justin Bieber, but if she thinks she’s out of the woods after dismissing her paternity claim, girl can keep dreaming. Quietly, Yeater dismissed the suit last Thursday, after Justin and his team made it clear they would sue Mariah and her lawyers for their “malicious claims.” Guess what? They still are, because even though Mariah Yeater no longer hopes to extort money from the Bieb, she still made the claim in the first place. Justin is not backing down, according to the star’s publicist, Matthew Hiltzik, who says Yeater and her lawyers, who have since quit, will be hearing about this. “We intend to still hold them accountable,” he said. After Yeater claimed Bieber fathered her baby after 30 seconds of aggressive bathroom sex last year, Justin wanted to go after her and set an example that people who file baseless claims against celebrities do so at their own peril. She gave interviews to Star Magazine and The Insider , and possibly others, about the whole thing, too, meaning she basically lied about Bieber and got paid. You can bet she’ll be asked to pay damages REAL fast.

Just 24 hours after the news first broke , the reality starlet is getting lots of support from the rest of the close-knit Kardashian clan. “Our sister is going through a difficult time but we’re a close family and are sticking together like always,” Kourtney Kardashian tweeted . “We appreciate everyone’s kindness and support. @KimKardashian, we love you.” Meanwhile, outspoken little sister Khloe had a message for all the haters out there. “Reading some [of] these comments r so hurtful. Im grateful 4our fans who understand & r being respectful. Hate is disgusting. Love is everything,” she tweeted . “Thank God for family. We are strong and we will only become closer!
