Joy-Anna Duggar: I Lost All My Baby Weight! (But I Won’t Tell You How!)

It’s been less than a year since Joy-Anna Duggar welcomed her first child . But already, fans are demanding answers to two very familiar questions: 1. Is Joy-Anna pregnant again ? (As far as we can tell, there’s no reason to believe the rumors that she’s expecting her second child.) 2. How did Joy-Anna shed her post-pregnancy pounds? Sadly, it looks like she’s not spilling the tea on that one … for now. Joy-Anna Duggar: I Lost My Baby Weight! Joy posted the above video to her Instagram page on Wednesday. “Excited to share about this!” she captioned the clip. “It’s been SOOO helpful for me. My health coach has lost 47lbs in 15 weeks and her husband has lost 40lbs in just 9 weeks!!” Following an endorsement like that, fans were eager to find out the secret to Joy’s success. Unfortunately, it seems she’s keeping a lid on that information for reasons that aren’t entirely clear. “I lost all my baby weight within the first week of doing the program and now I’m really happy because I got below my wedding weight,” Joy-Anna told fans in the video. “Before my wedding I worked so hard to get there. “It’s such an easy program to follow and very little meal prep, which is super helpful for me and our schedule,” Joy continued. “The cost is comparable or even less than most people are spending on their food budget already.” Normally, that would be the point in the video where Joy would sing the praises of some weight loss program that she’s been paid to endorse — or even just one she found personally helpful but with which she’s not professionally affiliated. But for the time being, at least, Joy’s keeping the specifics about the program to herself. And fans are understandably confused. “I’m kinda skeptical,” one follower commented. “Why not say the name of the program? Why all the secrets?” The Duggars are no strangers to sponsored content, but they’re more selective than most reality stars when it comes to the products and services they endorse. Many commenters speculated that Joy is referring to the brand Optavia, as the Duggars apparently have a history with the company. Perhaps the final details of the deal haven’t been sorted out yet, or perhaps Joy is just building suspense. Whatever the case, she’s keeping her lips semi-sealed for now. Justine Skye , 23,  confirmed what her fans had been speculating after posting up rapper/singer Goldlink , 25, to her Instagram page. The singer wrote, “my God the realest, that’s how we meet” in the caption underneath a boomerang style post. Speculation started bubbling about the twenty-somethings being an item just last week. Aren’t they cute? Goldlink appeared on “A Colors Show” last week to perform an unheard track called “Justine’s Interlude”. In the lyrics, the singer seemingly refers to Justine making headlines for being in a previous, allegedly abusive relationship with rapper Sheck Wes. Goldlink raps, ‘ “I’m tired of hearing about if this nigga put hands on ya Tired of tryna smile through sh*t that’s affecting us Then I get to overthinking if I’m here messing up” Folks online praised Goldlink for keeping it real about his feelings for Justine in his lyrics. Ex-NFL defensive back Tony Beckham defended his 15-year-old daughter from a perverted predator earlier this week, breaking a man’s face who trespassed on his property. According to TMZ , Palm Beach County FL police report that Tony spotted a strange man standing in the bushes outside his daughter’s window with both hands down his pants early Monday morning. When he noticed that the man was making masturbatory motions, he took off after him. Authorities say that Tony chased the man about 50 feet away from the house, caught up to him and beat him bloody, leading to several well-deserved facial fractures. Cops arrested the man, 48-year-old Geoffrey Cassidy, a homeless man. He was booked for Lewd or Lascivious Exhibition in the Presence of a Child and if convicted faces up to 15 years. Good for him! Folks, Amber Portwood is unleashing her infamous wrath on Instagram again — and this time, her target is a couple that definitely deserves it. Amber let loose on Jenelle Evans and David Eason during a live rant this morning, and for millions of Eason-haters, it was glorious to behold. Sure, Amber's had her problems over the years — who hasn't? — but Jenelle and David aren't messed up in a “relatable reality star” kind of way Unless, of course, you consider bigoted tirades, constant abuse allegations, and visits from the Secret Service to be relatable. No, what we have here is a pair of trainwrecks who need to be put in their place. And it seems Amber is the one to do it. Take a look: 1. Mad Amber Amber is not happy with the latest behavior from David Eason and Jenelle Evans. And it seems she’s not shy about telling the couple what’s on her mind. 2. Hard Times Amber has been having a difficult go of it following a bout with post-partum depression, but it seems she’s well enough to come after the biggest D-bag on television. 3. Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop Amber is so pissed off that her rant started yesterday — and is still going strong today. 4. Paris Jackson Breaks Silence on Alleged Mental Health Treatment

Paris Jackson would like everyone to remember an old adage: Don’t believe everything you read. Especially not when it comes to the personal life of someone you’ve never met. Earlier today, we reported what other outlets had written about Michael Jackson’s famous daughter; that she had checked into rehab for assistance with her mental health . This is what an insider told People Magazine on the topic: “After a busy year of work engagements that took her all over the globe, Paris decided that she needed to take some time off to reboot, realign and prioritize her physical and emotional health. “She checked herself into a treatment facility to aid in her wellness plan and is looking forward to coming out of this revitalized and ready to tackle the exciting new projects that await her.” According to Paris herself, however, only the first part of this statement is accurate. Along with a photo of herself and her dog on Instagram, Jackson updated followers on her status this afternoon. She acknowledges that things haven’t been going so well of late — but seems to shoot down talk that she is seeing anyone professional about it. “The media is exaggerating per usual,” Jackson wrote online, adding in more detail: “yes i’ve taken a break from work and social media and my phone because it can be too much sometimes, and everyone deserves a break, but i am happy and healthy and feeling better than ever!” Jackson then delved into her musical career and concluded: “gabriel and i have some new music we’re stoked to share with y’all! (@thesoundflowers) hope you guys’ new year started out with lots of love and light and all the things. “i’ll be back soon!!” In recent years, Jackson has been open about struggling with anxiety and depression, while also dealing with the trauma from a sexual assault in her teenage years. Just a couple months ago, we heard that family members were worried Jackson would overdose . A source who spoke to The New York Post, meanwhile, says that the 20-year-old had received an evaluation but returned home shortly afterward. It’s unclear when this evaluation took place. But the insider did add that Jackson was just “tired” and “exhausted” from her busy schedule the past several months. In a 2017 Rolling Stone article, the young star admitted she has attempted suicide several times. “I was going through a lot of, like teen angst. And I was also dealing with my depression and my anxiety without any help,” she told the magazine, saying she tried to kill herself in June of 2013 attempt at age 15, adding: “It was just self-hatred … Low self-esteem, thinking that I couldn’t do anything right, not thinking I was worthy of living anymore.” We really hope Jackson is doing better these days.
