The Bronx rapper has accused Brittney Taylor of harassing her stepdaughter (read: Papoose’s first-born daughter). Reports Page Six : The Bronx rapper’s lawyer, Dawn Florio, told a Manhattan Criminal Court judge that she plans to hand over screenshots to prosecutors proving her client’s foe, TV personality Brittney Taylor, has been bothering Ma’s stepdaughter by phone and on social media. Taylor “has actively been calling my client’s daughter as well as tagging her on social media,” Florio griped to reporters outside the courtroom. “Remy doesn’t want her daughter to be harassed by Brittney.” Florio claimed that the DA’s office has “an open mind” about the case and that she hopes to convince prosecutors to toss the charges against Ma by her next court appearance Sept. 26. Ma’s real name is Reminisce Smith. Her stepdaughter is Dejanae Mackie, the daughter of her husband, rapper Papoose. Emily Hartridge, a beloved YouTube star and personal trainer/presenter in Great Britain, died on Friday after being involved in an electric scooter accident. She was 35 years old. The tragic news was revealed in an Instagram post that reads as follows: Hi everyone. This is a horrible thing to have to say over Instagram but we know many of you were expecting to see Emily today and this is the only way to contact you all at once. Emily was involved in an accident yesterday and passed away. We all loved her to bits and she will never be forgotten. She has touched so many lives it’s hard to imagine things without her. She was a very special person. Here is a look at the message in full: Elsewhere, without naming the online personality, London’s Metropolitan Police Service released details of a collison between a scooter and a truck on Friday. “Police were called at 08:36hrs on Friday, 12 July to reports of an electric scooter being in collision with a lorry at Queenstown Road, junction with Battersea Park Road SW8. Officers and London Ambulance Service attended,” this report read. “A woman in her 30s had suffered serious injuries and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.” Hartridge had close to 350,000 YouTube subscribers at the time of her passing. She started posting seven years ago and rose to prominence mostly due to videos in listicle form, typically titling footage such as this “10 Reasons Why …” where topics ranged from sex, relationships, love, gender and life. Her latest video was called “10 Reasons to Get a Younger Boyfriend” and it centered on that fact that her boyfriend is eight years her junior. On average, Hartridge earned around three million views a month and went on to host TV shows such as 4OD’s Oh Sh*t I’m 30 . Hartridge’s last Instagram post, meanwhile, was shared on Friday, as she talked about her reaction to a troll who asked if she was a man because of her lean-muscular physique. “I have never adhered to societal norms and I am certainly not going to start now,” the 35-year old explained in response. YouTube Creators released a statement on Twitter Saturday that read: We’re deeply saddened to learn about the tragic loss of a truly talented British creator, Emily Hartridge. Our thoughts and condolences go out to all of her loved ones and fans. Fans and others YouTubers also took to social media in mourning, with author Greg Jenner Tweeting: “Deeply saddened to see this on Instagram. I met @emilyhartridge on a train 5 years ago, and by the end of the journey we’d shared all sorts of things about our mental health and insomnia. “She was funny, kind, and open-hearted. My deepest sympathies to the Hartridge family.” Added celebrity host Maude Garrett: “I’m really struggling to comprehend the sudden passing of my friend @emilyhartridge. OK, so this is some really terrible news. Like, just sincerely awful. Because you know how Jenelle Evans is the world's worst pet owner? There are so many examples of this, like there's the old Teen Mom 2 scene where she kept her dog and Nathan Griffith's dog in cages that were way too small for them. She yelled and screamed at them and even let them loose outside and told them to leave — they could have easily been hit by a car. Then there was the time that she tried to get that same dog of hers to fetch a lit firework. That very same dog — her pitbull, Jax … he's been through a lot — seems to have a broken tail in the photos and videos she's shared of him in the last couple of years, lots of people are mad about that. And then, of course, there's the case of Nugget, her little French bulldog . You know what happened, but real quick, let's recap. See, Nugget was never trained properly, and it seems like Jenelle and David never taught the kids how to interact with animals in a respectful way. We saw that in that video David shared on Instagram of Ensley climbing all over Nugget and getting close to her face, even though the dog was very clearly uncomfortable. Nugget gave her a warning nip, as dogs tend to do — a little “back up” communication. She didn't even break the skin, but David grabbed her, threw her outside, and shot her . We know that because both David and Jenelle said that's what happened, as did countless reports about what went down at the Eason home in the following days. Now, Jenelle is saying that she's not sure what happened to her dog , but she never heard a gunshot and she never saw David do anything. Ridiculous, right? You know what else is ridiculous? They just got two new puppies. In a new video David shared on his YouTube channel, he introduces the puppies — two Anatolian Shepherds named Buddy and Junior. In his caption, he explained that “Recently we had to find a better way of protecting our chickens and livestock.” “We have hawks and crows always eating the heads off our chickens and plastic owls are not doing the trick.” He said that poor Jax, Jenelle's old pitbull, killed one of their bigs, so “we decided to give him to a friend.” “After lots of research we came across this breed of dog called the Anatolian Shepherd,” David continued. “They are one of the most unique types of dog I have ever seen and have the best temperament and disposition of any dog I have ever owned.” He finished up his explanation with “They are a livestock guardian breed and do not mind eating and sleeping with all our animals on The Land!” Right, so this is horrible for several reasons. One, they have absolutely no business owning any animals after what happened to Nugget, and it's insane that they're flaunting two new puppies like this. Two, David keeps talking about how sweet and calm the puppies are in the video — does he really think tiny little Nugget was more dangerous than these two? Three, a quick bit of research on this breed shows that they're working dogs, and without rigorous training, they can become destructive and aggressive. They can also grow to be well over 100 pounds, with males reaching up to 150 pounds. If they couldn't handle training Nugget, who was maybe ten pounds, then what are they going to do with two 100+ pound dogs? They obviously didn't learn anything with the CPS case and the animal cruelty investigation, and we know all the kids go out and help with tending to the animals. Joe Budden has been through his fair share of relationship woes throughout his time in the entertainment industry–but it finally seemed like he found his match after settling down with fellow Love & Hip Hop star Cyn Santana . After going half on a baby and proposing at a live episode of his podcast back in December, the two ended up breaking things off only a few months later for reasons that haven’t yet been explained. In the months since the mysterious break-up, Budden has seemed mostly in good spirits while sprinkling in some jokes about his sad boy summer. All the while, it looks like he’s got another prospect waiting for him in the wing. Lashana Lynch who played Maria Rambeau in “Captain Marvel” will take on the famous 007 moniker in the forthcoming James Bond film. To be clear, the history-making moment means she’s the first BLACK PERSON and the first FEMALE to take on the role. The British actress, 31, will play 007 in what The Daily Mail is describing as a “popcorn dropping moment” between her and the current Bond Daniel Craig. Bond is apparently retired and BEFUDDLED that this “brilliant young black woman” won’t fall for his charm. “Bond, of course, is sexually attracted to the new female 007 and tries his usual seduction tricks, but is baffled when they don’t work on a brilliant, young black woman who basically rolls her eyes at him and has no interest in jumping into his bed,” a source told the Mail. “It’s a popcorn-dropping moment. Bond is still Bond but he’s been replaced as 007 by this stunning woman,” the source told the Mail. The film is currently in production in Italy and the UK. The untimely death of Nugget, Jenelle Evans' poor little French bulldog, made a whole, whole lot of waves. And that's because the dog was killed by Jenelle's husband, David Eason. Or was she? Did David actually kill the dog? Is everything we know a lie? In the past few days, Jenelle has been talking more and more about what happened, and she's made an even bigger mess of everything, if you can even believe it. She's made a mess so big, in fact, that she may be facing charges for it. 1. Buckle Up! This is a long, complicated, sometimes infuriating story, all right? So settle in, maybe grab a snack or some tissues or like a stress ball or something, and let’s get started. 2. RIP Nugget At the end of April, David shot and killed Nugget, Jenelle’s dog, after she allegedly bit Ensley. It was a huge story at the time, and clearly it still is. 3. The Confession After the news of Nugget’s death broke, David took to Instagram to explain his side of the story, writing “I dont give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face… whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I dont put up with that sh-t at all. I’m all about protecting my family, it is my lifes mission.” 4. Worth Killing For “Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me,” he continued. “You can hate me all you want but this isnt the first time the dog bit Ensley aggressively. The only person that can judge weather or not a animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME.” 5. Confirmed Jenelle confirmed the awful news several times in different statements — like, she said “David killed my dog Nugget because he snapped at my 2-year-old, Ensley. He doesn’t put up with that and those are his beliefs. He just took her and shot her in the woods … about two acres away from the house.” 6. More Evidence She shared countless stories on her social media accounts about how David had killed the dog, she posted a sad story about how devastated she was that the dog was gone and never coming back … like, we all know what happened.
