Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer is doing all she can to negotiate the best possible plea deal for a client who, in legal parlance, is up s— creek without a paddle. The troubled star has other ideas about how to proceed, however. Lindsay doesn’t care what Shawn Chapman Holley is trying to work out with the D.A., and is still steadfastly refusing to plea bargain if it involves jail time. DENIAL : The writing is on the wall, but LiLo won’t read it . Facing felony grand theft charges for allegedly pilfering a $2,500 from a jewelry store, and already on probation for her 2007 DUI case, she’s up against it. Nevertheless, Lohan insists on going to trial in the hopes she will win and clear her name. Apparently the train wreck is unaware of how probation works. Holley, D.A. Danette Myers and Judge Keith Schwartz will meet week to get a feel for how much time Lindsay Lohan will be sentenced to with a guilty plea.
If a man who rambles on about Adonis DNA and warlock tendencies can be believed, Charlie Sheen might end up back on Two and a Half Men after all. Calling into The Chio & Shila Show yesterday, the actor opened the interview by sounding like his usual, successful self : “My super powers are blowing it up completely… I think were winning this morning.” After a bad connection forced Sheen to call back, he made it clear that he’s largely in on the running joke he’s created, telling the hosts: “What did you all do in that missing ten seconds without me? Did it feel like your lives had ended?” Getting down to business, though, Sheen was asked about the state of his sitcom and said “it feels like all parties” are nearing an understanding, concluding: “Absolutely the gig’s coming back, I have absolute faith in that.” Do you want Sheen back on the show?
Vanessa Hudgens streetwalked her way to Letterman like she was trained so well to do all those years working for Disney for exposure….not for money… She wore fishnets and a little dress to remind us she’s not a Disney starlet anymore, proven in the break up with her gay boyfriend she was contractually obliged to date and a reminder of the leaked her nude pics of her hairy twat years ago… The Bad news is that Letterman didn’t talk about her nude pictures and instead spoke to her about a stripper tattoo of a butterfly on her neck that normally would be on her french trash ass…but I guess that’s cuz she’s a classy whore…. The good news is that she’s got a 15 year old hot sister for you perverts to lust after….and apparently “she’s playing the field”….so get ready for a new Miley…… Now here’s her interview with Letterman talking about how Disney Raped her whore pussy….or at least as far as I’m concerned…you know I hear what I want to hear and interpret it how I want to interpret it….
Mag dubs her ‘America’s #1 Party Girl.’ By Aly Semigran Snooki on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine Photo: Mark Seliger/ RollingStone.com Pint-size reality star/published author Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi made the cover of the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine — doing her best “Dr. Strangelove” imitation, no less — which hits newsstands this Friday. But the cover shot already hit the Web on Wednesday (March 2), prompting Polizzi to tweet , “THE NEW ROLLING STONE COVER : Nicole Snooki Polizzi ♥ #loveitorhateit =).” In the issue, the 23-year-old, who is currently riding the success of the record-breaking third season of “Jersey Shore,” poses with pickles, discusses life in the limelight and announces her plans for total reality-television domination. While the magazine has dubbed her “America’s #1 Party Girl,” it may not be a title she is entirely comfortable with. Polizzi, who said she watches the show every week, has noticed how her partying ways have caught up with her. “If I do something stupid, which is pretty much the whole time, I hate it,” she reveals, “I just hate it. Obviously, they’re only going to put the good stuff in, and the good stuff is us drunk, so all I’m seeing is me drunk and falling down. That’s how I am when I party, but some of the stuff I do is, like, ‘Really, Nicole?’ I look like a freakin’ alcoholic. I’m like, ‘You’re sweating, your makeup is running, you look gross.’ I just look like sh–.” Still, those less-than-flattering moments and the effects of being on camera all day, every day (“There’s no normalcy,” she gripes) don’t seem to stop Polizzi from seeking out a life in front of the cameras. “When ‘Jersey Shore’ ends I’m going to do more spin-offs,” she told the magazine. “What I’d like is to turn out like Jessica Simpson, with her whole brand. She makes millions … I’m trying to build an empire, because after this I can’t get a normal job. I mean, how do I go and sit behind a desk?” But before those future endeavors, Polizzi is more than willing to talk about what’s currently going on at “Jersey Shore.” In addition to releasing excerpts from the interview, a video has been posted at RollingStone.com featuring a behind-the-scenes look at the multi-outfit (including a pickle barrel) photo shoot with Polizzi, who discussed everything from heading to Italy to her occasional friend-with-benefits, “Jersey Shore” castmate Vinny Guadagnino. Polizzi, who said she was excited but surprised that Rolling Stone chose her for the cover (“I’m like, ‘Okay, who am I? Like, I don’t sing, I don’t do anything like that”), also theorized on why she’s the most-liked castmember on the series. “I think everyone gravitates towards me more on ‘Jersey Shore’ just because I think I’m more relatable and … I’m real and I don’t care [if I] show my real side.” Still, Polizzi will likely bond with her fellow castmembers as they head to Italy for the upcoming fourth season. “I’m definitely excited to go to Italy for the new season,” Polizzi says, but acknowledges her limited capabilities of the language. “The only thing I really know in Italian is ‘Ciao, bella.’ ” Polizzi also brought up a certain castmember after riding the RS cover rocket (which she later signed, “Goodbye rocket, you hurt my ass”): Vinny Guadagnino. “Vinny definitely compares to the rocket I sat on,” Polizzi said of her co-star, with whom she’s shared some, er, intimate moments on the show. “I would probably call that rocket Seabiscuit because that’s the same size as Vinny’s ding-dong.” Don’t miss “Jersey Shore” every Thursday at 10 p.m. ET/PT on MTV. ‘I think it’s the best album I have ever made,’ Spears tells V magazine. By Jocelyn Vena Britney Spears Photo: Kevin Winter/ Getty Images Britney Spears’ issue of V magazine is set to officially drop on Thursday, but a sneak peek of the issue, which features the singer donning couture in photos shot by Mario Testino, found its way online in advance. In the interview with the magazine, Spears opens up about her new album, her love of dance music and her rise to fame. “I don’t think I thought about ‘fame’ when I was a child,” she told the fashion mag. “I knew I wanted to perform and I knew I wanted to be on stage, but I don’t think I ever thought about fame or what comes with being famous.” When asked if she was destined to be famous, she jokes, “If not, then God definitely has a strange sense of humor.” The singer admits that she has a certain mantra when it comes to dealing with both the good and the bad that come with being a celebrity. “I have learned to always stay true to myself and never let what other people say about me change who I am,” she explained. “It’s a really important lesson that took me a long time to learn.” Spears is also staying true to her musical roots on her new album, which drops March 29, which she says embraces who she is in her life now. “I think Femme Fatale speaks for itself,” she said. “I worked really hard on it and spent almost two years recording it. I think it’s the best album I have ever made. There’s nothing to say. I’ll let the music speak for itself. … It’s definitely my edgiest and most mature sound yet. “It’s a little bit of both [an evolution and a revolution],” she continued. “There are songs on this album that don’t sound like anything else and are completely revolutionary, but I also believe this album expresses where I am today as a woman and is an evolution of who I am.” Related Videos Reactions To Britney’s ‘Hold It Against Me’ Related Photos Britney Spears’ ‘Hold It Against Me’ Pop-Culture References Related Artists Britney Spears

During a post-Grammy interview with the Associated Press, overnight sensation Justin Bieber performed the ultimate Black-girl no-no when he reached out to pat Esperanza Spalding’s ‘fro. Black women across America went into an uproar…Over hair? Understandably, women who pay a great deal of money (regardless of whether or not it fits into the budget) to maintain their tresses are inclined to preserve a fresh ‘do for as long as possible. But, it shouldn’t be the end of the world if someone dares to touch it during casual conversation (or yank it a little during you know what). It is not that important; and, certainly not serious enough to throw a tantrum. It’s just hair. Continue reading at MadameNoire.com
