Lea Michele Gushes Over Cory Monteith in Pre-Death Marie Claire Interview

Lea Michele is featured on the cover of the latest Marie Claire Mexico. And while the interview with the actress wouldn’t have been headline-worthy a few weeks ago, the actress’ words ring especially sad in light of Cory Monteith’s drug overdose a few weeks ago. “He is the best person I know,” Michele told the magazine of Monteith, speaking prior to Cory’s passing. Since the tragedy, Michele has released a couple statements through her publicist, most recently saying she’s ” grateful for the love and support” she’s received. Other reports say she helped Monteith’s family enormously during its time of need, taking charge of Monteith’s memorial and cremation, among other important details. Added the Glee star in her Marie Claire feature, gushing over her man: “He has made my life so incredible, and I am so thankful for him and not only to have him as a partner but also as a co-worker. It is important to have someone that supports you and encourage you, someone that makes you feel that you are unstoppable, that you can do anything in the world because you have him.” Monteith reportedly showed up on the set of Michele’s photo shoot, with an E! News source saying he was especially nice to everyone there.

The Wolverine Trailer Gets the Lego Treatment

The Wolverin e  opens this weekend so it only seems right that  The Wolverine trailer  get its own Lego version.  Check out the  The Wolverine  Lego trailer below! The Wolverine Lego Trailer Pretty close to the original! Well, as close as you are going to get with little plastic toys. Although I’m pretty sure Deadpool isn’t in the Hugh Jackman film. Nor is the top of R2-D2 going to make an appearance. I think we can pretty much be assured that an umbrella with the Batman logo isn’t going to show up in a Marvel film.  Did I miss any other “special guests”? Ready for  The Wolverine  this weekend? One Direction Breaks Miley Cyrus VEVO Record with "Best Song Ever"

Well, that didn’t take long. Just a few weeks after Miley Cyrus set a VEVO record for most video views in a 24-hour period (10.7 million hits for “We Can’t Stop”), One Direction has knocked the artist into second place. The band’s latest effort – on behalf of the appropriately titled ” Best Song Ever ” – garnered 10.9 million viewers in its first day of release. At over six minutes, the unique video is practically a short film, doubling as a preview for the group’s actual 3D movie, which comes out August 30. It also features Zayn in drag and Liam in a wig, along with American accents and some phony facial hair. One set of famous baby photos down… one more to go? With Kate Middleton and Prince William having already debuted a couple Royal Baby pics – just a day after he was born! –  many are wondering: What the heck is taking Kim Kardashian and Kanye West so long?!? Daughter North West came into this world on June 15 and, five weeks later, nary a single picture of the tyke has been released. Has Kanye West truly laid down the anti-tabloid law? Is Kris Jenner just holding out for the best deal possible? Or might the family have been waiting for Middleton to deliver in order to regain the spotlight for itself? Many theories are out there regarding why the most publicity-hungry reality stars in history have gone silent in the midst of such a monumental event, but the best we’ve heard is this: Kim Kardashian went into early labor. The timing of this event threw off the Kardashian’s initial plans to roll out little Nori. And once they got everything in order, Kris and kompany were afraid that Kate and William – the only potential new parents alive who could actually shove Kim and Kanye to the sideline – would welcome a Royal bundle of joy around the same time North West photos came out, rendering them irrelevant. But now that the British baby is here? And has already been seen by millions around the globe? We’d be shocked if Kardashian didn’t debut her child before the month is over. Either that, or she really is cherishing motherhood and desiring privacy, as the miracle of birth has given Kim a new view on life and she’s realized the importance of… HA! Just kidding. Nori will make her debut very soon.

Andre 3000 in Jimi Hendrix Biopic: First Look!

It isn’t a polaroid picture (don’t worry, I hate myself for going there), but it is a first  All Is By My Side image showing Andre 3000 as the legendary Jimi Hendrix. Starring along with Andre Benjamin are Imogen Poots, Ruth Negga, and Hayley Atwell.  The story follows the musician’s transition from Jimmy James, an unknown, to Jimi Hendrix, an icon. The film will debut at the Toronto International Film Festival in September. No date has been set for wide release.
