Teen Bullies Charged With Felony After Classmate Commits Suicide Two barely-teenaged students have been charged with felony stalking following the death of their fellow classmate who committed suicide as a result of excessive bullying. via Fox News Two girls have been arrested in the death of a 12-year-old central Florida girl who authorities say committed suicide after being bulled online by several girls for nearly a year, a sheriff said Tuesday. The girls are 12 and 14, and they have been charged with felony aggravated stalking, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities have said Rebecca Sedwick was “terrorized” by as many as 15 girls who ganged up on her and picked on her for months through online message boards and texts. Some of the girls’ computers and cellphones were seized in the investigation. On Sept. 9, authorities say, Rebecca climbed a tower at an abandoned concrete plant and hurled herself to her death. There is NO justification for bullying someone, and especially to the point where they wouldn’t want to live anymore. These girls should really feel horrible. All In The Family: Woman Kills Mom And Brother Then Is Murdered By Her Father After Domestic Dispute Ends Violently

What the hell ?!? Pennsylvania Woman Shoots Family And Then Is Killed By Father A two-decade family feud came to a violent end when a man shot dead the two home invaders that killed his wife and son, not knowing the assailants included his long-estranged daughter, authorities said Sunday. Via WSBTV reports: Though the investigation of Friday’s shootings continues, authorities said it appears Josephine and Jeffrey Ruckinger planned to murder her family at their rural central Pennsylvania home — but it remains unclear what exactly led to the deadly confrontation. “They parked at the bottom of a long driveway, and walked up, heavily armed,” said Cambria County District Attorney Kelly Callihan. Josephine Ruckinger was armed with a sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun and her husband had a Derringer pistol and a .22-caliber semi-automatic handgun as they approached the Frew family home in Ashville, about 40 miles southwest of State College, according to investigators. John Frew, his wife Roberta, and their son John Jr., 47, had just returned from dinner out, and were watching TV in the living room of the white mobile home when there was a knock at the door, authorities said. Police say Roberta, 64, answered the door, and cried out something like “Oh my God, they have guns!” before her daughter shot her at point-blank range. John Jr. then may have attempted to arm himself with a gun, but Jeffrey Ruckinger shot him multiple times in the chest, killing him, police said. The elder Frew, 67, grabbed a .22 revolver and came out from the bedroom to find the daughter he didn’t initially recognize pointing the shotgun at him. Frew fired once, hitting her in the head, then turned and exchanged fire with Jeffrey Ruckinger, killing him. He then called police. Josephine Ruckinger was still alive when police arrived, but later died at an area hospital. John Frew was not hurt. Callihan said that the preliminary investigation suggests that the elder Frew and his family were victims “of a pre-planned murder” plot, and that he acted in self-defense. Police also found a can of gas and lighter fluid in the Ruckingers’ car. Well what’s world coming too, your own family comes to kill you. Glad the man had a gun so those punks didn’t get away murder. Shayanna Jenkins, the girlfriend of Aaron Hernandez, has been indicted on a single perjury charge as an accessory to the murder he is charged with. A Massachusetts prosecutor said Friday that a grand jury indicted Jenkins on a single count in relation to the investigation into the June 17 slaying. Odin Lloyd was found shot to death in an industrial park in North Attleborough, Mass., near Hernandez’s home, where Jenkins also lives with their child. Shayanna Jenkins ‘ sister had been dating Lloyd. Aaron Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in Odin Lloyd’s death and is has been held without bail for the past several months. The prosecutor says Hernandez’s cousin, Tanya Singleton, also was indicted on a new charge of conspiracy to commit accessory after the fact. The takeaway there is that the authorities believe she helped one of Aaron’s alleged accomplices get out of trouble by buying him a bus ticket to Florida. Aaron Hernandez Case Latest Details That man, Ernest Wallace, was eventually arrested in Florida, and is charged with being an accessory to Odin Lloyd’s murder. He remains in custody. Singleton has already pleaded not guilty to a criminal contempt charge. Authorities say she refused to testify before a grand jury in the murder case. Jenkins and Singleton were not arrested and have no court date yet. Aaron Hernandez’ s girlfriend faces up to two-and-a-half years in a jail if convicted on the perjury charge, though she would likely not get the full amount. If she goes to jail, child services would have to make arrangements with Jenkins’ family for the care of her child, as both parents would be in cells.

Rihanna, Slow Loris Pose For Photo; Two Dudes Get Arrested in Thailand

Stopping by the island paradise of Phuket, Thailand, on her Diamonds world tour last Friday, Rihanna took a selfie with an endangered slow loris. “Look who was talkin dity to me!” Rihanna captioned the pic. Soon after, two men got arrested over this. Why, you ask? Little did Rih know she was aiding local authorities in enforcing a law banning Thai citizens from charging tourists money to take photos with the primate. According to the Phuket News , officials from the Ministry of Natural Resources began investigating the photo at the urging of animal welfare groups. A police raid turned up two suspects, 20-year-old and 16-year-old males, who were both taken into custody. All because Rihanna ‘s pic went viral. The men could face up to four years in prison and big fines while the cute critters in their possession will be returned to a national park in Phang Nga. The slow loris, which is native to Southeast Asia, has seen its numbers dwindle dramatically since the 1960s due to deforestation and the wildlife trade. Many of the animals seen in markets often have high mortality rates due to illegal capturing and extensive abuse suffered at the hands of their keepers. Hence, wildlife’s conservation groups were concerned that such pics put online by Rihanna could increase the danger to the protected species. No one’s targeting Rihanna in the investigation, just the fact that there were guys with a loris who were offering it up for photos with passing tourists. Along with the slow loris, the Barbadian singer uploaded an Instagram shot of her feeding elephants, writing, “They all hail Empress when she walk by.” Word. Rihanna wasn’t done causing a Thailand stir, either. The controversial star posted NSFW tweets about taking in an X-rated sex show in Phuket’s red-light district, which also sparked the interest of local police. Those shows are against the law. Hopefully, as her tour moves to Singapore and Australia, she’ll stick to taking selfies with non-endangered wild animals like koalas, kangaroos or Chris Brown .

An unarmed man seeking help after a car crash over the weekend was shot 10 times by the Charlotte police officer who’s now charged in his death. Officer Charged After Killing Unarmed Man Officer Randall Kerrick fired 12 times at 24-year-old Jonathan Ferrell early Saturday while responding to a breaking and entering call, reports say. Ten of the bullets hit the former Florida A&M University football player. Kerrick was charged with voluntary manslaughter and will appear in court Tuesday. At a news conference, family members said that Ferrell had moved to North Carolina to be with his fiancee about a year ago and was working two jobs. They said he was likely unfamiliar with the area he was driving when he crashed early Saturday. Ferrell’s mother said she was praying for Kerrick. “I truly forgive him. I pray for him. And I pray that he gets off the police force,” Georgia Ferrell said. “You took a piece of my heart that I can never get back.” Police determined the shooting was excessive and charged Kerrick. A police statement Saturday said the investigation showed that “Kerrick did not have a lawful right to discharge his weapon during this encounter.” The deadly encounter unfolded after police said the car Ferrell was driving crashed into trees off a northeast Charlotte road early Saturday morning. Police Chief Rodney Monroe said after the fact that the wreck was so severe that Ferrell would have had to climb out of the back window to escape. Jonathan Ferrell apparently walked about a half-mile to the nearest house and was “banging on the door viciously” to attract attention, Monroe said. Thinking it was her husband coming home late from work, the woman who lives there opened the door. When she saw Ferrell, she shut it and called police. Monroe said he didn’t think the unarmed Ferrell made threats or tried to rob the woman, but officers responded to the breaking and entering call. They found Ferrell nearby. He ran toward the officers, who tried to stop him with a Taser. Police said he continued to run toward them when Kerrick fired. He hit Ferrell 10 times. Ferrell died at the scene. An attorney for Ferrell’s family, Chris Chestnut, applauded police for charging Kerrick and condemning the “shoot first and ask questions later” actions.

According to TMZ Rapper Mack Maine WILL be charged with sexual battery and assault for allegedly groping a female and then punching her female friend on Lil Wayne’s tour bus last week … officials tell TMZ. TMZ broke the story … Maine has been accused of inviting the alleged victims onto Wayne’s tour bus following a concert in OKC last week. While on the bus, one woman claims Maine stuck his hand down her shirt and squeezed her breast without consent. The woman claims she slapped Maine and tried to get off the bus, along with her female friend … but Maine was so upset, he blocked the door and punched the friend in the face, breaking her jaw. The D.A. tells TMZ it’s unclear WHEN they will file the charges against Maine, but officials say it’s just of matter of time. We reached out to Mack to for comment — so far, no word back. According to Mail Online A toddler has died after being shot in the chest with a BB gun by his father at their Atlanta Georgia apartment earlier today. The 18-month-old boy was carried to an ambulance, bleeding, after his father, Jesse Sellers, allegedly fired the gun at him, not realizing it was loaded. The 23-year-old, who has been charged with murder, had been trying to scare his young son, named Jesstin, according to a relative. A neighbor told the Atlanta Journal Constitution the father was apologizing to police as his son was taken away by ambulance, telling them: ‘I’m sorry, but I didn’t mean to.’ Police have not said officially who shot the toddler, but homicide detectives said earlier in the day charges were likely against Mr Sellers. ‘Charges to the father, for sure. We base the charges on the facts that we learn in the investigation,’ homicide unit commander Captain Paul Guerrucci, who was careful not to describe the incident as a shooting, said. The father had been said to be facing charges of second degree cruelty to children and felony murder, according to CBS Atlanta. He was charged with murder on Friday afternoon.
