It is stories such as this that once again remind us how important is to protect the Southern flank. Clearly we are dealing with a double edged sword on our southern border. The Mexican Cartels establish the drug smuggling corridors into our country (over half through the Arizona border) and in the end it is all about money. If Hezbollah, or Pakistani Al Qaeda terrorist offer up the cash these violent cartels will have no problem interfacing with them, even if they are aware that the terrorists are hell bent on destroying our miserable house within. Another solid argument for military being on our border. No totalitarian ideology goes away quietly. Islam will be no exception to this rule.
