Bar Refaeli is Amazing in Lingerie of the Day

After seeing these pictures I made a run for the local deli, where I picked up bagels, cream cheese and Lox, smoked meat and latkes, kanishes and whatever else the Asian guy who owns a Jewish deli told me was Jewish food, because I figure it’s the first step in getting to know Bar Refaeli without actually getting arrested in the process, you see you can’t convert to be Jewish without knowing what you’re going to be forced to eat in the process and you can’t get close to Bar Refaeli without dressing up like a Rabbi looking for donations…The only issue with me converting is the fact that I don’t believe in religion and that I’ve been eating a pig for the last decade, sure she’s my wife, but I’m sure they’ll hold it against me…. Not to mention, I’m sure there is already a line-up of richer, funnier, more charismatic Jewish guys with better futures willing to drop their wives, their girlfriends and pack their bags and move to Israel for this girl…she is like the top of their food chain…the pack leader…the mystical Jewish woman they read about as young Jewish boys… But luckily we still get to have fun with her and here she is in lingerie for Passionata some Lingerie company that probably paid her a lot of money for these pictures…so keep that in mind as you cum on your belly…. Here she is at the event celebrating all the money they spent on her amazing body…you know draw as much attention as you can to the shit to make it make sense…. Pics via Bauer

Christiane Amanpour: Too Brunette, Persian For TV? [Bias]

There is some controversy over Christiane Amanpour taking over ABC’s This Week. Longtime Washington Post critic Tom Shales , for example, is upset that she hates Israel and has bad hair. Now, normally, there’s nothing wrong with Tom Shales . He’s become a kind of boring TV critic, and being merely “kind of boring” instead of “actively terrible” at the Washington Post is actually doing pretty well for yourself. His SNL book was great and I am looking forward to his ESPN book. But it is increasingly apparent that he brokers no dissent in television figures when it comes to the subject of Israel, and he also has a really nasty tendency to suspect non-Jews with family ties to the Middle East of bias. Like, did you know that Helen Thomas is criticizes Israel because her parents were Syrian immigrants (like three hundred years ago)? And Amanpour—certainly sounds French, but she’s actually half-Persian. This is over the line, really. Amanpour is anti-Israel because 60 people joined a Facebook group and she’s from (pre-Islamic Revolution) Iran? Ugh. And then Tom made some sexist cracks in his livechat today. During his Washington Post chat today about his column, Shales called Amanpour “one of the most over-rated and hyped personalities of our day” and then added: “neither you nor I has stooped to mentioning that hair of hers — yipe. What’s the deal with that, as David Letterman might say.” He also wondered whether ABC will “try to turn Amanpour into Little ms Politics.” I… I don’t know what is up with her hair. It seems pretty normal to me? Besides, you know, not being blonde. To say “ooh that hair” is mildly chauvinistic, but it’s also just the sort of thing people say about people on TV, male or female. (No one ever thought Sam Donaldson’s hair disqualified him from being taken seriously, but they did indeed make a lot of fun of it.) But yes, “Little Ms. Politics” is pretty gross. (It also sounds like a title that a lady Fox correspondent would happily accept.) And Glenn Greenwald makes the obvious point that no one serious (like, newspaper critic-level, not nutty blogger-level) ever really talks about the Jewishness of Wolf Blitzer or David Gregory and wonders whether or not that affects their objectivity. (Nor does anyone mention that former AIPAC employee Blitzer is also a complete moron. Seriously, there are not thoughts in his head. He just emits sounds. He is a professional sound-maker.) I, for one, think Amanpour-to- This Week might be a dumb idea and a shame because we’re taking one of our very few television celebrities who does anything to educate television-watching Americans about foreign affairs and sentencing her to a career of eliciting canned responses from the same idiot elected officials. Seems like a waste of her experience and expertise. But she’s earned a rest from real journalism and CNN is an identity-less third-place joke, so ABC might be good for her. Still: a prominent 52-year-old half-Persian woman is being subject to attacks based on her sex and ethnicity! Color us shocked! Time to watch Megyn Kelly explain some poll she read that told her 99% of voters spontaneously weep when they even think of Obamacare .

Are Israel and the US about to break up?

News about Israel today is dominated by headlines pointing to the “greatest rift in decades”. I find it hard to believe that one of America's most special relationships is really in existential peril…but things don't look great between the two nations. Last week, as Biden was in Israel discouraging settlement building, the government announced 1600 new settlements in East Jerusalem. The Obama Adminstration is more than a little miffed. And though Netanyahu's government has apologized for the *timing* of the announcement, they don't seem near to reversing the decision. From Voice of America: “The Israeli leader said Israel has been building in mostly Arab East Jerusalem for the past 40 years and no Israeli leader during that time has stopped it. Mr. Netanyahu said building Jewish neighborhoods on the land, in his words, in no way has hurt the Arabs of East Jerusalem, and he said the construction did not come at their expense.” (Link: http://www1.voanews.com/english/news/middle-east/Israel-Tries-to-Defuse-Crisis-w… ) So what happens if nobody gives? Is Israel really in a position to distance itself from the US? Is the Obama Administration really in a position to risk its closest ally in the Middle East? Or is this a bunch of hullabaloo over nothing? added by: afitzgerald

Israel to build more homes in East Jerusalem, amidst Biden visit

Israel announces the construction of 1,600 new homes in east Jerusalem, as US Vice-President Joe Biden visits the region. The decision has angered Palestinians, whose have only recently resumed contacts with Israel – at Biden's recommendation. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/8558347.stm added by: joshuaheller

Ahmadinejad Calls 9/11 "Big Fabrication"

“(Reuters) – Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Saturday called the September 11 attacks on the United States a “big fabrication” that was used to justify the U.S. war on terrorism, the official IRNA news agency reported. Ahmadinejad, who often rails against the West and Israel, made the comment in a meeting with Intelligence Ministry personnel. Ahmadinejad described the destruction of the twin towers in New York on September 11, 2001 as a “complicated intelligence scenario and act,” IRNA reported. He added: “The September 11 incident was a big fabrication as a pretext for the campaign against terrorism and a prelude for staging an invasion against Afghanistan.” He did not elaborate. In January, Ahmadinejad termed the September 11 attacks “suspicious” and accused the West of seeking to dominate the Middle East.” more at link… Ahmadinejad=crazy like a fox? Its funny how, Iran, a country that hasn't invaded another country in over 200 years is evil, yet the US military has the country surrounded in Iraq and Afghanistan (all started after 9/11 conveniently). The US is currently dropping drone bombs on villages at 3 times the rate of the Bush administration. Iran's major conflicts occurred internally when the CIA funded coups attempted to overthrow their gov't and when the US armed Saddam Hussein, our former ally in the 80s, to go to war with Iran in the 80s. Even today, the CIA uses Jundallah, a front terror group to carry out attacks on the Iranian National Guard. Translation note: Ahmadinejad never called for Israel “to be wiped off the map,” actually, the line goes more like, “the Occupation regime must end.” Similar translation errors have been exploited, such as the “Death to America” chant that Dick Cheney used so well build up support for war. The real translation is “Down with America,” a little different and less inflammatory. Don't believe the hype, they're going to provocateur an event to instigate war with Iran. It has to be something that makes it look like the US is in the right, justifying the war, when most likely, it'll be a staged-false flag terror attack, just like 9/11, Gulf of Tonkin, the Maine, the Lusitania, Pearl Harbor, the Reichstag…I can go back to Roman times if you want b/c it ain't new. added by: rodstradamus

Spiderman Visits The Wailing Wall

Risking exposing his identity, Spiderman visited the Western Wall in Israel to pray the Amidah. It was either the Torah or Uncle Ben that said “With great power comes great responsibility.” I can't remember which. The Best Links: From Israellycool Via The DW View

Dubai ‘hit squad’ used fake Israeli names, EU passports

A few weeks ago we asked if Israel assassinated a senior member of Hamas in Dubai. Authorities in Dubai had blamed the death by electrocution of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh, a senior military operative of Hamas on assassins who then fled the country. Well this week the plot, it seems, has thickened. Dubai investigators released this video from CCTV cameras they say show the 17 member hit squad. Eleven of the suspects names have been released as well as their passport photos. They were (unsurprisingly) traveling under fake names – the names of Israeli EU passport holders who deny any involvement in the affair. Here are the photos. Israel for its part denies having anything to do with the killing, though no one expects the Mossad to come out and claim responsibility anyway. The best backgrounder on this thus far comes from True/Slant's Neal Ungerleider (love that guy!) who writes: The Israeli intelligence agency certainly has the motives and the means. The modus operandi also fits prior Mossad operations. However, certain facts don’t add up. Mossad agents have had a long presence in the United Arab Emirates, which Israel has long held discrete economic and trade relations with. Presumably, had the Mossad been responsible, agents who had staked out the hotel prior would have been aware of the locations of both public and hidden CCTV cameras. The agents caught on camera, while highly professional, engaged in some odd behavior. The donning of fake beards and glasses in view of security cameras is one. Using the names of Israeli citizens for fake passports is another — what security agency would implicate their own citizens? Additionally, there is always the possibility of a false flag operation — where a foreign intelligence agency killed al-Mabhouh for their own purposes, while making it look like a Mossad killing. But who could possibly want to implicate Israel in an assassination? (I kid.) Who do you think is responsible? Take a wild guess? Sloppy Mossad operatives? False flag flying Iranian Revolutionary Guardsmen? Give us your best Dubai assassination theory in the comments. added by: afitzgerald

Awkward Israeli Art Film of the Day

I think my site lacks culture, maybe that’s my biggest downfall and the reason no one in any industry takes me seriously, I need to put more art into the mix cuz art is class and I gotta stop the hateful celebrity commentary where I just make a joke out of myself…So you can only imagine how excited I was when one of my Israeli readers happened to have an award winning art film he made to share with me….and you can only imagine my delight when I watched it and saw dude having sex with a fucking blow-up doll in some kind of uncomfortable fetish porn disguised as art, but was glad it wasn’t his other film where he made a popsicle out of his cum called Cocksicle. I guess the nice thing about art is that it affects each of us differently, like I was on the floor laughing when I saw this, but you may shed a tear because you can relate to his desire for love or maybe you’re just creeped the fuck out…something I can only assume most of you will be because it is awkward as fuck….and it is safe to say it may make it hard for you to watch porn or get turned on again…welcome to my world…. I told him I would spread his word but he asked me to post his facebook in exchange….so if you like it, it is called Safety in Rubber and I don’t think it will be in a theater near you…
