By Jayson Rodriguez Kanye West Photo: Dominique Charriau/WireImage Kanye West continues his furious comeback , this time with a guest turn on Rick Ross’ “Live Fast,” a track from the Miami rapper’s upcoming Teflon Don album. West delivers a super-boastful verse, matching the tone and aggression he rapped with on his most recent number, “Power.” “I’m back by unpopular demand/ Least you still poppin’ in Japan,” ‘Ye raps over staccato-paced drums. “Shopping in Milan, hopping out the van/ Screams from the fans: ‘Yeezy, we always knew you’d be on top again!’ ” A snippet of the track was first made available on Thursday (July 1) — before the entire song leaked later in the day — through a preview of Ross-go-to-director Spiff TV’s Teflon Don: The Bossumentary. Spiff TV is the man behind many of Rozay’s viral Web videos . In the preview clip , West discusses working with Ross, pointing to a number of similarities between him and his Def Jam labelmate. “I just remember Ross had so many verses,” West said. “When I started hearing the records come out, I always felt a connection, ’cause I felt like we came from similar places and we paid so many dues. We all had ups and downs in our lives and sh–. And now, this is the highest caliber you can get to, you know what it is. And it didn’t happen overnight, it’s 10, 15, 20 years in the making.” In addition to West, Ross recently announced he recruited T.I. to appear on Teflon Don ‘s “Maybach Music 3.” “I had to do it real big with someone I never collaborated with before: Tip,” Ross told “Sucker Free” host DJ Envy of T.I. “We got a full orchestra, a live orchestra from the strings on down. It’s gonna be a masterpiece.” You’ve heard Kanye’s “Power,” and now “Live Fast.” Can we call it a comeback? Sound off in the comments! Related Artists Kanye West Rick Ross (Hip-Hop)

Rabid Adam Lambert Fans Line Up 24 Hours Before New York Show

For Lambert, ‘I’d sleep on the sidewalk again,’ one fan says. By Jim Cantiello Adam Lambert Photo: Frank Micelotta/ Getty Images NEW YORK — Scorching temperatures and puzzled looks from passersby could not keep Adam Lambert fans from lining up outside New York’s Nokia Theatre a full 24 hours in advance of his Glam Nation Tour stop. For Eileen Monahan, spending the night sleeping on a “disgusting” Times Square sidewalk in front of the venue was the only way to guarantee she had the best spot inside the general-admission concert. “I want to be up front,” insisted Monahan, before admitting, “[For Adam], I’d sleep here again.” While Monahan only trekked from the Bronx, many traveled thousands of miles to see their favorite artist rock New York City. Fans from Denmark, Venezuela, England, Japan and Singapore mingled with Georgia peaches, Connecticut natives and Californians, making Adam’s Glam Nation a truly international affair. Even Peru had a message for Adam, via superfan Lilli Becker. “Peru represent! We love you, baby! I have a llama for you,” exclaimed Becker, just in case Adam ever wants a ride over the Andes. Perhaps the most exotic fans on the Lambert line were the dudes. Brooklyn native Chris Leavitt fessed up that his lady was the one to convert him into a Glamily member initially, but now he’s excited to “glam out” with the best of them. (His homemade jeans — complete with hand-drawn dragon and space rocks — certainly spoke volumes.) Elsewhere, 17-year old Brooklyn boy Billy Tropea was stoked to make Adam Lambert’s Glam Nation his first concert experience ever. “His hair is friggin’ awesome. I really want his hair,” he said. “I’m very jealous.” Some of Adam’s more seasoned followers insist they haven’t been this gung-ho about a musician since the days of Beatlemania. “I was still stalking Paul McCartney for awhile. I was on his website all the time, but now … sorry, Paul. Adam’s taken your place,” said Claudia Cohill. Armed with bags of snacks, bottles of water, and enough homemade signs to keep office supply stores in business through 2020, fans passed the time by taking bathroom breaks at a nearby McDonalds and dishing about their favorite glamtastic performances (his sultry six-minute acoustic take on “Whole Lotta Love,” which he debuted on tour, seems to be #1 for most). As the mass of Lambert lovers stretched around the block toward West 45th street, fans promised each other there would be no shoving once the doors opened at 7 p.m. “We made friends with people [in line]. We like being fair. No cutting,” promised 20-year-old Melanie Pellegrino. But if any latecomers try to sneak their way up front, the early birds are ready to throw some ‘bows. “I’m willing to cut a bitch!” one joked. Lambert’s tour moves on to Connecticut and New Jersey after his sold-out shows in New York. Related Artists Adam Lambert

World Cup winner Nobby Stiles recuperating after ‘very minor’ stroke

• 1966 World Cup winner hospitalised last week • Former Manchester United star requires ‘a small operation’ Nobby Stiles MBE, a member of England’s victorious 1966 World Cup team, reassured fans about his health today after suffering a “very minor” stroke. The former footballer spent two days in hospital last week but has been recovering at home since the weekend, his agent Terry Baker said. Stiles, 68, who also won two league titles and a European Cup during an 11-year career with Manchester United, was hospitalised after a period of “disorientation” which has been diagnosed as a transient ischemic attack (TIA). Baker said: “The doctors have described it as a very minor stroke and nowhere near as serious as some strokes can be. When I spoke to him this morning he told me he had suffered a moment of disorientation. He joked that both of us have been having moments of disorientation for the last 30 years.” Baker said Stiles has seen a cardiovascular consultant and is expected to undergo surgery in the next few weeks. “There is going to be a small operation to put it right,” the agent added. “In the meantime, he’s at home and in good spirits. But he’s had to cancel a number of engagements for the time being.” Baker said Stiles would “definitely” be following England’s World Cup game against Algeria on the television tonight.
