Control her finances? Yes. Her schedule? Yep. Medical decisions? Check. Her choice of undergarments? Well … would you really be surprised? We doubt there’s any truth to it, but Britney Spears’ father, Jamie Spears, has reportedly given the singer a “bra ultimatum,” according to various reports . No word if Jason Trawick would “support” this. The story is that the conservator is tired of pics like the ones seen here… and probably half the entries in of our gallery of Britney Spears pictures lately. Thus, he imposed a “must wear bra” rule on his famous daughter. NO BRA, NO PROBLEMO : Orders from pappy or not, Britney Spears has no use for pesky underwire support. Ding dang, them puppies are gonna be hangin’ out, y’all . Other sources close to the fam tell us there is no such rule in place, although it has been talked about. Big Papa Jamie Spears is said to have concluded this: You can’t make any 28-year-old woman wear a bra if she doesn’t want to … especially Britney. In fact, he laughed when he heard the story of his “demand.” Michael Lohan might want to consider instituting such a policy once he’s granted a conservatorship over Lindsay . Or at least make her put on pants. Yeesh.

We’ve concluded the April Fools portion of our news day. The headline above is not meant to be taken seriously. Britney Spears did not get married in a trailer park yesterday … she’s just walking around looking like that. Shopping on Rodeo Drive, she looked as if she just did a rodeo of sorts in the sack, grabbed some dude’s glasses off the bedside table and made a break for it. Even her hot mess hair screams walk of shame. No more than the fact that she forgot two thirds of her outfit, of course. But hey, that’s Britney Spears for you. How else do you explain this unmatched fashion glory … WHAT A MESS : Britney Spears as only Britney Spears dresses . Maybe she and Jason Trawick had a quickie in the back seat before rollin’ to the McDonald’s drive-thru? Or maybe they eloped at the local courthouse, then consummated the marriage in the back seat, then hit the drive-thru? Oh who are we kidding, Britney Spears pictures like this are one of the biggest reasons we adore her. That would totally make an awesome wedding dress. She should sell the idea to a designer. We’re thinking “Kentwood Princess” for the name.

Yes, they’re still together despite breakup rumors to the contrary. But for Britney Spears and her agent boyfriend, Jason Trawick, nothing is ever simple. The latest hurdle? The singer’s mom, Lynne, is moving in to her home. It was a decision was made without Jason’s knowledge. “He felt like he had absolutely no say,” says a source close to Jason Trawick . “But he let it slide because Brit’s mood improves by leaps and bounds when her mom is around, and besides, Lynne helps defusing fights between Brit and her dad.” Run for it, J. Britney Spears was pretty messed up in the head at one point. Having been a star her entire adult life, the various demands and pressures just got to her. We’re beginning to understand why. Having gone back to blonde , the bombshell stopped at a local 76 gas station to grab an orange soda and a fellow petroleum consumer couldn’t help herself. Wow. Way to be subtle, lady. Sure you couldn’t swoop in for a hug while you’re at it? Nice to see that Britney has again determined that bras are optional … Britney Spears: Gas station chic. [Photos: Fame Pictures; Some chick] No word if Jason Trawick , Britney’s boyfriend and agent, who has been the subject of many breakup rumors over the last few weeks, was there to witness this. Either way, a shameless amateur photographer clearly was … as was a professional photographer, taking a picture of the amateur. At least the latter got paid.

Two days after reports surfaced that the relationship between Britney Spears and her agent beau was dead and buried, and one day after conflicting reports that they were kind of just off and on, the pair put on a united front in L.A. Wednesday. Their hot destination : a party supply store. There, the 28-year-old pop star purchased a tiara, which she quickly put on her head. Throw in a McDonald’s run and you’ve got the ideal Britney Spears date. Jason Trawick and Britney Spears stick it to the haters! A source explained yesterday to one prominent celebrity gossip tabloid that Spears and agent Trawick are ” on and off ,” and spent this past weekend together. The breakup report surfaced earlier in the week and was first reported by E! News, one of the more legitimate sources in the entertainment world. It’s weird. The couple has been an item since early 2009, after Spears bounced back from a tough 2007 and 2008 that included going bat$h!t insane and losing custody. “Most everyone else abandoned her, but Jason refused to be completely cut out of Britney’s life,” a source said of the couple. “And he’s very protective of her.” When and if they’re actually dating, at least.
