Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin: Why Aren’t They Divorced Yet?!

It was back in May when Kailyn Lowry confirmed rumors that she and her husband, Javi Marroquin, were getting divorced. And now, five months later, they’re still legally married. What gives?! Before you get your hopes up for a reconciliation, remember that things between Kailyn and Javi got pretty nasty , and also that the legal system likes to take its sweet, sweet time. As Javi revealed in an interview with Radar, “Delaware has been taking a little bit.” He said that “Kail and I both did everything we needed to on our end,” but that “we need to get the decree back from the judge and we’ll be done.” Javi also said that he and Kailyn would be splitting custody of their son, Lincoln, so it looks like they’re being civil, which is nice and honestly a bit more than we expected from them. And, as Javi’s proven on social media, it looks like he’ll maintain a relationship with Kailyn’s older son, Isaac. While talking about the agreement he and Kailyn worked out together, he said “We’re good with that. Everything is moving forward.” It really is sort of surprising that Javi is able to describe anything involving Kailyn as “good,” based on the animosity between them since she filed for divorce. They both have thrown shade back and forth at each other almost nonstop for the past several months. They both accused the other of cheating , they both acted petty as hell at every turn. Javi even said he was writing a book about his relationship with Kailyn that he planned on titling Heartlessly Hustled. But it looks like all that may be in the past — at least for now. “My relationship with Kail is a lot better,” Javi said. “We text, I annoy her all the time still. I have to go over there and get my mail and stuff like that so I see her all the time. She invited me for dinner yesterday with the boys.” And even though the (kind of) former couple is on much better terms, Javi doesn’t seem to regret the fact that his marriage is over. He revealed in the interview that “Single life is fantastic. It’s a lot of fun. I’m just having a good time. I’m not doing anything crazy, just hanging out with my guy friends. Nothing serious, just having fun with whoever I come across.” And while he was been romantically linked to a couple of ladies recently, he’s really just all about that fun right now. Or, as he said, “I’m not ready, nor am I in a position to have anything serious.” Well, here’s hoping both of you crazy kids get what you want, whatever that may be. Christina "Peach" Pietrobon to Kailyn Lowry: You Totes Cheated on Javi Marroquin!

Kailyn Lowry’s divorce from Javi Marroquin continues to get uglier by the day as the ex-couple’s warring over social media continues. This time with a third party involved in the shade-throwing. Javi’s been running his mouth left and right, passive-aggressively telling anybody and everybody how Kailyn is to blame for the split. The Teen Mom 2 star recently gave an interview in which Javi says Kailyn knows what she did , strongly implying that she’s a cheater. Now Marroquin’s relationship with mutual friend Christina “Peach” Pietrobon (above) is once again being called into question – by Lowry. To recap: Javi and Kailyn are divorcing after separating while he was overseas with the U.S. Air Force. He moved out as soon as he returned. The status of their relationship these days is tense, at best. “Unless it has to do with the boys, we don’t talk. I have nothing to say to her,” he said of his soon-to-be ex-wife. “We co-parent, that’s it.” But he has plenty to say about her if you get him going at all. “I don’t wanna put too much out there, but she knows what she did. It’ll come out,” he told Us. “What’s done in the night will show in the light.” “It’ll all unravel. I just gotta keep my mouth shut and watch.” He didn’t go further than that in terms of naming names or specific things she did, but he did say she’s a different person these days: “To be honest, [Kailyn]’s changed a lot. I left for six months and a lot has changed, so sometimes I don’t even know if I know who she is.” “She’s living a different life than I thought we were going to.” Javi also claimed that Kailyn filed for divorce last December, but they worked it out … only she never actually nixed the divorce filing.  He said that he figured it out while overseas, along with a lot of other things Kailyn allegedly been doing. Marroquin says he has proof. Enter Peach, the couple’s longtime friend. Javi raised more than a few eyebrows – and rumors of cheating with Kailyn’s best friend – after he returned from deployment this summer. “Missing @Javimarroquin9,” Peach wrote, as Marroquin responded, in tweets he had to know were flirty and would get under Kailyn’s skin: “So soon! So freaking soon!” Soon after Kailyn announced their divorce, Peach tweeted: “Really disappointed in you. You’ll blame someone for not being there yet you won’t even give them the chance to choose to be there.” “You decided for them when you neglected to tell them all the information to make their own decision,” she wrote in a scathing indictment. Fast forward to this week, when someone asked Javi why he and Peach – who are clearly close – don’t get together now that he’s single. He replied by saying that she’s just a friend, and therefore it would be weird … but Kailyn stepped in to say “they did date in high school.” Javi shut that down, as the latest war of words escalated: Peach agreed, then turned things around on Lowry, hard. She seemed to allude, as Javi has, that Kailyn was the one behind their marriage unraveling, telling a fan there is more to this. Specifically, that the fan isn’t ready for the “real” explanation: At that point, Kailyn clearly got nervous and tried to nix this. The mother of two hilariously chastised Peach to put a lid on it and that social media is “not the place” to air this dirty laundry. Pot … have you met kettle? You two should get together! The queen of passive-aggressive tweets and terrible communication skills giving lectures on social media tact is just hilarious: Bottom line: In all likelihood, this is going to get worse before it gets better, and we’ll have a front row seat online if nothing else.  We really hope the MTV cameras are rolling for at least some of it, because we’re looking at ratings gold if ever there were any. Sure, it’s challenging to film a Twitter beef for TV, we realize. But even so, few things would make us want to watch Teen Mom 2 online more than watching their reactions to this on camera. As for Javi’s new girlfriend , he says she’s just a friend too. Guy either has a lot of female friends that he enjoys flirting with openly, or really enjoys needling the mother of his child … or both. Who says they have to be mutually exclusive?

Javi Marroquin and Kailyn Lowry continue to slug it out … with passive-aggressive digs delivered via social and traditional media platforms. If you watch Teen Mom 2 online , or follow either of them off the show, you know that the war of words between them is ongoing and ugly. Rumors that Kailyn cheated on Javi  have surfaced frequently of late, as has speculation that  Marroquin cheated with Lowry’s best friend . As we said … ugly. That may not even do it justice. The once-happy couple recently filed for divorce after a tumultuous period in which Javi was stationed overseas with the U.S. Air Force. While the cryptic tweets are a frequent occurrence from both sides, Javi says he and his soon-to-be ex-wife rarely communicate directly. This is neither surprising, nor a positive thing. During a Celebrity Gifting Lounge event at Buffalo Wild Wings in Times Square, New York, on Friday, Javi spoke to Us about the drama: “Our first priority is Lincoln’s happiness and Isaac’s happiness,” said Javi, referring to their son and her son from her previous relationship. “Our second is for them to see both their parents happy, and together we’re [not]. I think we both decided that this is the best move.” “She’ll be happy and I’ll be happy.” As for their interactions since he got back to the U.S. of A. (after which Javi moved out on Kailyn within a matter of days, if not hours)? “We coparent, that’s it,” he says. “So unless it has to do with the boys, we don’t talk,” Marroquin said, making it clear there’s zero love lost . “I have nothing to say to her.” As for rumors that Lowry cheated? “I don’t wanna put too much out there, but she knows what she did. It’ll come out,” Marroquin said, in vintage passive-aggressive fashion. “What’s done in the night will show in the light. It’ll all unravel. I just gotta keep my mouth shut and watch everything unfold.” Ooooh, the plot thickens . For a guy who doesn’t “wanna put too much out there,” he seems to relish the idea of teasing his former partner’s alleged, shady actions. Javi implied that none other than Kailyn’s friends told him what Lowry was up to while he was gone, because it was just not right! Let him explain: “[Kailyn] apologized for hurting me,” Marroquin said, but “she didn’t apologize for what she did. Those are two different things.” Despite throwing generally vague shade, he did address one specific rumor – Kailyn getting her freak on with Becky Hayter . It’s not like being separated for the better part of a year wasn’t a huge factor outside their control, but still, the trust issues were immense. Javi seems to strongly believe Kailyn cheated or acted inappropriately while the two were still married, regardless of what “comes out.” Either way, this is all tremendously sad, and we hope they soon find their way to a secure, mature place for the sake of the children. Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth: Honeymoon Canceled! Wedding Still On?

Either Miley Cyrus is trying to throw the press off her scent, or she has a problem with gorgeous island getaways. Us Weekly reports that Cyrus has canceled flights and accommodations for her Bora Bora honeymoon with fiance Liam Hemsworth. “They had the entire trip planned, but Miley just decided she didn’t want to go there anymore,” a source who claims to be close to the singer said. “They have yet to pick a new locale.” It’s believed that Cyrus and Hemsworth have decided not to wed this month in Australia, and instead are looking to push it back a few months. The 23-year-old “is still very erratic with her decision-making,” another source told Us. “Miley is pretty adamant about having a small, private ceremony.” Hemsworth, on the other hand, “wants a really big wedding, so I’m sure they’ll come to a compromise.” View Slideshow: Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth: Relive the Romance! The pair were previously engaged before breaking it off in September 2013.  Last Christmas, they got back together, and Cyrus started to wear her engagement ring again in public. Hemsworth more or less confirmed he and Cyrus were back together in the June/July issue of GQ Australia. “I guess when I feel something, then I just feel it and I go for it,” he said. “I make my decisions about what’s going to make me happy, what I think is right and what I want to do — and I don’t worry too much outside of that.” When asked if that meant he and his lady had reunited, Hemsworth beat around the bush. “People will figure it out, they already have,” he said. “They’re not dumb.” Cyrus joins the new season of The Voice , which premieres on September 19th.  The gig will take her to Los Angeles, where she’ll be based for the remainder of taping.   This could very well push the wedding into 2017. Kailyn Lowry SLAMS Javi Marroquin For Cheating on Twitter!

Based on her Twitter and Instagram pages, it seems that Kailyn Lowry’s life is a bit of an emotional roller coaster these days. Just last week, Lowry was posting cryptic tweets  that led fans to wonder if the Teen Mom 2 star had suffered some sort of personal crisis. Today, however, Lowry is posting full-body selfies on Instagram that seem to suggest she’s feeling more confident and comfortable in her own skin than ever before. But if you flip back to her Twitter page, we get a very different view of the life of Kailyn. In a series of seemingly irate tweets and retweets, Kailyn seemed to hint that she’s experiencing trouble with a man in her life. Naturally, the first suspect in the minds of many of her followers is her ex, Javi Marroquin. After all, Javi is already dating someone new… Which, come to think of it, could also be the source of Kailyn’s anger. Javi Marroquin: Dating Someone New ALREADY?!

It’s been several months since Javi Marroquin and Kailyn Lowry separated , but since he only recently returned from an overseas deployment with the US Air Force, the couple is just now getting on with the messy business of ending their marriage. Javi recently gave his first interview since returning to the States to Radar Online, and the site has been publishing his remarks in a series of excerpts.  Marroquin threw major shade at Lowry in a portion of the conversation that went public this morning, and now he’s basically dealing out an emotional finishing move in a new snippet that just went live moments ago. To the astonishment of many (Kailyn among them, we’re sure) Javi revealed today that he has already re-entered the dating scene: “I actually went on a date this past weekend,” Marroquin told Radar. “But right now we are just friends taking it slow. We both have a lot going on.” He added that he loves “being in a relationship” and hopes to settle down again soon. “I love to love,” he said. “I love sharing experiences with one person.” Javi said that his first priority is his son, and he makes certain that any woman he gets romantically involved with is aware of that from the jump: “I make sure I tell them right off the bat my situation,” he explained. “Obviously my choice of girls is different because I do have a son. So that’s big for me.” As for when the time will be right for the new woman in his life to meet Lincoln, Javi says he’s playing it by ear – and it’s none of Kailyn’s business: “I don’t need to talk to Kail about that,” he said. “I’m Lincoln’s dad. I’ll know when the right time for him to meet a future partner will be. Same goes for Kail. Cara Delevingne Covers Vogue, Totes In Love With Girlfriend St. Vincent

I always feel compelled to defend someone with similar eyebrows, and Cara Delevingne is no exception. The former Burberry model and star of Suicide Squad landed the highly-coveted September issue of Vogue , a month so significant in the publishing world, it had a movie named after it. Around this time last year, Delevingne revealed that she was in a relationship with singer St. Vincent , 33. This year, she’s in love.  She’s in love, and she doesn’t care who knows it! “I’m completely in love…Before, I didn’t know what love was—real love,” the Brit said in the new issue (shot by Mario Testino). “I didn’t understand the depth of it. I always used to think it was you against the world. Now I know the meaning of life is love. “Whether that’s for yourself or for the world or your partner.” Cara Delevingne Suffers Through Most Awkward Interview EVER If you want to label her as gay, then go for it.  Delevingne isn’t much into labels (see what I did there?). “It took me a long time to accept the idea,” she said.  “As a child, I used gay as a bad word, as in, ‘that’s so gay.’ All my friends did. “I’m obviously in love, so if people want to say I’m gay, that’s great. But we’re all liquid—we change, we grow.” As for her newfound career, Delevingne doesn’t see herself stopping anytime soon. “I would probably still do it even if I wasn’t paid at all,” she said. “But in terms of equal pay I need to be paid the same as the guy who has equal billing with me. Otherwise I won’t do it. Because if you accept less, you’re just letting everyone else down and continuing the cycle,” she added. “I’m still learning. I act for love. I give it my all.” The September issue of Vogue hits newsstands August 4th.
