Remember when, even though Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin were getting divorced, it really seemed like they'd be able to be mature about things and be friendly enough to parent their child together? … Oh, wait. That was never a thing, was it? We always assumed that Kailyn and Javi's divorce would be an absolute mess, and with every new episode of Teen Mom 2, we've been proved right. Huh. Since the moment Javi returned home from his deployment — literally, the very moment he came home — things have been tense between them. They've gotten into constant, needless arguments about the dumbest things, so it just stands to reason that when it comes to the important stuff, things would get even more heated. And in this new clip from the show, to say things are heated would be a bit of an understatement. Kailyn and Javi are working out the custody arrangement for their son Lincoln, and their lawyers advised them to get together to work out the arrangements for holidays. Things are going … well, they're not going great from the beginning, but when the subject of Christmas comes up, they take a turn for the ugly. It seems like Kailyn isn't willing to budge in her belief that Lincoln should stay with her for Christmas so that he can be with his brother, Isaac. Javi points out that that's not fair to him, and they talk over each other for a while until Kailyn tells him “My kids come first.” And Javi, in perhaps the most savage moment in Teen Mom history, looks incredulous and asks “They do?” Watch the madness in the clip below:
If we've said it once, we've said it a million times … Poor Javi. Javi Marroquin, save for a few jealous tendencies, has always seemed like great guy — one of the best fathers on all of Teen Mom for sure. And in the latest season of Teen Mom 2, what with his and Kailyn's divorce and all the sadness that entails, it's just been heartbreaking to see him struggle with his new life. And make no mistake, he is definitely struggling. In this sneak peek from next week's episode of the show, Javi is off on a beach trip with his brother and a couple of cousins. As they're kicking back, having some drinks, they ask the U.S. Air Force member about Kailyn. And that was the wrong thing to do. Javi explains that he's been sad on the trip because he and Kailyn used to take the kids to the same beach. And then he starts crying. For real. He says “I'm sad because I don't have my family anymore,” and that “it just sucks” to go home to an empty house, with new things and no one there. As for Kailyn and whatever mysterious thing brought on the divorce , his brother tells him: “We all saw it coming, but we didn't say sh-t because it wasn't our place.” But that's of little comfort to Javi, who continues crying. Mariah Carey just got totally owned. By a coyote in a leotard. On the heels of her humiliating New Year's Eve performance , Carey has heard it from nearly every corner of the Internet. The trolls are out on force , although it's hard to blame them when you click on the link above and see the sort of ridiculous “performance” this legendary artist put on last Saturday night. Due to technical difficulties, she was unable lip sync a handful of her classic tracks, eventually giving up and talking mostly jibberish to the crowd in an attempt to stall and/or distract. Carey's team then tried to blame the show's producers for setting her up to fail. It's been a pretty terrible few days for Carey, and it was only made worse this week when the mascot for the San Antonio Spurs used a break in the action to walk out to center court. He was dressed in a similar outfit as the one Mariah donned in Times Square and he started to “sing” the smash hit “Emotion,” only for his microphone to suddenly go out. This made him very confused and annoyed. It also made us laugh very hard. See the Mariah mockery for yourself below and then sound off: Is this fair or foul? Has Carey suffered enough for her snafu? Should folks just let it go? Or does the diva deserve all of this embarrassment for how little effort she clearly puts in for her live performances?
If you've been having trouble following the timeline of the divorce between Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin, you're not alone. Teen Mom 2’s Javi Marroquin just got an insane new tattoo, which fans naturally assume is a likeness of his former wife Kailyn Lowry. Why would you make that kind of assumption as a fan? Given their past, why wouldn’t you is more like it! The father of Kailyn’s son Lincoln shared a photo of his latest tattoo – he’s got a lot of them, and they’re elaborate – on Instagram Monday. The U.S. Air Force member captioned his photo: “Trying to get all these unfinished pieces done.” “My man @mikemaratattoo never fails,” he added, giving a shout out to his friend and ink artiste. “Finishing my back next @aggressiontattoo.” He included needle and high-five hands emojis. Of course, Teen Mom 2 fans couldn’t help but notice (or imagine) that the woman inked on his body looks a lot like his ex-wife of four years: Yeah … his fans may be a little delusional. We heard this the last time Javi got a tattoo of Kailyn , supposedly … and that time, it looked a lot more (although not entirely) like Lowry. The basic reason we’re so skeptical is this: Why would he get a tattoo of his ex-wife, given that Marroquin hates Lowry (his words, albeit in jest, and qualifying that he also respects her)? It just makes no sense, especially that he’s dating Cassie Bucka … which leads us to the alternate theory that she’s the inked likeness. Here’s his other “Kailyn” tat for reference … Yeah. The guy loves his enormous tattoos. That much we can say without controversy or debate. Ditto the fact that Javi and Kailyn are never, ever getting back together. Like, ever. The former couple announced back in May that they would divorce after both parties accused each other of cheating on social media. Communication? Not their strong suit. Through it all, they seem to be doing better these days, which is great for their kids. Javi recently shared this outlook for life after divorce. “I’m a family man,” he said, adding that he’ll always be there for Kailyn as a co-parent, and “I want to get married again. I want more kids.” Things weren’t always on good terms. In her new memoir Hustle & Heart, she blamed Javi’s jealous and controlling nature for the demise of the duo’s marriage after four years. Teen Mom 2 star Javi Marroquin has confirmed that he and rumored girlfriend Cassie Bucka are indeed a thing. A thing of the romantic sort. His ex-wife Kailyn Lowry, as you might expect, reacted in VINTAGE Kailyn Lowry fashion, laying into him passive-aggressively on Twitter. Rumors of Javi dating Cassie Bucka first circulated mid-last week, but in blasting pictures to his social media accounts over the weekend? He’s left little room for interpretation. In addition to posting shots of himself with his new squeeze, Javi confirmed for the first time on social media that he and Kail are divorced. Officially. Legally. Finally. It. Is. Over. According to Javi, Kail actually filed for divorce before Javi left for deployment back in 2015; Lowry hinted as much on Twitter as well. As for her reaction to his new GF? You could’ve bet your life savings on it or set your watch to it: She didn’t name names, but Kailyn fired off a series of tweets that let her ex-husband know how she felt – and she doesn’t feel good. “Remember guys, you have to blast your brand new relationship all over social media or it ain’t real,” she said in a thinly-veiled shot. Kail later tweeted to one of Javi’s friends that Marroquin had an affair while they were married, a claim he has not responded to (yet). Brad Pitt is not a child abuser. This is not just our opinion. This was the official declaration of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, who completed its investigation into the actor this week. The investigation stemmed from allegations that Pitt acted in a hostile, possibly violent manner with 15-year old son Maddox on board a private airplane last month. It was allegedly this confrontation on September 15 that led to Angelina Jolie filing for divorce just four days later. Without providing many details of the investigation, however, this Department cleared Pitt of all child abuse charges on Wednesday. Not long afterward, Pitt made his first public appearance since getting shown the marital door by Jolie, posing for photographers and signing autographs for fans at the premiere of his new movie, Allied. “Everyone’s been really kind out here. It’s really nice to have the support,” Pitt told reporters on the scene. “It’s great.” Here’s a photo of Pitt from the event that proves the stress he’s been under of late has not diminished his good looks. Not by a long shot. What about Jolie? She has remained almost entirely silent throughout this ordeal, but she did issue a statement through her spokesperson in response to Pitt receiving abuse clearance. It reads as follows: The job of the DCFS is to make sure the children are in a safe and secure situation. As we said earlier this week, childcare professionals encouraged a legal agreement accepted and signed by both sides that was in the best interest of the children. Angelina said from the beginning that she felt she had to take action for the health of the family and is relieved that after their 8-week involvement, the DCFS is now satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal. From the beginning of this shocking split, reports had indicated that Jolie believed Pitt to be an unfit father. Did this belief stem from one incident? Or was the private plane confrontation with Maddox merely the last straw in what Jolie saw as a troubling pattern? We may never know for certain. Pitt is countering with a legal offer of joint custody and the determination here of the DCFS will clearly help his cause. The beloved actor, however, reportedly went weeks without seeing his kids after Jolie’s divorce filing – and Maddox supposedly refused to spend time with his dad when given the chance after the two got into it aboard that plane. It’s pretty apparent that some kind of ugly confrontation took place. “Maddox is very close with Angie,” an insider told Us Weekly. “He doesn’t really see himself as Brad’s son .” OUCH. Another source told this same magazine that Maddox doesn’t want to see Pitt ever again. That has to hurt. In September, Jolie released a statement that confirmed her decision to leave the marriage. “This decision was made for the health of the family. She will not be commenting at this time, and asks that the family be given their privacy during this difficult time,” said her spokesperson, later adding: “Angelina will always do what’s in the best interest of taking care of her family. “She appreciates everyone’s understanding of their need for privacy at this time.”
Javi Marroquin may have a lot of resentment toward Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry, but even he’s giving her props on the new book. There has not been any love lost between the former couple, especially not since their divorce filing and her new book release. Perhaps it was not surprising, then, to see Javi holding up a copy of Hustle and Heart captioned, “I hate her but I’m proud of her.” As you might imagine, the caption raised a lot of eyebrows, but Javi was quick to brush it off as lighthearted – and he may have a point. To one irate social media follower, he responded: “@officialteenmo1 @KailLowry lmao she made up the caption. Get over it.” Hate is a strong word, but if Kail really did write the caption, then not only is it not meant to offend, but they’re both in on the joke. Considering that they have a very young son together, it’s a great sign if anything that perhaps they’re moving forward happily. Despite all the drama and passive-aggressive shade-throwing, Kailyn’s book paints a more conventional picture of a marital breakdown. Kail seems to think that Javi’s propensity for trying to control her was a major part of the reason it all went south for the once-happy pair. If anything, she claims, he smothered her. “I wanted to open a blow-dry bar, an idea my friends were so supportive of,” the MTV star said, detailing a lifelong dream. “Javi, on the other hand, was not on board.” Kailyn Lowry: Accused of CHEATING By Javi Marroquin! “In fact,” she writes, “he was downright unsupportive [to the point of] knocking down the idea every time I brought it up.” If you watch Teen Mom 2 online , you remember well that Javi didn’t show much trust in Kailyn on many occasions. Or all occasions. It was heartbreaking to watch it all play out in public like it has, but it’s clear there were some serious trust issues in play. Veteran Olympic sprinter Tyson Gay has lost his 15-year old daughter. According to various news source, Trinity Gay was shot and killed early this morning in Kentucky. Police have confirmed that Trinity was shot in the neck during a shootout between two cars in a Lexington restaurant parking lot around 4 a.m. Authorities say that the young woman was not in either car when the shooting took place; but she was hit nonetheless and then taken to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead within an hour. Gay caught a flight to Kentucky as quickly as he could, telling a local news station in the process: “She didn’t make it. She was just here last week for fall break … I have no idea what happened.” Police have not made any arrests. They are reportedly seeking two persons of interest. Trinity Gay was a sprinter at Lafayette High in Lexington, finishing fourth in the 100 meters and fifth in the 200 meters at the state Class 3A high school track meet in May. She also ran on a 4×200 relay team that finished in fourth place. Tyson Gay also ran at Lafayette and still holds the state record in the 100 meters. Kentucky High School Athletic Association commissioner Julian Tackett Tweeted in response to this tragedy that he was stunned by the death of Trinity. “Shocked to hear of death of Trinity Gay. A life of such potential cut so tragically short. Sympathies to Tyson and entire family,” he wrote. Tyson Gay has competed in the past three Summer Olympics. He was part of a unit that won a silver medal in the 4×100-meter relay at the 2012 London Games, although that medal was ultimately stripped after Gay tested positive for steroids in 2013. Gay’s 100 meters personal best of 9.69 seconds is the American record in that event and it makes him tied for second fastest athlete ever in the 100 meters, after Usain Bolt. The athlete’s 200 meters time of 19.58 makes him the sixth fastest athlete in that race. We cannot imagine the pain he is going through right now and we send his family our condolences.
It seems like every time you turn around, a Teen Mom star is engaging in a ridiculous, pointless fight on social media. And if it seems that way, well, that’s because it is that way. We don’t know exactly what it is, but something about those Teen Moms just attracts drama in the most showy, passive aggressive way possible. And one of the moms who gets into this silly behavior most often? Kailyn Lowry. Of course . Kailyn is quite the fan of vague tweeting about people or things that bother her, and that’s exactly what she did yesterday. “If you say you’re gonna do something, do it,” she wrote over on Twitter. “Just f-cking do it.” “When people you once trusted use manipulation and guilt to control a situation,” she added. Now, we’re not exactly sure who she’s talking about here, but an easy guess would be that she’s trying to slam her soon-to-be ex-husband, Javi Marroquin . And it looks like Javi himself had that same guess. “Don’t make me expose you for you who really are,” he tweeted soon after Kailyn wrote her message. He even directed a message to her, telling her to “@ me next time. If you wanna go there. We can.” He wrapped things up with “If you use all your ammo to go for the kill you won’t have any bullets for the next guy. Remember that.” And then, a few hours later, Kailyn wrote “You will only get what you choose to tolerate.” This morning, she seemed to have one last thought on the matter: “Never good enough for someone who isn’t ready.” It seems like she never did take Javi up on his offer to “@ me next time,” though she did tweet a meme that read “Me deleting my tweets the morning after an emotional breakdown on twitter.” So it seems like Kailyn wanted people to think badly of Javi, like he was being manipulative and unreliable in strange and mysterious ways — seriously, why not just call him out for whatever he supposedly did? If she’s going to be like this, then she should just go for it — and Javi wasn’t having it. He called her out, and she backed down. Is this really what their relationship has come to? Sure, things have obviously been strained between them for a while now , and yes, they’ve been throwing shade back and forth at each other for months.
