Bill Cosby is in prison at last. But he doesn’t intend to stay that way. While Cosby furious compares #MeToo literal terrorists , he has saved some of that anger for his attorneys. He’s reportedly fired one of his lawyers RadarOnline reports that Bill Cosby has fired attorney Joseph Green from his legal team. Green was the lawyer who represented him during the sentencing process. Cosby is said to have made this decision while “in a fit of rage.” “He’s had it,” an insider tells the tabloid about why Cosby chose dismissal. The disgraced former comedian apparently believes that he can find other, more capable attorneys end his incarceration. Court documents suggest that Cosby has hired two new lawyers out of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to assist with his appeals. Cosby is said to have referred to his own legally blind status when using a common turn of phrase. “Mr. Cosby said he can’t have the ‘blind leading the blind,’” the source reports. “And” as a result, the source says, he “told Mr. Green to take a hike over the phone.” So what brought on this termination? Apparently, Cosby wasn’t satisfied with Green’s work ethic. The source explains that Cosby gave Green the boot “when he found out he wasn’t working around the clock to get him out.” “Mr. Cosby told his legal team that the Pennsylvania groundhog could’ve done a better job,” the insider says. Cosby, whose net worth has been estimated to be in the hundreds of millions, is hoping that his fortune can provide an incentive for other attorneys. “He’s offering $250,000.00, cash,” the source claims. This alleged offer is available “to anyone who guarantees his freedom and follows through.” To be clear, we don’t think that Cosby means a literal jailbreak. He wants to walk out a free man, not a fugitive. In April, Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent. This was in the case of the drugging and sexual assault of Andrea Constand. In September, he was sentenced to 3-to-10 years in prison. It seems unfortunately likely that Constand is the only one of Cosby’s accusers who will get justice in court. Some may find a measure of consolation in the knowledge that Cosby may live the rest of his life behind bars. Cosby has apparently been complaining that this is all a miscarriage of justice. In fact, he is reportedly pushing to have his conviction and sentence thrown out . And he wants the judge out, too. This sounds like a standard appeal to our admittedly not-legal-expert ears. Camille Cosby, who has stood by him through all of this, is said to be approaching things from a different angle. She apparently wants the judge investigated for “misconduct.” Which is very vague and unlikely to go the way that she wants. Even if Bill Cosby finds the most shrewd up-and-coming attorney who manages to find loopholes within loopholes and get him out … it’ll take a while. The wheels of justice are slow . Andrea Constand waited 14 years for this conviction. Appeals can take years. Just look at Cosby’s fellow disgraced public figure, Jared Fogle. That guy is still filing appeals from behind bars. It's been almost a year since David Eason was fired from Teen Mom 2 , and saying he hasn't been missed by viewers would be a massive understatement. Judging from reactions on social media, most TM2 fans are glad to be rid of David, and they wish Jenelle would follow him out the door. Evans, however, remains committed to her goal of forcing MTV to rehire her husband. Needless to say, that campaign is going very poorly so far — especially since Jenelle couldn't have picked a worse time to try and rebuild David's public image. 1. A One-Income Household Jenelle’s motives for trying to strongarm her MTV bosses into rehiring David are quite simple. After all, it’s not like she’s the type to selflessly accept the role of sole breadwinner. 2. Doubling Down Jenelle earns upwards of $300,000 for each season of Teen Mom 2. David was never paid nearly that much, but no doubt his income served as a nice supplement to Jenelle’s. 3. Even Angrier Than Usual Jenelle is currently filming the upcoming season of TM2, and she’s made no secret of the fact that she’s very pissed off by her husband’s continued unemployment. 4. Now, Khloe is treating the world to a picture of all five youngest Kardashian cousins all in one plce. Khloe isn’t letting haters hold her back from sharing this unbelievably cute image of True with her four youngest cousins. She captioned this precious photo: “Cousin Cupcake Party!!!” Khloe’s captions then pitch the most adorable KUWTK spinoff that we can possibly imagine — though the acronym would be the same. “Keeping Up With The Kousins,” Khloe writes. Take a look at this photo and you’ll realize that such a spin-off would absolutely have a viewer base. Here we see Stormi Webster, True Thompson, Chicago West, Dream Kardashian, and Saint West. We don’t doubt that Kylie, Kyloe, Kim, and Rob’s babies have been in the same place and even photographed before. But this is the first time that we, the lowly public, have gotten to see and appreciate a pic like htis. We know that Saint and Dream are technically toddlers at this point, not babies like their cousins who were born this year. That said … we are very glad that these sweet little ones were included. Last month, the world was treated to a photo of the 2018 Kardashian babies. Chicago, True, and Stormi took the internet by storm — but there was unfortunately some backlash. Racist morons ridiculed True , using racist (and colorist) attacks because her skin was, in their horrible words, “too dark.” Some even dared to call True “ugly” for her darker skin. Khloe was of course impacted by seeing that kind of hate and, for a while, she deactivated comments on Instagram. Thankfully, True herself is way too young to see or understand that kind of hate. We just hope that the world is a better, kinder place when True comes of age. Some wonder if True bonding with her little cousins is going to complicate Khloe’s plans. You know how Khloe was allegedly going to move back to Cleveland with Tristan? Well, those plans are reportedly on hold. It’s been said that Khloe knows that she can no longer trust Tristan , and that she’s leery of uprooting her life for him again . Right now, Khloe has her family’s emotional support and physical presence — and True can grow up alongside her cousins. If Khloe does go through with the move, it will mean leaving all of that behind. True is Khloe’s focus right now. Reports have circulated that Tristan has been spotted with other women yet again. To be clear, these haven’t been the damning videos and photos that the world saw last April — just two days before True’s birth. But it’s enough to make anyone nervous — especially Khloe. Khloe was deeply affected when her own parents divorced, and it seems clear that she does not want that for True. But at some point, she may have to bite the bullet and leave if Tristan demonstrates that he cannot remain faithful. True is precious and innocent. She deserves the best life that her parents can give her. That does not necessarily mean that Khloe and Tristan need to stay together. Co-parenting is a thing, and it’s much better than growing up in a toxic household devoid of trust or fidelity. One could even argue that True could receive much more family stability by remaining in Calabasas, where the Kardashians are thick as thieves. Ultimately, this will be Khloe’s decision. Jenelle Evans … well, the girl has her issues, that's for sure. But whether you love her or hate her, there's no denying that she's always been cute. Sure, she makes terrible parenting choices more often than not, and yeah, she's been violent and irrational and just plain awful. She's been arrested practically a billion times, she consistently chooses men over her kids, she's been cruel to her mother, Barbara, even though she's been raising her son since he was born. … But she's cute! Bill Cosby is two weeks into his three-to-ten year sentence and has started to really get a look at his life behind bars . His larger-than-life personality is reportedly not meshing well with his fellow inmates. A new report says that one prisoner got so fed up with him that he chucked the chicken patty from his sandwich at him, striking Cosby in the face. RadarOnline reports that Cosby was on the receiving end of a projectile patty of the chicken variety. “Mr. Cosby cracked a joke to another inmate by the infirmary,” their insider reports. The source continues: “and that inmate was mad enough to take his chicken out of the bun and plunge it at him.” The report notes that prison food isn’t exactly served in a buffet, so there must have been a great deal of ire behind the move. “The way I see it,” the insider says. “You have to be very angry to throw your meal in jail because I don’t think you get seconds.” We would imagine not. (Disclaimer: these chicken patties are probably a lot nicer than the institutional chicken disk that allegedly struck the disgraced comedian) The alleged incident comes on the heels of a report that said that Cosby was enjoying the chicken patty. “Mr. Cosby told us last week that the chicken patty was the best meal he had so far at SCI Phoenix … so that says a lot,” the source notes. We already mentioned a report that Cosby has earned a nickname and some undeserved respect from fellow inmates. “They’re calling him the ‘OG,'” the insider claimed. “Lingo for ‘original gangster.” Clearly, that respect was not universal. There was another report that said that Cosby tried pudding in prison, and that it was apparently not to his liking. “He told us on the phone over the weekend ‘I was promoting THIS garbage?!’” The source claimed. “It tastes like something you give a lizard!” Cosby was famous in the ’90s as the face of jello and pudding advertisements. “We were caught by surprise,” the insider stated. “We never asked him: ‘Hey, Mr. Cosby, have you ever tried pudding or Jell-O?’” “I never saw him and I don’t think anybody else ever saw him eating pudding or Jell-O,” the source admitted. The insider concluded: “but I was pretty damn shocked when he told us he tried it and it wasn’t what he expected.” Of course, a conflicting report casts into doubt everything that we’ve heard. TMZ spoke to someone at the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. “This did NOT happen,” their insider said forcefully of the chicken patty incident. “And,” the source continued. “I am unhappy with anyone who is reporting such fake news.” What’s more is that Cosby has allegedly had no contact whatsoever with fellow inmates while he is evaluated by prison staff. Cosby is two weeks in and, no matter whose report you believe, it seems safe to say that he’s no longer living his best life. He wants out of prison — and we’re not referring to the goofy claim that Cosby is planning an elaborate prison break . No, we mean that his legal team is fighting in court. They are appealing, trying to throw out his sentence, his conviction, and even the judge . We wouldn’t hold our breath. His wife, Camille Cosby, is said to be demanding that the judge be investigated. It would be a surprise if her efforts bear fruit. Cosby has been sentenced to prison, and he may even spend the rest of his life behind bars. But his conviction for the drugging and sexual assault of Andrea Constand is just a drop in the bucket considering that 60 women came forward to accuse him of similar crimes. Though some of these survivors may feel vindicated that he is behind bars, very few if any of them will also get their day in court. Some waited “too long” to report for the legal system to accept. Others are unable to corroborate. Many feel that Cosby’s incarceration is a victory — but a hollow one. Not every mother is going to be Mom of the Year, but this one isn't even especially good at being a bad mom. A woman in Cobb County was arrested after getting drunk at a movie theater after sneaking in an alcoholic beverage … in her 5-year-old's sippy cup. To make matters worse, her 5-year-old child was with her at the time. Kristina Gibson is now facing misdemeanor reckless conduct and public intoxication charges following an incident on a Friday afternoon. According to an arrest warrant, “Gibson filled her 5-year-old son's sippy cup with a strong alcoholic beverage.” Judging by the fact that she got so very intoxicated, it almost sounds like she was drinking straight liquor, but that is just speculation. The warrant continues: “and became intoxicated in the theater.” It is also believed that she may have taken a central nervous system depressant at the same time — which may have interacted with the alcohol. The Friday incident took place at the Merchants Walk Stadium Cinemas in Cobb County. She allegedly used her son's sippy cup to smuggle in the alcoholic beverage, but there is thankfully no indication that her son had any of it. The warrant accuses Gibson of becoming “unable to walk, talk, or care” for him. Her son's cries then alerted moviegoers, who notified theater employees who then contacted police. Thankfully, the staff at the theater prevented Gibson from entering her car to drive away with her son. It sounds like that could have been catastrophic. When police arrived, an officer tried to zip Gibson's purse, presumably to prevent its contents from spilling. This is when Gibson allegedly told the officer “I will (expletive) kill you.” Don't do that, folks. Gibson was not immediately arrested, but was instead taken to the hospital by police, who were concerned about her level of intoxication. Only after she arrived at the hospital and was no longer perceived to be a threat to anyone was the arrest warrant filed. A family friend picked up her 5-year-old son from the theater. Gibson remained in the hospital for nearly a week before being released. At that point, she was arrested and booked in Cobb County Jail. She was released on bail for $1,000. It is still unclear if she actually took the drugs described as prescription central nervous system depressants. That sounds to us like a benzodiazepine — which, as we all know, can become dangerous when combined with alcohol. That would explain how someone (especially someone who may be an experienced drinker) could become intoxicated on a sippy cup's worth of alcohol. As one fellow moviegoer put it: “We go to the movies to have a good time! But … that's not the way to do it.” The issue here is not with a woman finding a creative way to smuggle alcohol into a theater, but endangering her son and potentially other drivers in the process. Though … we should point out that a sippy cup is a terrible way to smuggle in a drink. Like, flasks exist. Even if this is one of those creepy theaters where they search people's bags, there had to be a way for her to indulge herself without involving her son. It really sounds like this woman was not thinking straight.

An Unusual Condition Sinus conditions that necessitate emergency surgeries are rather rare in young women.
