Teen Mom 2 Season 6 looks like it’s a go on MTV sometime later this year or early next. Jenelle Evans, Kailyn Lowry, Leah Messer and Chelsea Houska are all in! Producers had planned to end the MTV hit series after the current fifth season, which itself began after a long hiatus and uncertainty regarding the show’s future. Due to increased popularity, however, they’ve had a change of heart, and unlike the original Teen Mom set, all four stars are now on board for a sixth round. “Producers saw that ratings were so high,” a source explained. “And now there’s a whole new crop of drama: Jenelle Evans is pregnant, and Leah and Jeremy are talking divorce. It would be foolish to stop filming now.” Well, that sums the situation up rather succinctly, doesn’t it? Evans is expecting her first child with boyfriend Nathan Griffith , a boy to be named Kaiser, in late June. Her son Jace, 4, lives with Evans’ mother Barbara. Mother-of-three Messer has admitted to “struggles” in her marriage to second child, Jeremy Calvert, while Kailyn Lowry welcomed her second child recently. Just as Jenelle’s plea deal is accepted, the judge blindsides her with a drug test, which she fails (marijuana) and leaves her shaking win abject terror. Later, Nathan shows up at Jenelle’s mom’s house to share the news that Jenelle has been arrested. Barbara Evans, Jenelle’s mom, is flat out furious. Barbara admits that she’s glad Jenelle went to jail, and warns Nathan that she’ll ruin everyone’s life (his included). At least she didn’t blame him … After 48 hours in jail, the Carolina Hurricane is cut loose to serve eight months of unsupervised probation, so nothing TOO bad came out of this somehow. There’s more drama in store for her, though. When she gets home, she finds that Nathan was talking to another girl on Facebook and starts flipping out, despite his claims that she’s just a friend. It results in a huge fight, despite the fact that Nathan got her flowers, fixed up the house, went to Barbara’s straight from jail, then picked up Jenelle. In the end, Jenelle calms down and seems to realize that his actions didn’t warrant that kind of freak-out. They hug it out and things appear to be okay. Well, relatively speaking of course. With Jenelle Evans, the next big blowup is always just around the corner and there’s no telling what might trigger it. We really hope she can mitigate this. Otherwise … those poor kids. 🙁 The big day is here for Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin. Legally married for a while, they are about to make it official in front of their friends and families. When the moment finally comes, it’s son Isaac who walks Kailyn down the aisle. Now that is about the sweetest thing you’ll see on any show out there. Kailyn and Javi wrote their own vows to each other. During the vows, Isaac asks Kailyn if she’s happy, and she tells him yes. He is just the cutest little guy. She looks gorgeous in her gown and Javi looks great in that tux. We’re happy for them. They even got their first kiss just about perfect. CONGRATULATIONS! Chelsea Houska, in order to graduate from business school, had to complete 600 hours of classes and training. That’s not a small feat for the single mama. In order to celebrate, Chelsea’s adorable daughter Aubree and her mother and father, Mary and Randy Houska, come to watch Chelsea’s graduation. While waiting for her aesthetician license to be approved by the State of South Dakota, Chelsea gets proactive and goes on a job interview, and she gets the job! Way to go, girl! Chelsea starts her new job, Aubree is in daycare full time, and we don’t even have to talk about Adam Lind for a week! This is the best! Leah Messer‘s husband Jeremy Calvert got that lucrative job offer in New Mexico, which would be one thing if he hadn’t turned down another opportunity locally. Leah is clearly upset about Jeremy going away for work again, but snooping on him does not help her cause. They’re fighting more than ever, it seems. Amber Portwood recently offered some tough love advice for fellow troubled Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans, and the latter didn’t take too kindly to it. “ Amber Portwood … I never judged u or said one negative thing since u have been out of jail … Why start with me? Can’t be happy I suppose,” Evans hit back. “I love how I look towards more of the positive side of things, yet ex teen moms want to try to bring me down. It’s sad, focus on yourself,” she lamented. Jenelle, who is pregnant with her second child, this time by Nathan Griffith, believes she’s got it together these days … way more than Farrah Abraham in fact. Yet given that we’re still talking about Jenelle, the consensus is that she’s still an emotional basket case and a loose cannon with a tenuous grip on reality. As such, Portwood blasted Evans’ alleged drug use during her pregnancy and believed she could benefit from being locked up, just like she was. “As scary as it seems, it would change her life for the better,” Amber said. Jenelle Evans “hasn’t hit rock bottom yet,” Portwood conceded, but at the same time, “if her rock bottom is lower than mine, that makes me scared for her.” “[Jenelle] went down the exact same path I did: unplanned pregnancy, addiction and bad relationships, having custody taken away,” Amber said. “But it’s never too late for Jenelle to turn her life around.” Amber Portwood vs. Jenelle Evans She also called Evans “irresponsible and immature.” “You have one child you need to think about before you have another,” Portwood said, noting that Evans doesn’t have custody of her first son, Jace. The feud continued over social media, as Evans called out her former co-star, who served 17 months in jail after failing to comply with her drug program. That program was part of her probation following Amber’s infamous arrest for domestic battery against Gary Shirley, the father of her daughter, Leah. Clearly neither are in a great position to talk, but Portwood has done TIME and come out clean, while admitting all the ways she ruined her own life. It appears that it’s coming from that place that she gives advice to Jenelle – even if Evans doesn’t want to hear it – not a place of denial or moral superiority. Do you agree? Teen Mom 2 firebrand Jenelle Evans is expecting her second child later this year, and the reality star couldn’t be happier to show off her growing baby bump. Which is kinda cute, we gotta admit. Just three months remaining now for Jenelle Evans , who is already six months pregnant, and has clearly kept in good shape … occasional weed smoking aside. This will be her first child with boyfriend Nathan Griffith; her first, son Jace, was fathered by Andrew Lewis, who’s totally MIA since her 16 & Pregnant daze. A series of miscreants followed in her love life, but Nathan (despite the fact that he also has a kid but no custody) seems to be a much better influence. Not that there hasn’t been any drama. There’s the tension between Jenelle and Farrah Abraham , Jenelle and Amber Portwood , and Jenelle and Internet haters … which reared its head again this week. The 22-year-old had to delete her baby registry because it was leaked to the Internet and trolled HARD by people who apparently have nothing better to do. Pretty sure I’m the one pregnant, not you. #GTFO,” Jenelle tweeted before taking the thing down. “Now I just canceled my baby registry all together, thanks so f–king much for being psychopaths after I spent three hours on it,” she lamented. Amber Portwood is out of jail, on the straight and narrow and speaking out about her experiences, as well as other Teen Mom alumni she feels are headed for trouble. COUGH … Jenelle. Cough . Jenelle Evans. Cough, cough! In an interview with In Touch , Amber shared her advice for Jenelle, whom she fears might follow in her dark footsteps and wind up in a very bad place. She hasn’t hit rock bottom … yet. But she’s at risk. “She went down the exact path I did: unplanned pregnancy, addiction, bad relationships, having custody taken away,” Amber says of Jenelle Evans . “But it’s never too late for Jenelle to turn her life around. Jenelle hasn’t hit rock bottom yet. But if her rock bottom is lower than mine, that makes me scared for her.” Amber Portwood , for all she’s done very, very wrong, seems to own it 100 percent these days, openly acknowledging the myriad mistakes she’s made. It’s obvious that she hates herself for everything she did and genuinely does not want to see another young mother face the same kind of awful consequences. You might say it’s not Amber’s place to counsel Jenelle, but in truth, she’s not really judging her as much as she is observing and expressing concern. If anything, she recognizes the signs that pointing toward the worst, unlike Jenelle, who thinks she has it together … and is quick to chastise Farrah Abraham . In fact, just this week, Jenelle re-tweeted a fan’s message saying hopefully someday, Farrah will get her act in gear, like Jenelle has. A tad presumptuous, no? Clearly, Amber makes a point, even if the truth hurts. Especially with a new baby on the way, Jenelle might want to take heed. She seems to be in a better place lately, but we all know that’s tenuous at best. One slip-up can spell disaster, and she’s nothing if not unstable emotionally.
