Glee paid very emotional tribute to Cory Monteith last night, airing an episode that laid the character of Finn Hudson to rest. It featured heartbreaking songs by the Glee cast as a whole and real-life girlfriend Lea Michele in particular, who somehow managed to belt out a version of ” Make You Feel My Love .” Glee Pays Tribute to Cory Monteith Throughout the installment and soon afterward, various show stars and other celebrities reacted to the episode on Twitter, telling readers how to contribute to charity and also expressing their love for the late actor. Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert: On the Rocks?

Are Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert going through tough times? The Teen Mom 2 couple is on the rocks, or close to it, according to a new report. This is serious stuff, not trivial matters of their own doing. They received some potentially devastating news about daughter Ali just about a month ago, and were even forced to sell their house as a result. Now Jeremy, the father of little Adalynn and stepdad of Ali and Aleeah, has left for a matter of weeks, if not more – but he hasn’t moved out for good. Despite rumors circulating online, this is not a second divorce for Leah, who was previously married to Corey Simms. Jeremy is just leaving for work. Jeremy makes his living working on pipelines, a job that often requires being away for weeks or months at a time, straining the mother of three. Still, it’s a sacrifice that the couple must make. The stress of being a single mom is clearly showing on Leah Messer, who has posted numerous tweets bemoaning Jeremy Calvert’s absence. Fortunately, co-stars Kailyn Lowry and Chelsea Houska’s dad Randy have reminded her that her bond with Jeremy is a strong enough to withstand it. Jenelle Evans? Let’s not talk about Jenelle Evans . Jenelle Evans to Embark on Speaking Tour?!

Just when you thought you’d heard everything, wrap your brain around this: Jenelle Evans has apparently decided to cash in on her MTV quasi-fame by educating the masses about teen pregnancy prevention. Seriously. To that end, she’s already lined up a gig in Chicago. For reals. Jenelle Evans ‘ story of teen pregnancy and its consequences is a cautionary tale. Or maybe that’s just her life. She doesn’t do much with the kid, honestly. If you want someone to relay the dangers of rampant weed and heroin use, getting arrested a lot or beating the crap out of people, she’s your girl! In all seriousness, this speaking engagement is like a thing. “Chicago coming yr way in November! Details will be coming soon for all my events,” Jenelle tweeted last week , to which Kailyn Lowry responded: “Ummmm take me with after baby is born!” Every speaking tour needs a co-headliner. One can only imagine Jenelle filling an hour musing about life, love, weed, Olive Garden, Kieffah, more weed, Gary, Courtland, Nathan … whatever. Oh, right, and Jace. Cute little guy. Him too. Jenelle Evans to Ashley Salazar: I’m Not a Role Model!

We hope you’re sitting down for this, but Jenelle Evans says she is not a role model and shouldn’t be anyone’s idol. Truer words have never been spoken. In response to a tweet from 16 and Pregnant star Ashley Salazar saying that Jenelle is her idol, she responded, “Really I shouldn’t be anyone’s idol.” Honestly. Props to Jenelle Evans . Prayers for Ashley Salazar. Showing surprising self-awareness, the troubled Teen Mom 2 star added, “well I mean until my life is stable then people can idolize me but noooo.” Well put, considering her track record. In 2013 alone … Jenelle Evans went to rehab, again, for substance use (February). She was accused of doing heroin and causing her miscarriage. She took bad influence Courtland Rogers back, briefly (March). She was arrested for assault and heroin possession (April). She was arrested for missing court in her cyberstalking case (May). She was hospitalized for various reasons (June and July). She was arrested for failing a drug test (August). Yeah. It’s good to know she’s at least cognizant of the fact that this is not behavior anyone should look up to … though she has a long way to go yet. Starting with being a better role model for one person alone – her oft-forgotten son Jace, who’s been raised by her mom, Barbara Evans , for years.

Lindsay Lohan to Guest Star on Eastbound & Down

Lindsay Lohan. Kenny Powers. If there were ever a match made in heaven , this would be it, and the troubled actress is reportedly headed to Eastbound & Down on HBO to make it happen. Spoiler alert re: her role … According to TMZ, Lindsay will play the adult version of Kenny’s illegitimate daughter on the series finale. She’s currently filming on set in North Carolina. Kenny’s baby seemed like destined to be Lindsay Lohan -esque, with its nursery stocked with bongs and sex toys … and its dad being Kenneth Powers. It’ll be LiLo’s first acting gig since Liz & Dick and The Canyons , both of which brought THG a lot of material … but not exactly widespread critical acclaim. As with Eastbound & Down , of course … we watched.

Top Chef Masters Recap: An Engaging Episode

Talk about an engaging episode of Top Chef Masters! Both competition and love was in the air, as Lindsay Price surprised fiancee Curtis Stone with an engagement party, one for which the remaining contestants had to cook. We’ll allow the mixing of business with pleasure in this entertaining case. Based around the installment’s Elimination Challenge, the chefs were split into three teams and had to plan a menu around Curtis and Lindsay’s tastes, which mostly revolved around chocolate and Korean barbecue. In the end, Red Team members Sue, Douglas and David were all named winners for their impressive creations: Umami Broth, Crab Beignet and Cheesecake Pop. But whose dessert was not dripping with chocolate and who therefore got sent packing? Prince Joins Twitter, Posts Photo of Salad, Does Not Know What Selfie Means

Three years after he declared that the Internet is over (really), Prince is finally on Twitter. And what a grand entrance he made to social media this week. Tweeting through the account of his band 3rdeyegirl, his first two Tweets were “PRINCE’S 1ST TWEET… TESTING 1, 2…” and “PRINCE’S 2ND TWEET.” Having apparently grasped the concept, the 55-year-old music legend then did what any good Twitter user does and posted a photo of his dinner. The caption: “PRINCE’S 3RD TWEET: DID EYE ADD 2 MUCH PEPPER?” Not sure about the pepper, but that is a nice-looking salad. Rather than call it quits while he was ahead, Prince kept on Tweeting, bestowing upon the universe his “1st SELFIE” … which is just a picture of some smoke. Dude, Prince. You have to be in the pic. Paula Deen Racial Discrimination Lawsuit Claim: DISMISSED By Judge!

It’s little consolation now, but the racial discrimination claim in the lawsuit by Lisa Jackson that torpedoed Paula Deen’s career has been thrown out. A judge just ruled in Paula’s favor after Deen claimed Jackson had no right to claim racial discrimination … basically because she is also white. Any racial slurs made by Deen or comments that she and her cohorts may or may not have made have no legal consequence to her, the judge decided. Jackson also made the tenuous argument that someone in her family is bi-racial, which Paula disputes. The judge said even so, she was an ” accidental victim .” The lawsuit as a whole is still in effect, because Jackson also claims sexual discrimination, and that part can’t be dismissed on quite the same grounds. However, it’s extremely ironic that Paula’s career took a HUGE hit because of a leaked deposition she gave following a bogus claim of racial discrimination. Is she perfect? Absolutely not. Is the fact that she, by her own admission, used racial slurs in the past enough to change people’s opinions of her? Clearly. Still, her supporters will surely argue that damage that has been done feels disproportionate when compared to the actual impact of her actions. Especially now that at least part of the lawsuit was unfounded. The Food Network and other business partners dropped her after she acknowledged using racial slurs in the past during questioning by Jackson’s lawyers. Deen denies all of Jackson’s allegations of discrimination, which she alleges she experienced during the five years she worked at Paula’s restaurant.
