Jenelle Evans: Arrested For Failing Drug Test, All Smiles in Mug Shot!

Jenelle Evans’ latest mug shot is here, after she failed a drug test after her latest court hearing … in which she struck a plea deal to keep her out of jail. At least she was in good spirits, apparently: The Teen Mom 2 star was in court today, answering to charges of drug paraphernalia, heroin and Percocet possession , stemming from her arrest in April. Jenelle Evans agreed to a plea bargain in which she pleaded guilty paraphernalia charge, in exchange for the other, more serious charges being dropped. She was hit with 18 months’ probation, but no jail time – amazing, given that she was busted with major quantities of the drugs and assault on her husband. That charge was dropped when Courtland Rogers pleaded guilty, so all was looking up for Jenelle … until she was randomly drug tested and failed. Today. The MTV star tested positive for marijuana and the judge sent her to jail for 48 hours, her (hard-working) attorney Dustin Sullivan confirmed to TMZ. It’s unclear why she was in such a good mood at the time officers booked and processed her at the station, but … better than being suicidal, we guess? It’s also unclear what impact it will have on the probation terms she just agreed to and when, but you can guarantee there will be consequences. And that she’ll likely be back in front of the booking photo camera before long, as she hasn’t learned much of a lesson from her previous 245 arrests.

Maci Bookout to Weight Critics: Eat It, Fatties!

Teen Mom star Maci Bookout is hitting back at her weight critics, saying that she’ll start eating more burgers when other people start giving them up. Maci has long been critiqued because of her slim figure, but snapped on Twitter last week when people started to imply she has an eating disorder. “From now on everytime someone tells me i need to eat a cheeseburger I’m gonna say well give me every one u eat then we’ll both look better,” she tweeted. Burn. Of course, haters being haters, they kept piling it on: “@MaciBookoutMTV you need a soul is what you really need,” one fan replied to Maci’s tweet. Maci’s response: “If others are jealous, you’re doing something right. #Truth” And at least she’s not Jenelle Evans or Farrah Abraham . #Preach.

Jenelle Evans Drug Charges May Be Dismissed; Courtland Rogers Released From Jail

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was back in court on charges of cyberstalking (against ex Gary Head) and assault and heroin possession (on/with Courtland Rogers). In a rare piece of good news for the troubled reality star, the cyberstalking charge was dismissed – and the other two charges may soon be too. Yes, she could be off the hook even after admitting on MTV that she was a heroin addict? Attorney Dustin Sullivan says he “doesn’t foresee” a return to court. A big reason for that? Courtland Rogers, who appeared in the same courthouse just one day before, copped a plea and is going to be released. “Courtland has worked out a plea deal and he’s going to get out of jail in the next day or so,” a source said. “He was basically given time served.” “He pleaded guilty to his charges and now he’s going to get out .” Jenelle Evans and Courtland Rogers are still legally married, but she’s moving in with Nathan Griffith, and says she plans to divorce Rogers ASAP. The couple was arrested on April 23 after police were called to their house (actually his parents’) and found 12 bindles of heroin in their possession. Evans claimed from the start that the drugs belonged to her estranged spouse, and with Courtland’s plea, she may have grounds for dismissal. Jenelle’s court date was pushed back until August 12, where she must appear again for both the heroin and assault charges if they aren’t tossed. Sounds like there’s a good chance they will be, though. “My lifeeeeee is soooooo greaaaaat! PERFECTO!” the Carolina hurricane bragged on Twitter after the hearing yesterday, for what that’s worth. Danielle Cunningham is not going to be impressed.

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra: Wedding Called Off!

Teen Mom star Catelynn Lowell recently called off her Renaissance-themed wedding to her baby daddy, stepbrother and middle school sweetheart Tyler Baltierra. She tearfully recalled the experience on VH1’s Couples Therapy . “She was floored. She didn’t see it coming,” Dr. Jenn Berman, their Couples Therapy psychologist, told celebrity gossip publication In Touch . The couple has not broken up, however. At least not yet. The reality show’s couples counselor says she ultimately sees it as a positive move for the young lovers, who are still living together in Michigan. “I don’t view it as a setback,” she explains. “To get married before you are ready is disastrous. By calling off the wedding for now, they are giving themselves a chance for a long and healthy relationship.” Earlier this month, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra confirmed that their July wedding plans came to a halt after he dropped a major bombshell. The shocking confession that Tyler isn’t ready for marriage yet left fiancee Catelynn reeling. “It’s absolutely devastating,” a friend of Lowell said. The couple’s relationship has been put to the test by time apart, as Tyler pursued an acting career in New Orleans and Catelynn stayed behind in Michigan. “Tyler just isn’t ready for marriage,” Dr. Berman added. “He was so afraid of hurting Catelynn’s feelings that he hadn’t been totally honest with her.” While there are obviously some issues there, the couple – who gave their daughter up for adoption – are light years ahead of Jenelle Evans at least.

Nathan Griffith: Using Jenelle Evans For Money?

Troubled Teen Mom 2 celebrity Jenelle Evans is head over heels for her new boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, but is he just using her as his meal ticket? While Jenelle’s husband, Courtland Rogers, sits in jail (he’s unable to post bail), it turns out Nathan has been in the local courthouse many times too. Nathan Griffith , 25, has had one traffic case, one common pleas case and two civil cases against him, indicating that he may have financial problems. A $5,005.82 judgment was entered against him in April, and just one month before he bought a house with Jenelle, he was evicted from his place. According to Horry County court records in South Carolina, Nathan’s landlord entered a plea to have him evicted and it was granted on May 20. Jenelle Evans purchased a new $135,000 house in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina so she and her boyfriend of several months could move in together. “Jenelle got a house with Nathan and she’s really happy about it,” a source said, but “it’s suspicious timing that Nathan has all these money problems.” “He’s already under attack for being called a ‘deadbeat dad‘ for child support stuff, so it’s clear Jenelle has expectations when it comes to the men she dates.” We’re guessing there’s a word (“low”) missing from that Radar quote ? Either way, Nathan also had a traffic violation in 2012 when he was charged for driving without a license, so it looks like the two have a lot in common! Griffith, a model, recently shot down rumors that he is gay, saying sodomy is against his religion . He has yet to address his fiscal problems on Twitter. How long do you think these two will last?

Devoin Austin, Teen Mom 3 Baby Daddy, Pleads Guilty to Marijuana Possession

Move over, Adam Lind , Ryan Edwards and Kieffer Delp. Devoin Austin, 20, is the latest Teen Mom bad boy. The father of Briana DeJesus’s 21-month-old daughter Nova Star was busted on March 21 for possession of marijuana under 20 grams in Kissimmee, Fla. Devoin pleaded guilty to the charge on March 30 and sentenced to a relatively light one year of county supervised probation and one day in jail. He can’t break any laws, must maintain a job, and pay $45 per month for the cost of supervision, and he can’t “seek” or “possess” any illegal substances. Finally, as per the sentence, Devoin also must perform 20 hours of community service and submit to eight random drug tests, the Jenelle Evans specialty. These Teen Mom girls know how to pick a winner.

Justin Bieber To "Take Some Time"

Justin Bieber has sent out a cryptic, mysterious Tweet that has left fans wondering and worrying. “Gonna take some time,” the singer wrote this evening, adding nothing to the message and not updating his account since. It’s safe to assume, of course, that Bieber is reacting to the last night’s reception at the Billboard Music Awards, where he was audibly booed while accepting a trophy. The 19-year old appeared taken aback by the rude greeting, standing silently for a period of time before saying he deserved to be ” taken seriously .” Justin also performed two songs at the event and was spotted kissing Selena Gomez backstage. His apparent social media silence now comes after months of controversial actions, from pot smoking to speeding to arguing with his neighbor to taking his shirt off at random times. Let’s all hope the young man figures thing out and let’s all give him the space he needs to do so. (P.S. Come back soon, JB!!!)

Jenelle Evans: Arrested For Blowing Off Stalking Case Court Date!

You’re not gonna believe this, but Jenelle Evans was arrested again today. NOTE: Today is May 20, 2013. This is not an old story you came across. The 21-year-old Teen Mom 2 star was supposed to appear for a hearing in her cyber-stalking case, but Brunswick County court officials say she no-showed. The judge in the case then issued a warrant for the hot mess’ arrest. Jenelle eventually turned herself in, posted bail and was cut loose. The girl’s troubled background and arrest history need no introduction at this point, but they do require some clarification since it’s just so damn long. Jenelle Evans was arrested in 2012 for allegedly cyber-stalking an old roommate and/or ex-boyfriend. She was busted more than once for this offense. Just last month, she was arrested for heroin possession and assault against husband Courtland Rogers, who was also booked on the same charges. She’s pleading not guilty to those charges and plans to roll the dice in court, claiming it’s all Rogers’ fault and that she had nothing to do with it. As for the latest in the stalking case, stay tuned there as well.

If you’re a regular THG visitor, you expect scandalous, very frequent and occasionally unclothed news regarding Kim Kardashian, Jenelle Evans , etc. Bea Arthur nude? We’re gonna guess not on your radar. Still, variety is the spice of life, and here we are discussing that very topic, thanks to artist John Currin, who painted this portrait of the star in 1991. Then 69, Bea (1922-2009) didn’t model for this portrait. The New Yorker refers to it as part of a series by Currin featuring “acrid fantasy portraits of menopausal women.” Gawker calls it “quite beautiful.” The work is up for auction today and is expected to go for between $1.8-2.5 million. Take a look: The action-comedy sequel once again follows retired CIA op Frank Moses, as he reassembles the old team to track down a missing nuclear weapon. Along the way, the must stave off a barrage of assassination attempts.
