Things got awfully heated on Good Morning America yesterday as Donald Trump discussed his potential presidential run with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos. In short, George took him to task and the Donald didn’t appreciate it. Stephanopoulos mentioned that some Republican heavyweights call him a “flawed messenger for the party” and “a joke candidate.” Why do they think this? By continuing to question President Obama’s birth certificate and citizenship. Trump replied by … going off about Obama’s citizenship. You gotta see this: Donald Trump GMA Interview As the two men argued back and forth on the topic, an increasingly agitated Trump accused George of being “co-opted” by the President and his “minions.” He stressed that the “birther” issue is “not a big focus of my campaign.” Kind of hard to believe, since he brought it up again, and again later in the interview. Stephanopoulos asked if he would release tax returns. “Maybe I’ll do the tax returns when Obama does his birth certificate,” the real estate mogul replied. Jennifer Del Rio, 16 and Pregnant Star, Accused of Slugging Baby Daddy Josh Smith

Move over, Jenelle Evans . One of the cast members on 16 & Pregnant was paid a visit by cops yesterday after allegedly socking her baby daddy in the face. Officials in Hillsborough County, Fla., responded to a battery call at the home of 19-year-old Josh Smith after Jennifer Del Rio, 17, allegedly came after him. Smith told the police that he was trying to break things off with Jennifer when she became “irate” and “punched him in the face and pulled on his shirt.” Smith says he eventually pushed Del Rio away in self-defens e. Not good for the couple, who aren’t exactly strangers to this behavior . Smith was arrested back in November for allegedly attacking HER and was ordered to complete a domestic violence program. So they’ve got issues. Sounds a little like Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley redux, no?

Justin Bieber: Super Frustrated, Needing to Chill

Justin Bieber says he needs to take some time to chill following a heated incident with members of the paparazzi in Israel earlier this week. Sadly for Bieliebers, that means no (or less) Tweeting. “I’m just excited at this point to get on stage and perform,” Justin wrote. “Gonna take a little break from Twitter and enjoy time with my family until then.” “[I’ve] been super frustrated and just need some time to vent and chill.” Back away from the Bieb! Bieber’s comments came after paparazzi caused him to retreat to his hotel rather than visit Israeli monuments. He lamented their lack of respect in the Holy Land . One can understand where he’s coming from. Kid never gets a break. Lady Gaga does not mince words. In the May issue of Harper’s Bazaar , the provocative singer dishes about her failures in adapting to Hollywood. Despite being a self-proclaimed student of the art of fame, fitting in out in la-la land just wasn’t in the cards, she says: “I had all these number-one records. I had sold all these albums. It was sort of this turning point: Do I embrace Hollywood and assimilate to that culture?” Not exactly. GRAND, BABY : Lady Gaga heats up Harper’s Bazaar . “I put my toe in that water, and it was a Kegel-exercise vaginal reaction where I clenched and had to retract immediately,” she says in a great metaphor. Jenelle Evans Pleads Guilty to Drug Charge

Jenelle Evans pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia today. Two other charges – marijuana possession and breaking and entering, stemming from an incident last year – were dismissed after her guilty plea. Prosecutors are giving her a chance to clear her record by performing 24 hours of community service, at which point the charge will be dropped. Jenelle, who got popped busting into an abandoned house to smoke pot, was also recently arrested for doling out that savage ass-whomping . This is one of the few Jenelle Evans images we have that you won’t also find in our celebrity mug shots gallery. She actually looks somewhat normal here!

She also reportedly put more money in his jailhouse credit account. What a good girlfriend! Jenelle Evans Denies Profiting From Videotaped Fight, Points Finger at Brittany Maggard

Speaking out against claims by Brittany Maggard that she profited from beating Britany Truett to a pulp, Jenelle Evans says she did nothing of the sort. Did not profit, that is. Jenelle delivered a beating , alright. Monday, the Teen Mom 2 star was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct after TMZ posted a video of her beating up Truett. Now, the MTV reality star claims that Brittany Maggard, who instigated the fight with Truett, was the one who turned a profit with the shocking tape. Evans charges that Maggard sold off the clip to the media for $45,000. “She told me herself and I got very upset,” Evans told E! “I cried for two hours.” Maggard was arrested for violating probation (stemming from a previous assault conviction) after the video showed her encouraging Jenelle to fight. Evans’ lawyer said of the charge that this reeks of an orchestrated stunt: “Based on the information I have received, I believe Jenelle was set up.” Truett, the punching bag, was busted as well, but plans to claim she only got into fisticuffs with Jenelle as a matter of self-defense. Not a stretch. “I think we have a very solid self defense claim and we are continuing to investigate the matter,” Truett’s attorney, Adrian Iaplucci, tells E! News. “We are ready to take care of this as soon as possible.” Jenelle was apparently far from pleased about her ex, Kieffer Delp, making a pass at Truett, or vice versa. Whatever the case, she went OFF. Evans, the mother to 19-month-old son Jace, who is now under the primary custody of Jenelle’s own mom, is due back in court on April 26.

Jenelle Evans Was Set Up, Attorney Argues

Following their Sunday night arrest , all three participants in last week’s Teen Mom 2 -based brawl – Jenelle Evans, Britany Truett and Brittany Maggard – have all been officially charged with disorderly conduct. They could all face 60 days in prison. But Evans’ attorney, Dustin Sullivan, has already come up with a defense for his perpetually troubled client. He tells TMZ there’s a “serious problem” and it’s that Truett, the victim in the brawl, “was paid substantially” for the photos of her injuries and the video that has circulated online. Why were there multiple cameras present when Jenelle arrived at Britany’s house? Why did Truett wait five days to call the cops? Sullivan finds these issues “highly suspicious” and is in the process of interviewing witnesses. He believes Evans has been set up in some way and will take that argument to the jury if the case proceeds. Of course, none of that changes two facts: Evans threw the first punch and Evans jumped on Truett and continued to pummel her into a pulp, long after Britany had stopped fighting back.
