Teen Mom lovers/parents/step-siblings Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have been evicted from their apartment in Marine City, Michigan. The reason? Not paying rent. That’ll do it. The 19-year-olds, who gave their daughter Carly up for adoption, signed the least last August. The big move was even featured on Teen Mom . Ah, the wonderment of their own place … it didn’t last long . But, according to court documents, they stopped paying rent in December, so their landlord gave them an eviction notice and took them to court . It didn’t turn out well for the pair. Catelynn and Tyler forfeited their $450 security deposit, paid an additional $450 in back rent and moved out. No word on where Catelynn and Tyler plan to live next. Just hope they don’t decide to bring on Jenelle Evans as a roommate. Talk about a mess!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has reportedly violated the terms of her probation, and it doesn’t look good for the troubled North Carolina native at all. In a July 15, 2011 violation report, the 19-year-old mother: Tested positive for THC (found in marijuana) Is behind on court fee payments Has not attended an aftercare plan that was required upon her release from rehab . He was 30 days sober too, supposedly. “The defendant tested positive for THC on 7/13/2011 and admitting using same,” the report reads . “The defendant was discharged from inpatient treatment on 6/7/2011; recommended aftercare / discharge plan was not followed.” “Since the defendant’s discharge from inpatient treatment she has failed to follow up with any care,” the report goes on, noting that Evans, who was recently arrested for PUNISHING Britany Truett , also owes $320 in fees. Jenelle Evans ‘ attorney insists there’s more to it than that. “What I can tell you is that she is up to date on her payments and the probation officer has been made aware of this. As to the positive test, we wouldn’t be able to comment right now,” attorney Dustin Sullivan said. A hearing on the charges of her probation violation is set for August 24.

John Legend has been called many things over his career: talented, hard-working, successful. But this is a new one: A New Jersey songwriter named Anthony Stokes claims the musician is a hack. John Legend – Maxine’s Interlude According to court documents filed this week, Stokes says he gave Legend a demo tape in 2004 at the University of North Carolina. He never heard back from the famous singer… but then heard Legend’s “Maxine’s Interlude” and and believes it was based on Stokes’ track, “Where Are You Now?” Stokes is demanding damages from Legend and attempting to block sales of “Maxine’s Interlude.” We’ve posted Legend’s single above and you can listen to Stokes croon his song HERE . Teen Mom 2 train wreck Jenelle Evans was hospitalized today. She was having awful abdominal pains this morning, and doctors found a cyst on her ovary. Jenelle originally posted this message on her Facebook: “heading to the hospital, I think my appendix are about to rupture. been up since 2am crying.” But according to her rep, her appendix diagnosis was off. The 19-year-old had a cyst on her ovaries, which isn’t that uncommon for a girl her age. Evans has since been released and is now resting at home, with the help of some pain meds. Here’s hoping she recovers fully and quickly. Jenelle recently got out of rehab , having marked 30 days of sobriety. This followed a really, really rough period in the N.C. teenager’s life. She was arrested for breaking and entering with some douche, then for pounding the crap out of Britany Truett in a fight over said douche. She’s also a dreadful mom who has had to be relieved by her own mother almost entirely. Hopefully she gets better and turns the corner.
Video of Michael Jackson’s last two rehearsals for his 2009 “This Is It” tour could be played in court during Dr. Conrad Murray’s manslaughter trial. The L.A. County District Attorney filed a motion today asking the judge to allow the rehearsal footage from June 23-24 to be entered as evidence. The D.A. believes the footage supports the testimony from “This Is It” director Kenny Ortega that Michael was “happy and excited for the future.” Michael Jackson Tour Rehearsal It also opposes the defense’s theory that after the last rehearsal, MJ became desperate and “took desperate measures that caused his own death .” The D.A. also filed a motion to allow limited photos from MJ’s autopsy, claiming the pictures are not gory or gruesome and won’t prejudice a jury.
