Jenelle Evans: Arrested For Blowing Off Stalking Case Court Date!

You’re not gonna believe this, but Jenelle Evans was arrested again today. NOTE: Today is May 20, 2013. This is not an old story you came across. The 21-year-old Teen Mom 2 star was supposed to appear for a hearing in her cyber-stalking case, but Brunswick County court officials say she no-showed. The judge in the case then issued a warrant for the hot mess’ arrest. Jenelle eventually turned herself in, posted bail and was cut loose. The girl’s troubled background and arrest history need no introduction at this point, but they do require some clarification since it’s just so damn long. Jenelle Evans was arrested in 2012 for allegedly cyber-stalking an old roommate and/or ex-boyfriend. She was busted more than once for this offense. Just last month, she was arrested for heroin possession and assault against husband Courtland Rogers, who was also booked on the same charges. She’s pleading not guilty to those charges and plans to roll the dice in court, claiming it’s all Rogers’ fault and that she had nothing to do with it. Guardians of the Galaxy Villain Update: Lee Pace to Play the Role?

Lee Pace is in talks with Marvel to star as the villain in the upcoming  Guardians of the Galaxy movie. The character is still unknown, though rumors have been swirling that The Collector could be the main antagonist in the upcoming Marvel Phase 2 film. The Collector is a scientist who also possesses the power of mind control. Pace, best known for his role on the TV show Pushing Daisies , would join Chris Pratt as Star-Lord (a role Pace himself tested for), as well as Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, and Michael Rooker. Guardians of the Galaxy has a release date set for August 1, 2014.

Jenelle Evans: In Bad Shape, But "Sober" After Arrest; Teen Mom 2 Star Still in Custody

No one could be more upset with Jenelle Evans than Jenelle Evans herself, according to her lawyer, Dustin Sullivan, who spoke to E! News Wednesday. Evans is still in custody pending a $10,000 bond for heroin possession and another $10,000 for assault, but Sullivan is trying to get her out today. Jenelle Evans was arrested at her home in Brunswick, N.C., yesterday, after police were dispatched to investigate a reported domestic dispute there. Officials discovered 12 bindles of heroin, other illegal substances and drug paraphernalia in the Teen Mom 2 star’s possession, and she was jailed. She was also charged with multiple counts of assault on her and was served with a warrant for failure to pay child support for her 3-year-old son Jace. Jenelle reportedly claims Courtland set her up . In any case, he was also arrested for assault and for possession of heroin with the intent to distribute. Rogers’ bond on the possession count was $20,000, Sullivan said. The full details of what went on yesterday are unclear, but it’s hardly a first for the combative pair, and the toll it’s taken on her was evident today. Evans, her attorney says, was “very upset. She was crying in court.” “This just happened,” he added. “She was in bad shape.” The oft-in-trouble 21-year-old is back on Twitter, at least – and you might think based on some of her comments that she’s actually doing pretty well. She wrote to a fan: “@LindsayNYC I’m doing great. Eating healthy. My weight is back to normal. I take Multivitamins daily and melatonin at night and I’m SOBER.” Raise your hand if you believe that …

Jenelle Evans to Kieffer Delp: I Hate You! You Got Me Strung Out on Heroin #BYE

Troubled Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans appears to have admitted to heroin use – and confirmed the rumor that bad boy ex Kieffer Delp got her hooked on it. “I hate you kieffer!!!!! why cant you leave my life alone and stay away from me … you got me strung out on heroin #BYE,” she wrote in a rather revealing Tweet . The heroin rumor, and Kieffer’s role, started when Courtland Rogers blamed Delp (and later said that Jenelle killed their unborn baby because of the drug). Rogers, Jenelle’s estranged husband, recently reconciled with her after one of the all-time celebrity splits. Both he and Evans have been to rehab in the past. Evans’ other ex, Gary Head, has stated “Jenelle does not do drugs,” but others close to the Teen Mom 2 star believe she is in fact “a heroin addict.” What’s more, a source added that Jenelle Evans ‘ ongoing problems with ovarian cysts may not be real, and could just be a cover for her rampant drug use. Evans “told one of her castmates she never had a cyst and that’s what she made up for when she went into the hospital for heroin the first time” last fall. Jenelle also has a history of exaggerating when it comes to the men in her life – notably domestic violence allegations – so that’s worth noting as well. Whatever. At least she’s off the smack for now. And almost as importantly, back with Rogers instead of Kieffer Delp . That dude is just bad, bad news. Not that Court is a prize by any means, but they are married . At least they’re trying to work it out … and it’s all relative. Delp makes anyone look good.

Bob Beckel on Fox News: Who Gets Raped Anymore?!?

A Fox News segment on gun control and concealed weapon laws led panelist Bob Beckel to somehow question the prevalence of rape on college campuses last night. Beckel, a liberal co-host of “The Five,” was discussing the proposal to ban concealed weapons on Colorado campuses and debating with his colleagues what a woman might do in the face of an attacker when he asked: “When was the last time you heard about a rape on campus?” His fellow panelists reacted in consternation, of course, as the Department of Justice estimated in 2010 that one in four women “will be victims of rape or attempted rape before they graduate within a four-year college period.” Watch the very awkward exchange now: Fox Co-Host Rape Remark

Jenelle Evans: Battling Andrew Lewis For Custody of Jace?!

Is Jenelle Evans – who doesn’t even have custody of her son Jace – in a renewed battle with her baby daddy Andrew Lewis? One tabloid says she is. In 2011 Lewis signed legal papers giving full custody of his son, now 3, to his ex, Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle, 21, and her mother, Barbara (Bahhhbrah). But now Andrew says he’s banned from seeing Jace – and is pissed. “I didn’t know how permanent it would be,” he explains, adding that with Jenelle’s alleged drug use and rehab stints, Jace is being “raised in an unhealthy environment.” Well, yeah. But that’s why she doesn’t have custody, Drew. “This is the right time for me to get involved,” he says. The past three years of being totally MIA? Not the right time apparently. Andrew also claims, on that note, that he has tried to play a role in Jace’s life … to no avail. “I contacted Barbara, I contacted Jenelle, they never tell me anything,” he says. “A year ago, I contacted Barbara out of the blue. I said ‘Hey Barbara, how are you, how’s Jace? I’m thinking about coming to visit, is it okay?’ She said ‘no’, and that’s it.” Lewis says Jenelle’s revolving door of boyfriends – James Duffy, Kieffer Delp, Gary Head , Courtland Rogers – is just confusing Jace about his family situation. He’s probably not wrong there. Lots of peeps have been engaged to her or at least seen Jenelle Evans nude . Some have even Tweeted photos of it. “She’s confusing her own child,” Andrew says of Jenelle’s love life. “One moment she’s with this guy, next moment she’s with that guy, next moment she’s with this guy.” “You’re confusing your own son. Why would you want to do that?” Somehow we’re guessing Jenelle Evans is not thinking about Jace’s take on some of the decisions she’s made over the years. Call us crazy on that deduction. Clearly, Jenelle has plenty to say about her ex. “[ Andrew Lewis ] is an abusive alcoholic. Andrew even admitted on camera how he used to abuse me while he was drunk,” she said on the Teen Mom 2 Season 3 reunion. So there’s that. We just have two words to add: Poor Jace.

Jenelle Evans: Slammed By Teen Mom 2 Co-Stars, Dads!

Rumors have been swirling for weeks now that Season 4 of Teen Mom 2, which kicks off Tuesday, will be the last for the popular MTV reality series. The reason is simple: Jenelle Evans . Supposedly, the North Carolina Hurricane has become such a liability that even MTV and her own co-stars worry about their association with her. Their fathers do too, apparently. Last week it was Corey Simms’ dad, Jeff Simms, calling her out. This week it’s Chelsea Houska’s father, Randy Houska, taking a shot at her on Twitter. Randy, who fans love because he keeps Chelsea in line – and free of scandals, it’s worth noting – delivered this not-so-subtle message to Jenelle: “So far, TM2 has been a great experience. The crew, the teen moms, their family and friends: all good. @PBandJenelley_1 – you are the wild card” OHHHHHH. It’s interesting to see the effect of Jenelle Evans’ arrests, divorce drama, and drug rumors on the show at large and the message it’s sending to viewers. Moms like Chelsea Houska have maintained that they agreed to be on Teen Mom 2 to show the ups, downs, challenges and joys of young motherhood. With celebrity gossip sites constantly focused on why Jenelle Evans got arrested this time and who she’s married to or dating now, the show has shifted. A few weeks prior, Jenelle’s own co-star Kailyn Lowry called her out for bringing her drama out in public so often; she quickly deleted that Tweet. However, she re-tweeted Randy Houska’s comment this week, and praised Chelsea’s dad for “being so honest.” So there’s some tension there. Look like the show – or at least Jenelle’s part in it – is on borrowed time.

Courtland Rogers: On Suicide Watch! Trying to Win Jenelle Evans Back!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ estranged (an quite troubled) ex-husband Courtland Rogers is reportedly on suicide watch after checking himself into a hospital this week. That’s according to Courtland himself … who’s also apparently trying to parlay his mental anguish into winning Jenelle back. Talk about getting desperate there. “I wanted to die because I wasn’t with Jenelle,” Courtland, 27, told celeb gossip site Radar on Thursday. “I just didn’t know how to deal with the pain that I’m not with her.” He may have to figure that out. Jenelle recently filed assault charges against Rogers, who she accused of abadoning her, then barred him from the hospital as she suffered a miscarriage. She’s indicated that she’s going to divorce him ASAP. Yet despite not speaking to his wife for weeks or laying eyes on her since her tragic miscarriage with their child, Courtland says he is hoping for another chance . “I am going to get healthy in this hospital,” he says. “I’ve been under suicide watch and don’t even have shoelaces. All I want is my wife back.” “I can’t live without my heart, and Jenelle is my heart,” adds Rogers, who accused Jenelle just days ago of killing their baby with her heroin use . “Jenelle is my best friend. Kris Humphries on Kim Kardashian Pregnancy: Ain’t My Problem!

It’s his birthday , and he’ll whine if he wants to. In new court documents filed Tuesday, Kris Humphries brings up the Kim Kardashian baby in the room and wonders why his wife’s pregnancy should play any factor at all in this ex-couple’s ongoing divorce battle. Claiming his client should not be pressured to speed up the process, Marshall Waller writes : “What is really going on here is that an ‘urgency’ in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial.” With Kardashian worried about her fetus due to this never-ending legal battle, Humphries’ team asks: “Why would [Kim] plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?” The divorce proceedings have dragged on for nearly a year-and-a-half now, yet Humphries is basically saying he doesn’t understand the rush to complete them. He also insists on present for Kim’s deposition… but his work schedule prevents this from happening until at least the middle of May.
