Already seen as a bad influence on his son, Jeremy Bieber now stands accused of breaking a woman’s jaw 12 years ago. Alicia Wadden, a mother of one, alleges that Justin Bieber’s dad kicked her “kung-fu style” in the face, fracturing it in two places and leaving her unable to eat solid food for two months. It’s unclear what kind of relationship Wadden had with Bieber at the time of this supposed incident, but she says it began verbally and then escaped after she slapped Jeremy across the cheek. “Then out of nowhere, he kicked me in the face and I fell to the ground,” Wadden tells The Daily Mail. “I must’ve been knocked out because all I remember is waking up and not being able to close my mouth.” Wadden livd just a few block away from a hospital at the time and says she ran there afterward with bits of her tooth falling down her throat. Back then, she accepted $1,000 from Jeremy Bieber to remain quiet, but is coming forward now as a warning to Justin. “He seems to look up to his dad, but he needs to know what he is really like,” Alicia says. “I used to be a huge fan of Justin, I would always think how nice and polite he was, but his dad is a terrible influence on him. He thinks he can get away with anything he does, but I want him to know he can’t.” Jeremy Bieber already has a bad reputation. He was on board a private plane with his son in February in which Jeremy and Justin were extreme abusive to flight attendants and reportedly very high as well. Joe Jonas also came out recently and said he isn’t surprised about Justin Bieber’s downfall because his dad is a party animal . “Justin needs to realize that his dad isn’t the man he seems to think he is,” Wadden concludes. “He looks up to him and that is dangerous because it seems he wants to behave like him to win his approval.”

How much punishment is enough punishment for using a racial slur ? NASCAR is allowing Jeremy Clements to return to the track after some counseling following use of a racial slur in an interview. He wasn’t referring to blacks when he said the n-word and he’s since paid a fine and taken sensitivity training. So is it time to forgive him his indiscretion? Via Latinos Post : Two weeks after being suspended indefinitely by NASCAR for using an inappropriate slur during an interview at Daytona, Jeremy Clements has been reinstated to race again. Clements, a Nationwide Series driver, was reinstated on Wednesday, NASCAR officials announced, roughly two weeks after he was suspended for what NASCAR says was Clements’ use of the “n-word” during a Feb. 23 interview with MTV blogger Marty Beckerman during the weekend of the Daytona 500. After taking several racial insensitivity counseling sessions, NASCAR has agreed to reactivate Clements, but will keep him on probation until September. “As part of the requirements for reinstatement, Jeremy Clements participated in an individualized program with Dr. Richard Lapchick and his staff at the National Consortium for Academics and Sports,” said Steve O’Donnell, NASCAR senior vice president of racing operations in an official statement on NASCAR’s website. “In Dr. Lapchick and his staff’s judgment, Jeremy has successfully completed the program. We’re pleased that Jeremy has taken these important steps and will return to racing starting this weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway.” The suspension cost Clements $2,400 to take the classes and he missed out on two races at Phoenix and Las Vegas. In an interview with ESPN, Clements, 28, said that this period was a tough time for him, but he had learned a lot from the experience and about using certain words in a racial context. “I learned a great deal about that and myself, how it affects everything that has to do with family, friends, church, sponsors and the team. I’m excited to be back in the race car. Nothing like that will ever happen again,” he said. The comment drew attention at a time where NASCAR has been blossoming outwards in diversity with the rise of female race car star Danica Patrick and the arrival of African-American driver Darrell Wallace Jr. as a full-time Truck Series participant. “We want as many different fans as we can get,” Clements said. “We want a diverse set of fans and people to be in the sport. I definitely don’t want people turned away from [NASCAR] just because that word was used one time. Based on the original account of the incident, Clements used the word to refer to a “racing term” and not in regards to any specific person or race of people. Via ESPN : “He [Clements] walked us toward where she was, and on the way over, I explained to him that ‘Guy Code’ [the name of an MTV blog] is rules for guys, how you treat your friends, how you treat your ladies, things like that. I was there to do a humor piece, so I asked him what would be ‘Guy Code’ for race car drivers, and he blurted out [a phrase that used the N-word].” Should that matter? NASCAR

I was feeling very maternal.” But something went wrong, she recalls, and not for any particular reason, “I flew back to New York for my regular check up – and no heartbeat,” she says. “Literally the week before I went, everything was fine, but there was no heartbeat .” The superstar, who will perform at the Super Bowl Half Time show this Sunday (check out our Beyonce Super Bowl preview), used music to get through it. “I went into the studio and wrote the saddest song I’ve ever written in my life,” she says. “And it was actually the first song I wrote for my album. And it was the best form of therapy for me, because it was the saddest thing I’ve ever been through.” It’s unclear what song that was, but the heartbreak made her successful pregnancy with Blue Ivy, who just turned one, all the more exciting and joyful. “Being pregnant was very much like falling in love,” she muse. “You are so open. You are so overjoyed. There’s no words that can express having a baby inside of you, so of course you want to scream it out and tell everyone.” When she did reveal it – at the 2011 MTV VMAs – it was one of the most Tweeted moments of all time. We have an update on world famous porn star Ron Jeremy, who was hospitalized yesterday after suffering an aneurysm near his heart . Sources tell TMZ that Jeremy is resting at Cedars-Sinai after undergoing surgery yesterday and will remain there for at least two weeks, as physicians want to monitor his heart and vital signs. “Ron is in ICU and will be there for a few days, but and will remain at the hospital… until doctors can see how he reacts to the surgeries,” an insider says. Warning to all nurses: you might wanna stick around the upper half of Jeremy’s first thing each morning.
