Amanda Markert to Pauly D: "Come Bond" With Baby Amabella!

Amid a flurry of tabloid reports, name calling, and a custody battle, Pauly D’s baby mama Amanda Markert has finally invited him to see his baby girl … on Twitter. “This is getting out of hand, you’ve had my number since day 1,” she wrote to the DJ. “Come bond with her any day, any time you and your family want.” The olive branch/tweet comes after an attorney for Markert reportedly shot down his request for visitation of Amabella, who Pauly has still not met. The Jersey Shore star (real name Paul DelVecchio) learned earlier this month that Amanda Markert gave birth to their daughter Amabella back in May. Soon after, the new father told TMZ that he “100 percent” believes that the former Hooters waitress is using their child for her own 15 minutes of fame. Still, he is trying to focus on the positives and embrace his role. “Sometimes in life things aren’t planned and they may even scare you at first, but they end up being a blessing, that is how I feel about having a daughter,” he said. “I’m looking forward to being a parent to her.” Pauly D wants full custody of Amabella, and has filed a motion to move a custody hearing from New Jersey to Las Vegas, where he currently lives. We wouldn’t hold our breath for an amicable resolution to this, sadly, from what we’ve seen of Amanda so far. Joe Jonas Slams Drug Allegations as "Ridiculous"

Yes, The Jonas Brothers have split . The group made that official yesterday and then appeared as a united front today on Good Morning America , with each sibling explaining his side and all agreeing it was simply time to move on. But, no, Joe Jonas insists: the band did not break up because of his substance abuse problem. “It’s ridiculous!” Joe tells People of talk that he’s hooked on hardcore drugs, adding sarcastically: “We’re not saying anything for two or three weeks and I’m a drug addict!” Talk of Joe making like Lamar Odom surfaced earlier this month after he was photographed in Los Angeles with a sober coach. Moreover, and most irritating, girlfriend Blanda Eggenschwiler was also dragged into the chatter. “It’s obviously not true. I’ve never touched heroin in my life. Neither has my girlfriend,” Jonas says. “It’s hilarious to me, but also frustrating as well. It pissed me off when it’s about my girl and even about myself.” The Jonas Brothers Break Up Joe says he “needed time to clear my head” and that’s why he didn’t shoot down this rumor the instant it sprang up. But he has done so now, his brothers have made their break-up announcement and it’s time to look ahead to a future that may include a solo career and/or an acting career. “I’m genuinely excited,” Joe says.

Pauly D: REJECTED By Amanda Markert in Attempt to Visit Baby!

Pauly D’s first attempt to visit his infant daughter has been denied by baby mama Amanda Markert, who will not let him see the five-month-old girl unsupervised. The Jersey Shore star’s lawyer sent a letter to Markert’s attorney, requesting that Pauly get visitation of the girl, Amabella, for two weeks starting today. Not happening. Markert’s lawyer told Pauly D’s rep to go kick rocks, saying bluntly that the 33-year-old dad may not take the baby unsupervised for that period of time. She may be open to visitation if she or someone of her choosing is present … which Pauly D’s side is open to, but is now getting the silent treatment. Pauly’s rep said in response to the ongoing custody battle: “Paul and his entire family are eager to meet and spend time with Paul’s daughter.”  “Paul has been requesting visitation for quite some time now,” the rep added, “but his requests have either gone unresponded to or denied.” The Jersey Shore alum and his family “are committed to being a significant part of his daughter’s life and are excited to make that a reality. ” Here’s hoping Amanda Markert gives him the opportunity and isn’t just trying to milk this for her own gain and use Amabella as a lotto ticket . In Guido News: Pauly D’s Baby Mama Allegedly Told Live-In Boyfriend He Was The Father Of Their Love Child

Pauly D’s Baby Mama Told Live-In Boyfriend He Was The Father Good thing Pauly got that paternity test…now he needs to stop sticking his peen in random slores. According to Radar Online: The Hooters waitress who bedded reality star Pauly D during a one-night stand and later gave birth to his love child lived an EPIC lie, allowing her live-in boyfriend to believe the child was his… when it actually was not. Donn Barbitta, who lived with Amanda Markert in Egg Harbor, N.J. until this week, believed five-month old Amabella was his offspring, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. He only learned of the ultimate deception when news of the paternity broke earlier this week. “He broke up with Amanda on Monday,” a source close to the situation told Radar. “He’s been humiliated.” When contacted, Barbitta confirmed he had been in a relationship with Markert but remained tight-lipped. “I really don’t want to talk about this right now… but you have seen my Facebook photos,” he said, in an exclusive interview. Indeed, Barbitta’s Facebook page is littered with images of of the proud ”dad” cradling tiny Amabella, the most recent on October 2. In one message posted on July 26, two months after the child was born, he referred to girlfriend Markert as his “wifey” and said “I love you so much baby.” “Even through the ups and downs were stronger than ever,” he wrote. “Today is your day so let’s enjoy it and party it up boo!!” As Radar previously reported, 33-year-old Pauly D, aka Paul DelVecchio, revealed he and Markert had not been in a relationship, beyond a hook-up in Las Vegas in 2012. “[He] wasn’t exactly planning for it to happen this way,” a source said, ”but God works in mysterious ways.” They added, “He tried to keep the baby news a secret. Most of his family and friends found out the news the same time as the rest of the world did. A waiter at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Overland Park, Kansas didn’t merely get stiffed on a tip by a couple of customers this week. He was told that his sexuality would cause him to rot in Hell. As reported by KMBC 9 News, the unnamed server went to pick up the bill from a meal after one of his tables cleared out, only to find a message scrawled on the back that read: “Thank you for your service, it was excellent. That being said, we cannot in good conscience tip you, for your homosexual lifestyle is an affront to God.  May God have mercy on you.” The difficult-to-believe gesture quickly spread on social media, with many locals offering to at least pick up the man’s lost tip. But he says this isn’t necessary. “The offers to help pay me back are much appreciated, but not at all needed,” says the waiter. “I’d prefer to let my work ethic and my service do the talking, nothing else.” This is the latest revolting receipt-related story. In September, a Red Lobster waitress was referred to by the N-Word on a bill, while a minister shafted a server in January by saying he gives God a 10% gratuity, so shy should he give her 18?

Pauly D to Baby Mama: Stop Using Love Child For Your Own Fame!

Pauly D is going about his business with class, but nevertheless believes that his baby mama is shamelessly treating their child like a golden ticket. In an impromptu interview in North Carolina, the Jersey Shore alum was asked how he felt about becoming a dad, and admitted he’s excited and nervous. “I want to give the baby the best life she ever had,” Pauly said, flashing a huge smile and joking that DTF now stands for “diapers, tantrums and formula.” Ba-dum-ching! Is this thing on?! Wonder how long he’s been waiting to drop that one on a celebrity gossip photographer. In any case, he turned serious, saying flat out, “I want my baby.” It’s clear he views the baby as a blessing , even though he originally wanted her to have an abortion, and cannot wait to meet her – hopefully next week. It’s also clear that while he acknowledged he’s involved in a real custody battle, he wants what’s best for the child and that means two involved parents. He is actively pursuing that goal legally, filing for sole custody and looking to have the case shifted to Nevada, where he currently lives and DJs. Amanda Markert claims she hasn’t made a dime off Pauly D and is calling for a peace treaty of sorts. He would like that too, but he’s also not buying it. He kept it civil, but when asked if he felt Amanda was using the child, five-month-old Amabella, for her own fame and fortune, Pauly D didn’t hesitate: “Absolutely. 100 percent. It’s unfortunate.” Translation: See you in court.

The 25-year-old Hooters alum worked as a VIP hostess when she and the Jersey Shore star got drunk in Vegas. Nine months later, Pauly D is a father . She certainly looks like a girl who knows how to have a good time: Now a mother of two – the reality star/DJ is not the father of her first child – she is now battling Pauly for custody of their five-month-old baby girl Amabella. Pauly has never met the child, but has acknowledged he’s the father (and confirmed it via a DNA test). He believes Amanda is unfit to be a mother, though. Maybe mentally. She looks pretty “fit” based on these photos … Specifically, Pauly, 33, fears that she treats the baby girl like a winning lotto ticket, yet is not capable of raising her adequately. So he wants custody. They hate each other now, incidentally. Yeeeeeeeah, buddy.
