Woman Takes Son To Meet Hitman It’s bad enough that she hired a hitman to kill her baby daddy, but to take the child to meet the hitman is just phucked up. According to The NY Daily News A Texas woman was busted plotting to kill the father of her 7-year-old son after she brought the child to meet an undercover cop posing as a hitman and put a down payment on the hit. Nicolette Beard, 33, was cuffed after she met the undercover officer in a College Station parking lot on Wednesday and gave him $800 of the $4,000 she promised to pay to have her child’s father, Anthony Drymalla, 30, killed, police told the Houston Chronicle. Beard brought her son to the meet up, but let a friend bring the boy into a store as she discussed the murder-for-hire plot with the supposed contract killer. She told the officer that she wanted it to look like an accident and prefered if Drymalla’s wife were injured or killed in the rubout. But she needed him dead within a couple of days, police said. “They’re in an ongoing custody battle,” College Station Assistant Chief Brandy Norris told WTLV-TV. “And, according to the person who reported it to us, she wanted something done before they went to court (on Friday).” As a precaution, police put Drymalla under surveillance until after Beard was collared. Homeless Man Pushes Girl In Front Of Train According to Mail Online The homeless man accused of shoving a student in front of a train yesterday appeared in court this morning rambling incoherently about people trying to kill him and seeing ‘colors and darkness’. Hunter College student Maya Leggat, 21, received horrific injuries after she was allegedly shoved on to the tracks at White Plains station in New York after she refused to give money to Howard J. Mickens, 39. Shocked commuters described seeing her mangled legs on the tracks, and some followed the panhandler and held him until police arrived. He was charged with attempted murder and made a bizarre appearance in court today saying he was ‘guilty with an explanation’. Maya is in stable condition at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla and is facing surgery after sustaining serious leg trauma, her brother told The Journal News. Mickens appeared before White Plains City Court Judge Eric Press, who ordered him to undergo a psychiatric evaluation in the attempted murder case. ‘Can you make sure they’re not military?’ the 39-year-old askedabout his potential evaluators and when his lawyer advised him to be quiet, he ignored her and told the judge: ‘I don’t trust her. Sir, I am guilty with an explanation.’ When he was asked if he understood what was happening to him, he said: ‘No disrespect, judge. I just don’t want to get railroaded, especially by individuals who have been trying to kill me since I was a child. ‘When I close my eyes I see colors and darkness.’ The case was adjourned until October 25. The victim’s brother told ABC 7: ‘I’m just thankful that she’s alive,’ adding that her condition was stable and she was due to have surgery. WTF is guilty with an explanation?

The White Widow May Have Been Killed In Terrorist Attack In Kenya Officials believe “the white widow” who is a prime suspect in the terrorist attack on a Kenyan shopping mall, may have been one of the three Islamist extremists killed. According to Mail Online ‘White widow’ Samantha Lewthwaite may have been killed during the Nairobi siege. As attempts to flush the remaining militants out of a Kenyan shopping centre continued, officials said three Islamist extremists had died during attempts to free their hostages. Insiders said one was a white woman – adding weight to the theory that Lewthwaite, the fugitive widow of 7/7 bomber Jermaine Lindsay, was behind the attack that has left 62 dead and 170 injured. Downing Street said at least six of the dead are British and warned there was ‘potential for further bad news’. Samantha Lewthwaite converted to Islam as a young woman and married a man who went on to be a 7/7 London suicide bomber. She has become a key figure in the terror group behind this weekend’s attack. The so-called ‘White Widow’, who is the world’s most wanted woman, has been on the run in East Africa after police foiled a Christmas bomb plot against Western tourists in the coastal resort of Mombasa in 2011. A report from the Reuters news agency said three sources – one intelligence officer and two soldiers – had confirmed that a white woman was among the fallen terrorists. Police are exploring whether she could be a hostage dressed in one of the terrorist’s clothes, but the Foreign Office is also examining Muslim convert Lewthwaite’s links to the massacre. The 29-year-old mother of four, from the Home Counties, is now a leading figure in Al Shabaab – the terror group that has claimed responsibility for the killings in the Israeli-owned Westgate shopping centre. Police believe she is the one of the group’s main financiers and bomb-making tutors. However, sources admit they still do not know the full extent of her involvement in the attack in Nairobi. Nevertheless, a senior Kenyan anti-terror officer yesterday claimed: ‘We believe she was commanding the operation but her fate is not yet known. It is understood she was a sniper also.’ The Mail revealed yesterday that soldiers say they saw a white woman in a veil shouting orders to gunmen in Arabic, while a Twitter account purporting to represent Al Shabaab claimed responsibility for the atrocity and praised Lewthwaite, from Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, as ‘a brave lady’. The epitome of a bad father . Father Kills Wife and Three Children Then Kills Himself If he wanted to take out himself then fine, but to kill three innocent children and his wife is just selfish. According to Mail Online A couple and their three children have been found dead inside their Texas home in what police now believe is an apparent murder-suicide. The father of the slain children, Israel Alvarez, was arrested on a domestic assault charge less than two weeks before his body and that of his wife Guadalupe Ronquillo-Ovalle and their three young children were discovered. Alvarez’s father was the one to call police on Sunday night and report the slaying inside the family’s home in Rice, a town about 40 miles south of Dallas. The five bodies were all found with gunshots in their abdomens, and police are still awaiting autopsies as they try to determine who fired the fatal shots. Navarro County Sheriff Elmer Tanner said a rifle was found at the home. Investigators were trying to determine when the shootings took place, Tanner said, saying the children, ages 4, 8 and 12, were in school Thursday afternoon but missed classes Friday. Given the nature of the crime scene and Alverez’s criminal history, police do not believe that the killer is on the loose. ‘We have not seen anything yet that makes us think we need to go outside this location,’ Sheriff Tanner said early into the investigation. Alvarez was arrested September 11 on a misdemeanor family violence charge for pushing Ronquillo-Ovalle and taking away her phone because he thought she was talking to another man, she told deputies. ‘I don’t care where you are. Any time there’s five losses of lives in one location, that’s shocking and traumatic. ‘It doesn’t make any difference where you are. It’s a horrible, horrible thing to see, witness or be a part of. ‘As far as looking for a suspect, what I’m saying at this point in time is that we are concentrati.ng our efforts on the investigation at the residence.’ So sad. Our sources say a stripper named Sweet Pea is the one who hit Jacoby with a gigantic Ace of Spades bottle and this may have triggered the brawl. We’re told the bottle smashed over his head and he was “bleeding everywhere.” We’re told Jacoby’s friends tried to retaliate against Sweet Pea but Bryant McKinnie tried to stop him, and a fight broke out between the friend and Bryant. More details are sure to emerge about what exactly caused this brawl, but maybe someone tried to short Sweet Pea a couple of hard-twerked dollars. New court filings in the bankruptcy case of Earl Simmons, aka DMX, show the rapper has little to report in the way of assets as well as expenses that exceed his monthly income. One of the top-selling hip-hop artists ever, DMX now says he’s down to $50 cash on hand. Not only does he report, under penalty of perjury, that he has zero dollars in the bank, but he also denies having any personal property of value—no electronic equipment, no jewelry, no clothes and no cars. Besides the $50 cash, DMX says the rest of the $1.4 million in assets to his name are tied to pending litigation and other claims. The rapper’s debts include more than $1 million in unpaid domestic-support obligations that, as Bankruptcy Beat readers will recall, precipitated his Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in July, as well as more than $453,000 owed on a mortgage to a property in Mount Kisco, N.Y. His unsecured creditors are owed another $479,000. As for his monthly budget, DMX is spending more than he’s earning. Court papers show the rapper’s estimated monthly income is $5,000, but monthly expenses are $5,221 (including $1,000 on clothing and $500 on laundry and dry cleaning). DMX’s bankruptcy attorney couldn’t immediately be reached Thursday afternoon to comment. According to Mail Online Two teenagers, ages 13 and 14, from Washington state have been arrested in a bizarre sword attack on the mother of one of the boys that included a discussion of killing the woman and cannibalizing her liver. Spokane Valley deputies responding to an assault call early Tuesday found the bloody woman on her bed; next to her were two knives and a sword with a handle bent at 45-degree angle. The unnamed victim was hospitalized Wednesday in stable condition, Deputy Craig Chamberlin said. ‘It doesn’t sound like she remembered the attack,’ Chamberlin said in a phone interview. The woman told deputies the sword handle wasn’t previously bent. It wasn’t clear who called for help. SMH. Poor woman. Deputies tracked the teens through a crime spree that included breaking into a home and crashing the SUV into the side of a mobile home. A K-9 dog eventually located them. The injured woman’s 13-year-old son told deputies that his friend tried to kill the sleeping mother with a sword, Chamberlin said. The younger boy said he talked his friend into trying to kill his mother because he had taken ‘blue pills.’ The spokesman said it was unclear what the pills were. The boy said he would never have done anything like that sober, Chamberlin said. The son also told deputies his friend tried to talk him into eating his mother’s liver, the sheriff’s spokesman said. ‘Your guess is as good as mine’ as to where that idea came from, Chamberlin said. The older boy admitted attempting to kill his friend’s mother and said they were going to leave town later, the spokesman said. The older boy then asked for a lawyer. Officers searching for the fugitives received a report of a hit-and-run crash at 7800 East Alki Avenue, where the stolen Dodge struck a mobile home and was left running while the teens took off, The Spokesman-Review reported. A short time later, the boys were spotted breaking into a home in the area of East Boone Avenue. The interior of the targeted house was severely vandalized. Police say the runaway teens caused about $2,000 worth of damage by hurling a hammer at the walls and windows. The pair were eventually discovered hiding near the residence and taken into custody. Both boys were booked into juvenile detention for investigation of second-degree assault, taking a motor vehicle without permission, burglary, malicious mischief and hit and run. Public defenders have been pointed for both teens, who were ordered held without bail at an initial court appearance Tuesday, Chamberlin said. Good defense. The blue pills made him do it…FOH.
